We are happy repeat customers, based on experience and price…read more In our most recent work, we had a dining room window that would leak whenever rain came from the southeast (not a frequent occurrence). We asked for a quote from My WIndow Solutions, got one that was quite good. We had explained the rationale for getting a replacement window (the leak). Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built. We agreed that I'd buy the materials (a particular trim profile and hardwood species), prime them, and they'd do the cutting and installation. This collaboration worked perfectly.

update Oct 9th The sad thing about My Windows Solutions is…read morethat I really like the people. They are animal rescuers and are so courteous. But when something goes wrong with the windows or blinds, it's the screen guys or contractors in my family that have to tell me that their work is shotty. It hasn't been a year and I have had so many problems and they make it like I am a complainer. My window that previously had large bow that the screen guy had to point out has another problem that bows the other way and won't close properly. Lonnie came out that night, which is priceless and sweet. But he said the window may need to be done again, which makes it so the custom screens need to be redone, which cost me a lot. I'm a disabled senior on fixed income and paid a lot for the windows and blinds. The screen people that are far more experienced and well reviewed said they never saw so many mistakes on brand new windows. It hasn't been a year. I got new windows so I didn't have to worry about them and it's worse now than the old windows. They better stand behind this and help with the screens, because this is unacceptable. Carlos and Joshua came by to replace defective blinds. And they checked other. They really stand behind their products and service. Lonnie the manager is the best to work with and will always address concerns. I continually applause My Windows Solutions and promote them to my neighbors and friends.

We had tons of questions and decisions about what best matched the original look of the windows from our 1939 house. We finally decided on what windows we wanted replaced and put down a deposit. A second team member came out weeks later to confirm the measurements. And some weeks after that, the installation team of Juan and Erik came out to do the install. (They even started by doing the measurements a third time to make sure everything was correct! And it was.) They had told us that the job might take the whole day, but they carefully removed the old ones, installed the new ones and cleaned up afterward in only about six hours. It was a flawless experience. Everyone we dealt with was extremely kind, warm and knowledgable. And the new windows look stunning - while still matching the look of the almost 90-year old home. Nan was the one who initially educated me in the office, and she was absolutely incredible. She took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions with so much clarity and patience, and genuinely wanted me to understand what would -- and would not -- solve the issue I was experiencing. Her knowledge and care made me feel respected, informed, and never pressured. What completely blew me away was the honesty. Despite being more than capable of selling me new windows, they were the only shop that told me the truth: the change I was hoping for couldn't actually be achieved through window replacement alone. That kind of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about this company's values. Then there's Roy -- one of the owners -- who personally made the journey out to my home to further educate me. The fact that an owner would take the time to come out himself, explain everything in person, and make sure I fully understood my options is something you just don't see anymore. He was thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly generous with his time. And yes, fair warning -- Roy looks like he walked straight out of a magazine. Be prepared to be completely stunned by the presence of an actual god while receiving some of the most honest, professional guidance you'll ever get about windows. Even though they didn't make a sale this time, Lion has earned a customer for life. I will absolutely return for all my future window needs and recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. Please don't ever change, Lion. Whatever you're doing is working beautifully. Everyone was so kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. Huge gratitude to Nan for her education and patience, and to Roy for going above and beyond by coming to my home. I can't recommend this company enough and wish them nothing but continued success.
