This place is like a Home Depot for doors. Incredible selection at reasonable prices. I got my modern Italian-style doors for my house a few years ago and couldn't be happier. Gorgeous place! Their customer service is solid as well. They advise you on styles and get you in and out quick! Will definitely be back!

I've had so many compliments about the doors we bought for a home rehab project. The only thing people may not realize is that the labor to install these doors cost more than the doors themselves. The doors are not prehung.if you order prehung, it's a three week wait

My wife and I had such an amazing experience here over the weekend. Sean was incredible and helped walk us through the whole process. We are so happy with our purchase and are already looking forward to purchasing our closet door next. Sean thank you again for all your help.

White Oak doors in different Styles. Interior & Exterior

Going through a remodel and had to buy doors for my home. I was struggling tremendously with finding doors that I liked. Went to so many places and nothing stood out to me. Home Depot & Lowe's doors were very bland and I was losing hope. That's when my mom told me about Urban Doors and as soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place. Urban Doors is truly door heaven and has so many great options! Interior, exterior, different woods and metal doors. And all at such great prices, I almost couldn't believe it. Mckenna helped me pick the perfect ones for my home, she is so helpful and friendly - couldn't have got through this process without her. If you are searching for a place to buy doors, go to Urban Doors and ask for Mckenna! Also, Lance & Annabelle and the rest of the ladies in the office are all so wonderful and great with processing my order :)

Crack in the frame of the glass

An absolute horror of a company. I went in store around October and fell in love with a front door--the door was the last one and broken and had to be ordered, the problems start here. In December, Ted the associate who helped us, called me informing me that the door arrived broken to the store. I wasn't in a rush so I let him know to order it again. The problems continued when I kept calling asking for an update on the door and kept getting the run around from Ted. I even resorted to going in person and asking for an update there, to which I always received a "next week" and come that day receive another date, this continued until February when I received my door finally. You'd think it stopped there, in less than 24 hours of my new door being installed, the door cracked in the exact same place as the original door I saw in store in October! Clearly, it's an engineering and quality issue now. I let Ted know and he said they will take care of it and replace it, to which I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I had ordered 12 other doors and had no issues. (It is now mid July and I've been given the run around again for months regarding my door. I also have to add that by this point my door has started to peel and bubble which shouldn't happen in less than 6 months on a 1.3k door) Tired of being ignored, I reached out to the owner/CEO Zem and made him aware of the situation with this door and he said that they will expedite it and I will have it in 2 weeks! The two weeks came, and I didn't get the door and received yet again, another "in 2 weeks it's in production". It's been two months of calling and driving to the store and I am not getting a response from anyone including the owner. I've called countless times, sent emails, went in person and I'm still waiting for my front door that I bought in October, 2024. Two thumbs down, would not recommend, if I could give negative stars I would.

New front entry doors. We love them

Roman at Urban Doors is without a doubt the most outstanding door expert I've ever worked with.

(This review includes a response to the business owner's reply)…read more I had a deeply disappointing experience with Paul's Windows, and I want to share it so that other homeowners know what to expect before working with this company. I reached out for a small bedroom window replacement and had one key requirement: that the new window, once installed, provide a minimum clear opening height of 13 inches. The sales associate, Art, confirmed via text that the manufacturer (Crystal Pacific) said it would: 13.1875", in fact. That was fine by me. But when I asked for that specification to be confirmed in the contract, in writing, Art refused. Let me be clear: I wasn't asking for a personal warranty on the product. I simply wanted confirmation that the installed window, as ordered and managed by Paul's Windows, would meet the functional requirement I had clearly communicated. Art repeatedly deflected, referring to "what the manufacturer said," but was unwilling to take responsibility for the result. When I asked for accountability, he became dismissive and eventually walked away from the job. I contacted Paul directly, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I received a generic brush-off and a claim that the window wouldn't meet the specs, which contradicts what their own sales associate had already confirmed. Worse, Paul didn't acknowledge or engage with any of the valid concerns I raised around basic customer service, transparency, or professional responsibility. Ultimately, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was hiring a company to manage a job and deliver a specific result. If something went wrong, say, the manufacturer provided a window that didn't meet the spec, it would be on the contractor to resolve it, not on me to go chase down the supplier. That's what any responsible company would do. But Paul's Windows made it clear they don't see it that way. If you're okay with vague communication, contractors who won't stand behind their own work, and potentially being left to deal with problems on your own, maybe this company is fine. But if you want clarity, professionalism, and accountability in writing, then look elsewhere. § Paul's response below is a classic damage control move -- polite on the surface, but full of deflection and quiet rewriting of events. To clarify: the window in question would have met the required 13" clear opening. That wasn't in dispute. Art, their sales associate, confirmed that in writing and was fully prepared to proceed with the job -- until I asked for a simple written accountability. That's the moment everything fell apart. Paul's follow-up misrepresents the timeline and sidesteps the core issue -- not whether the window would fit, but whether the company was willing to stand behind the result they were being paid to deliver.

After signing the contract the windows were ordered and arrived in about 3 weeks. The installation team worked quickly and Art was there to see it complete. Retrofitted the windows to fit in my existing frames to avoid having to work on the wall. Added the grids to match the style of the old windows since I have a condo and HOA would probably have an issue if not everyone's windows matched since it's a shared building.

I found The Affordable & Licensed Handyman through Yelp because they had great reviews so I was interested to see how much their service fee would be for a simple job when I was looking for a plumber. I needed a license plumber due to home insurance requirement to do this installation or I would've done it myself. They were responsive when I talked to them through Yelp projects. I was shocked with how much I was quoted because it was almost double the price of the automatic shut off valve device I paid for. So I had to confirm that the price that was given to me was just to switch out the bad unit with the new one. They didn't have to do anything else like run new pipes or replace anything else. When I communicated to them that the quote was high, they asked how much did i wanted to pay. I thought they would try to be more reasonable since the name is The Affordable. I give them a range based on the prices from other plumbing company that I reached out to and they couldn't do it which I understand they can set their own prices. Maybe for big projects, they'll give more of a reasonable price which is why they have great reviews on Yelp but just to replace a bad automatic shut off valve with a brand new one, I think it was overprice so I used another plumbing company where they were very reasonable on the price.
