I messaged few places on Yelp and Elite Touch was one of the first to respond. Their price was also very reasonable. After few messages back and forth, we scheduled a time. Yuriy messaged me first that he was on his way and he came exactly on time. The repair required him to remove the door trim to access the door hardware. He had to charge me for that which I had no problem with. He completed the job, and also showed me why the door was off and how he fixed it. He cleaned up and I couldn't even tell that the door trim was removed and reinstalled (despite him not having paint either). Payment was by Zelle. Very impressed with the work and professionalism. Definitely will look to use them for future.

Service - relatively simple, quick, and cheap job - replacing the screen on a screen door. Elite Touch was HAPPY to take the job, and did not treat me anything other than as a VIP client. They scheduled the job for the following day. Yurri was our man - and he was very impressive. Kind, knowledgeable, very fast and efficient - he made the entire experience seamless. He is also incredibly skilled, able to do plumbing, drywall, bathrooms/showers, and even able to replace a screen on a screen door in about an hour. Prices were very competitive, the service was impeccable, and I will certainly be doing business with them again!

On my last project he recommend taking the windows out of the stairwell and he was correct because there is a code issue with setback. This found mistake eliminated 8 windows with a huge savings that would have had to been covered up after the fact. Assaf cares about his projects and clients. They cut the wood and metal outside on the walkway. After hanging the doors, there was a lot of leveling to do that followed by touch up on all the nail marks and gaps in the wall frame. They did an amazing job with the installation and bringing the materials in the living room without bumping into anything. They took about 2.5 hours to complete the installation.

Our installer, Danny Alonzo, was fantastic from start to finish. He has excellent communication skills and gave us a clear, realistic expectation of the time to completion. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional the entire time -- I honestly wish every contractor or vendor we use could be as good as Danny! We picked a custom color and the door came out exactly the shade we chose. It's solid, heavy, and makes a huge difference compared to our old door. We had bought and pre-painted our own interior moulding, and Danny installed it perfectly with no issues at all. I'm terrible at making clean silicone joints around moulding, but he did an amazing, professional job on them. He even went above and beyond when he noticed some stucco damage around the front door. He pointed it out to us and patched it beautifully -- way better than I could have done myself, lol! The finished door looks absolutely beautiful. My wife and I weren't 100% sure what to expect, but the quality and the final result made the entire expense completely worth it. The door feels rock-solid and looks incredible. 20ish years ago, Hometime replaced all the warped windows in our 1952 ranch style home. Some were…read moremodern standard sizes, but most were custom sizes. These windows are still perfect in every way. These woods come with value and reliability. When we added on to our home about 10 years ago, the contractor used their window company. We ordered some custom sized windows to keep consistency with the rest of our home...and those have never been right. A couple years ago the large, back window split in the frame. We had no question that Hometime would replace the window...and it's both well constructed & beautiful, with two perfectly working locks. The install was done by Eduardo and his crew. It was an early morning appointment, but Eduardo showed up in time. Both he and the other installer were friendly, efficient, and clean. They took less than 2 hours, door knock to exit, and left not a scrap or bit of dust in their perfect install. When we consider cost, style, AND locally, independently owned companies, we will have Hometime do all our windows, always. In the future we will also request Eduardo as our installer. Thanks!

My husband contacted them directly. he is very picky but found exactly what he was looking for. We got a front entrance door to the house with aluminum and glass and loved it so much that a couple months later we ordered a front gate (that matched the front door). Not only do we love our doors but we get compliments on them ALL the time. It really upgraded the whole look our our home. Both from the outside and the inside. I really love this new look. I also love the locking system. I feel safe and that's was an important factor when deciding on a front door. The team we worked with were helpful and professional and got us everything we wanted. In addition to poor customer service and ripping us off you are now insulting my intelligence when we've been in your physical location to speak with Will, your sales associate who is clearly also tired of the unprofessionalism at this company as he stated. We also ordered the Aquarius door, which is a name YOU have given your specific design. I purchased a front door from this company and when I received it the quality, look, and ease of installation was beyond what I expected. I lost the keys at what point and contacted CBW customer service who were just happy to provide a replacement lock and new key for added security. I did not have to worry about a locksmith. I love my CBW door! Searched the US for modern, aluminum, custom door for our new home in McAllen, Texas. CDW Doors product and price was the best. Only other real option was a German door that was much more expensive and took several months to manufacture and ship. The staff at CBW worked with me throughout the design and construction of our home. The door arrived on schedule and in great shape. The staff is professional, responsive and a pleasure. We ordered a custom door for our home in North Dakota. CBW was wonderful to work with through the designing & purchasing phases. We installed our door nearly a year after receiving it and realized that we are missing a knob for the deadbolt. After a 30 second call to CBW, a new part is on it's way to us.
