Gyro with the fries all up in there
    Nate H.

I landed in Denver with a voracious appetite. I had plans for a dinner after, but needed a quick fix. I'm not even sure what this whole complex is called, but I was fired up that I stumbled upon it. It's one of those areas that you can get 5 different types of cuisines, and then hang out in a shared bar area. What's better than that? After perusing the various menus, the gyro seemed the most appealing. So I sat down, had a beer, and watched Olympic ping-pong while I waited for my meat tube. The chicken (Mykonos chicken?) was impressive. I've never been to Mykonos, but it's hard to imagine this is traditional - maybe because of the fries inside, but that certainly elevated the experience for me. Anytime you get that extra crunch and saltiness, all held together by the pita, you're having a solid lunch. Would definitely stop by this area again if I'm ever in town, and would recommend to a friend.

Hilarious that U&H switched food hall residences AFTER I moved to Arvada. Fortunately I regularly go to Zeppelin Station. For some reason, I can't bring myself to order a normal freaking burger here. There's always something zany on the menu, like the Berlin with potato chips inside! I enjoyed the overall flavor profile, but it got a little dry halfway through. Couldn't finish the burger and didn't want to take it home. I think I was a little too generous in my 2023 review of U&H, but I'll probably request a slightly less cooked patty if I decide to come back again.

This is the best food stall in Zeppelin station. There's a wide variety of eats from different parts of the world including burgers, gyros, yuca fries and more! chef Gio knows what he's doing so you can't go wrong with any item. Recently went here during Westword burger week for their "bari burger" which was delicious and their agua Fresca is so refreshing. Logistics: you order at the counter and get a text when your food is ready Parking situation: free parking around the building but if that's full there is a paid lot

Uptown & Humboldt is a special place. I've seen every iteration of them over the years. From food trucking and meal prepping to hotel brunching and food stalling, these cats have been ALL OVER the Greater Denver metro area sharing their culinary creativity with the masses. You'll be hard-pressed to find anyone kinder and more passionate about the community more than Gio and his business partner, Hayden. The ethos of Uptown & Humboldt stems from their travels around the world and their culinary adventures. The end result is nothing short of damn delicious food. The current menu revolves around their gyros and burgers. You can't go wrong with anything you try. The FMB and Berlin burgers are absolutely delicious. On my most recent visit I went with my favorite order: the Lamb Gyro and Yuca Fries. This combination is magnificent. The lamb tender and the gyro filling. The yuca fries somehow steal the show every time, with the garlic cilantro aioli in th running for most addictive side sauce in Denver. PRO TIP: wash it down with a Pineapple Basil Agua Fresca. It puts all other agua frescas to shame. Splurge on the drink, IT'S BEYOND WORTH IT. If you're at their food stall at Zeppelin Station, you'll be kicking yourself if you don't try anything from their newer tapas menu. The two standouts are the Truffle Manchego Croquettes and the Pistachio Whipped Feta. Just take my money and call it a day. If you find their food truck and they happen to be serving breakfast burritos, order one. Actually order seven. In the breakfast burrito-obsessed world of Colorado, theirs are TOP TIER. These are craveworthy. Like going out in a blizzard craveworthy! I'm one of Gio and Hayden's biggest fans. They've accomplished so much in a short period of time, but I have a feeling they have big things on their horizon. Wonderful people, excellent food, and a burning desire to do good in this world. If that isn't the recipe for success and happiness, I don't know what is.

    Americano and yuca fries

Last Burger, Best People We showed up at Uptown & Humboldt just as they were closing, and somehow scored the last Americano burger of the night. The guys there didn't just sell us a burger--they handed us a piece of heaven made with soul love and microgreens. Perfectly medium rare, topped with aioli, it was burger nirvana. However, the trickery OR the real MVP? The yuca fries with green sauce. As part of the 50% who hate cilantro, I still devoured every last bit, and then still ate the sauce. The green sauce was so good, even my cilantro-hating taste buds bowed down. So there's hope for us cilantro haters. The food was great, but the kindness and good vibes from the crew? Unmatched. If you want a last-minute miracle meal and some genuine good people, this is your spot! If you were the people before us that didn't pay, shame on you, these guys deserve every penny. #outsidefestival #denver #denverfoodtruck #musicfestivalfood #denvereats @uptownandhumboldt Thank you for sharing with us we will be back!

I'm still on the search for Denver's best burger, Uptown & Humboldt was pretty tasty but misses the mark to be awarded best. It's aggressively meaty with a 1/2 lb patty, while I prefer 1/3 lb. I also prefer the classic toppings and found the pickled onion to be too overpowering compared to the acidity of a normal dill pickle, and the sprouts were an odd choice when lettuce is both cheaper and better texturally for a burger. Honestly the burger is so beefy that I can hardly even taste the sprouts so it just didn't make sense for me. Yucca fries are fried perfectly though and the sauce is great. I thought the service was friendly and I enjoy how the Zeppelin station casual atmosphere so I would still come back to try maybe one of the gyros, but not another burger.

Got to try their burger during Denver Burger Week and it was delicious! Large juicy patty and oozy fried mozzarella cheese. We also got the truffle Asiago fries which were delicious, but together was a bit overkill for me!

Wow! Their food is delicious! I wish they had their own restaurant to dine in instead of being in Grange Hall...BUT I'll take it as it comes. If you are wanting a burger or a gyro, they make both with delightful toppings. I can't wait to come back here and try more from their menu.

This is our main reason for going to Grange Hall! The ham and cheese sandwich is delicious, and the yuca fries are TDF. Perfectly crispy, and oh so creamy inside! The aioli that comes on the side is YUMMY. So I just recently found out that they offer GLUTEN-FREE BREAD!! And there's no upcharge, which is unusual and very nice. What's funny is that the counter man warned BF that he's never used it before, and didn't know how it would come out, lol. I said that I didn't care, better than puffy allergy face. And worst case, I'll just eat the ham and cheese. It was fine. Little dry, but that's typical. It's reminiscent of the gluten-free bread at Firehouse. Or Snarf's? Possibly the same bakery? It was toasted and buttered on top. Yum! Service was efficient. Everything is made to order, and they were busy this Thursday night. So there was a bit of a wait, because this isn't fast food. Tonight was lovely. The lights were dimmed, conversation was muted, and we satisfied our cravings for the sandwich and yuca fries!

    chorizo chimichurri breakfast burrito
    Andrea C.

Had the chorizo chimichurri breakfast burrito this morning at the food truck that was located at the coffee shop Moon flower on colfax. Great flavoring all around and their unique tortilla was a great pairing with it. Not to small and not to big of burrito just about right size. I was so happy it was not densely oily like most chorizo burritos are. 10/10 for me.

    Pineapple Basil Agua Fresca

Always fresh, always delicious. The burgers are juicy and bold, the gyros are packed with flavor and freshness, and the truffle Asiago fries are crispy, cheesy, and totally addictive. A go-to spot for craveable comfort done right.

    She loved her grilled cheese!!!

Delicious burger & fries!!!! The kids & I loved it!!! We will certainly be back to try some more off the menu

    Lamb Gyros
    Ruba A.

Very nice service and clean kitchen, but Definitely over priced for the quality of food. I got the lamb gyro, the pita bread was a lil tough and chewy, the lamb was ok on the flavor but very light and the veggies were fresh. Later in the evening I ended up with really bad food poisoning that put me out for a few days and I knew I should have trusted my gut when the first few bites didn't taste right. Unfortunately I learned the hard way to never come back.

Elevated Hospitality: A Masterclass in Event Execution at Tom's Watch Bar…read more I recently organized an event for 120 guests at Tom's Watch Bar in Denver, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the initial contract phase to the final onsite execution, the team proved they are true masters of high-stakes hospitality. The Vision & Planning Working with Joanna during the planning phase was a dream. She is a consummate professional with a sharp eye for detail. She understood exactly how to translate our brand into the space, creating a custom Denver-themed digital design featuring our logo that played across every large screen. The energy it brought to the room was palpable--our Immediate Past President was so impressed she's already requested the same "wow factor" for all our future events. The Spread The catering exceeded all expectations. We opted for a diverse package that catered beautifully to everyone, including our vegetarian and vegan guests. The Savory: The mac & cheese was a crowd favorite, and the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy and moist. The loaded sliders and tater tot bar also kept the energy high throughout the evening. The Sweet: Do not miss the dessert bar. Specifically, there is a peanut butter bar with an incredible internal crunch that is absolutely addictive. The Atmosphere & Entertainment The venue layout is genius. We had a mix of indoor seating for both small and large group discussions, plus an incredible outdoor space with stunning stadium views. We brought in a third-party karaoke vendor, and the staff--Joanna, Zach and Matt--coordinated with them so seamlessly behind the scenes that I didn't have to worry about a single technical detail. Between the karaoke, Jenga, and cornhole, there was never a dull moment. The Service What truly sets this venue apart is the personal touch. Zach and Matt are absolute stars. Knowing I was busy managing the entrance and welcoming guests, they went out of their way to check in on me personally, ensuring I had food and a drink in hand. That level of care for an event organizer is rare and deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a venue that combines a high-energy atmosphere with white-glove professional service, Tom's Watch Bar is the place. Request Joanna, Zach, and Matt--you'll be in the best hands in Denver.
