After putting down a deposit, I was immediately provided an installation date and 4-hour window. On that day, we received a text and email letting us know the name of the technician and that they were on their way. We ended up noticing a minor ding and paint issue on the door and our technician, Donnie, was incredibly understanding and immediately called in the issue and scheduled us another installation for two weeks later. Our second installer, Ross, was fantastic- he arrived early on a very hot day, had us inspect the new door first, and finished the job in a little over an hour.
