I was able to get an appointment the following week and they made sure their team arrived after my flight landed. Obie and Lena showed up and were incredible right from the beginning- especially since I had no idea where to start and was extremely overwhelmed with how disorganized and messy my apartment had become. Was happy with this company until they called me up out of the blue last year and said "Your cleaning fee is going up from $115 to $155. 35% increase and no explanation. Take it or leave it. I chose to leave and find someone else. I pay $150 to have my 3200 sf house in Chandler cleaned. Why would I pay more to have a house half the size cleaned? In my opinion, very bad customer service doing this to a customer.

He was very thorough and explained things to me multiple times as the plumbing world is very foreign to me. I felt he was very honest with what exactly needed to be done in order to fix the pipes that were leaking in the attic. During this time, I also had received other quotes that were astronomically high for the same amount of work that Stephen was going to be doing for me. He sent me the quote promptly the next day and answered additional questions I had before we agreed to the contract. Justin was super responsive. He asked for a picture, gave us a quote, we liked it and he came in the next day. We have a cream color sofa that has gotten dirty because our dog would rub herself against it. Justin & his partner did such a good job on it so we decided to let him clean out other sectional sofa, chairs lounge and our bed - all on the same day! Our chaise lounge is now an oversized dog bed. Needless to say it is dirty from all the dog slobber, covered with fur and STINKY! Well, they managed to clean it to a point it almost look new. The cleaning also removed most of the dog odor. We have a king size bed covered in velvet. The railings have gotten so dirty from my daughter stepping all over it. The head board had an oily stain from our dog who would rubbed herself against it. I stumbled on this rental on Google Maps and glad I did. I believe it's a new rental location part…read moreof the Locale chain- opened in 2023. The rates were really good compared to nearby hotels. I'm not sure if it's due to the fact that it's more of a short-term rental than a full service hotel (there's no reception or in-person check-in) or because it's so new that the rate is more of an introductory price. Either way it's a great value! It was easy to navigate around the parking garage, key locker system and finding the unit. Directions and instructions were emailed and texted to me, WiFi worked great, and we had a nice stay. The unit was nice, clean and it seemed like a lot of the furnishing and features were recently added/updated. Bonus for me personally was the firm but soft beds. There was zero sinking which is great for my back! I'll be looking to stay here again next time we're in town to visit family. Hopefully the rates are around the same Definitely recommend to anyone traveling and looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom rental, and don't need the extra services a hotel would provide (reception, room service, valet etc..)
