Since our old plumber didn't know anything about fixing/repairing things that are not working properly, I had to look around and found this company. This is a family owned business that has been around for over 30 years. They specialize in fixing sinks, toilets, drain stoppers, main line stoppers, garbage disposals, dishwashers, kitchen water lines, and more.. I used this company twice before. Once for my sink's garbage disposal, and the other time was for the sinks in both of my bathrooms. My landlord bought this cheap faucet that they use at fast food chain restaurants, and didn't do anything with the valve or the damages, that was caused by the leaks that literally became to be a lake in both bathrooms. My cleaning supplies, toilet papers, paper towels that I keep under my sink were SO wet along with both floors. The job that those 2 guys did in an hour and a half, took my old plumber to do in 5 hours and was still not fixed. It was like putting a band-aid on a wound. The process was so fast, seamless, and professional.. I am so grateful that I found this plumbing company that did an exceptional, excellent job for both my bathrooms, and my garbage disposal in my kitchen. Since my landlord didn't want to pay for it, we paid $800.00 out of pocket and I deducted from our rent. It was a mess, now everything is fixed, looks nice and clean. Shout out to their secretary too. She gave us an estimated time and date and both guys were in front of my door 10 minutes prior. 10/10. Open 24/7 for our convenience.. Dwayne did a great job with the repair. The issue turned out to be a leaking pipe connection near the outdoor valve, so they had to cut the damaged section of pipe, remove and rework the 90-degree elbow and adapter, then reconnect everything back into the valve. They also confirmed that the valve itself was still good, which helped avoid replacing more than was actually necessary. The price was a little on the higher side, but considering the quick response, next-day service, and quality of the work, I can forgive it. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and I'm glad the problem was taken care of properly. I'd definitely recommend Rapid Action Rooter and would use them again.

I don't leave reviews and not that they need yet another 5-star review to add to their almost 1K perfect reviews, but they said they'd still appreciate one so I gladly leave this review. George and John are two very sharp and highly knowledgeable plumbers. From the initial call/text correspondence through work completion, they were very informative, personable, highly skilled, and extremely efficient plumbers. Never could I have imagined plumbing repair work could be such an easy and pleasant experience. I initially thought I was going with another plumber due to earlier availability but once I was quoted double by the plumber (also a family-run business with high Yelp ratings) who hadn't even attempted to see inside the shower part, I immediately reached back out to Rishon. Not once did I feel uncomfortable as is often the case with service providers who try to upsell and take advantage. To provide context, I was fully informed of the potential extent of repairs needed to resolve a leaking shower (old house with old fixtures), which could entail an entire valve replacement (requiring breaking of drywall) if a simpler cartridge replacement would not be possible due to calcification, and that this could only be confirmed upon physical inspection. However, to my utter surprise and delight, they were able to fix the leak without even having to replace the cartridge! They're incredible -- they inspected, took parts out, further inspected, maneuvered, blew, etc. and it was fixed. I was just taken aback by their honesty in letting me know this and their integrity to not even charge for this. Now the cartridge will likely need to be replaced at some point and they did let me know it's a part they've not come across but they're looking for it. They will be the ones to replace it when the times comes -- along with any other plumbing job in the future. They've got a new lifetime customer. They also did another job of flushing the water heater, which I understand is a must for regular maintenance. Straightforward, fast, and they come prepared with everything -- highly recommend to extend the life not only of your water heater but also your pipes and fixtures as well as to prevent leaks. Call Rishon Plumbing. Guarantee you will not waste time or money calling around for quotes or using less qualified plumbers. So overjoyed I now have a plumber to call for maintenance or issues. Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. I was in need of replacing an interior door, and I had been considering buying a standalone door, but it would have needed to be resized and I don't have the tools to do that. After calling several other people, and after being quoted $500 or more, I spoke with Jesse. He explained to me the complexity and reality of doing that type of work and offered an alternative option which would be cleaner, faster, cheaper, and present a better outcome. He quoted me over the phone and offered to come by to take measurements and did everything he said he would. He went above and beyond to get the job done and he was on time, quick, polite, and efficient. The quality of the work was excellent, and they did a great job cleaning after as well. Despite running into some issues with the installation itself (which was no fault of theirs) they didn't increase their quote or complain about it taking longer than expected, rather they got the job done right the first time and honored our initial verbal agreement. I hired him to touch up a bit of paint where some areas were chipped around the front of my house and ended up having him fix/re-paint a good portion of it when I saw how it was coming out. I needed a license plumber due to home insurance requirement to do this installation or I would've done it myself. They were responsive when I talked to them through Yelp projects. I was shocked with how much I was quoted because it was almost double the price of the automatic shut off valve device I paid for. So I had to confirm that the price that was given to me was just to switch out the bad unit with the new one. They didn't have to do anything else like run new pipes or replace anything else. When I communicated to them that the quote was high, they asked how much did i wanted to pay. I thought they would try to be more reasonable since the name is The Affordable. I give them a range based on the prices from other plumbing company that I reached out to and they couldn't do it which I understand they can set their own prices. Maybe for big projects, they'll give more of a reasonable price which is why they have great reviews on Yelp but just to replace a bad automatic shut off valve with a brand new one, I think it was overprice so I used another plumbing company where they were very reasonable on the price.

I got a quote, there was a little confusion when the worker came out about the work that was supposed to get done, fixing my door, frame, trim and threshold - but we worked it out. The worker completed the frame and as we agreed. That's the extent of the work that was satisfactory. The work he did to fit the door, frame and new threshold were truly awful. Slapped a piece of wood onto the bottom of the door to make it fit the new frame and a lazy sloppy paint job, and then the door would not close correctly. The worker returned another day to fix the door, it closed correctly for maybe a week, then would not close correctly. I asked them to come fix the sloppy paint job and door, the worker returned at night and somehow did an impossibly worse paint job and the door still does not close correctly. They came out a 3rd time, door does not close correctly. I asked them to come fix the job AGAIN, and they insisted I have to pay them now to fix it - a third time - THE DOOR THEY JUST INSTALLED THAT WON'T EVEN CLOSE. That's tops on the list of what I want a door to do ya know? ON top of all this they used wood for the threshold on an exterior door - not metal, and painted it white, so it immediately got destroyed. The trim around the door is already coming apart off the wall, the shoddy threshold is warped and has separated from the ground. It was just not a good job , and the worker was so indignant about how the job was underquoted and how hard it was etc etc. I think it was his own incompetence and they just didn't posses the skills to do the job correctly. If they didn't feel comfortable using the existing door and building the new frame, they should have passed or used a pre hung door. I will never hire them for any work again. And to top things off the worker demanded payment from my wife for the "completed" job while I was away at work - because it took so long to finish I had to leave - she paid them not knowing any better...Everyone lost here , they felt like they didn't get paid enough, I'm not happy with the work and will have to spend more money to get it fixed...ln the end these guys were only a Mighty Headache.
