When this place opened it didn't have enough staff for the amount of clients. I walked out twice. Tried it again this past Spring and haven't left their services since. Kudos to Stephanie for rounding my nails as requested. She also speaks excellent English. Pedicures are pleasant and tubs are disinfected regularly, no issues there. Only irritation is that the door-person who also handles the phone is not quite understandable, but it's a minor thing once you catch the routine. First, i hate to do my nail and my pedi and the same rime, what is the purpose of the massage chair? You cant turn on when they do your nail at the same time,. Second when i aske how mucha was answer me $50.00 dollar i end paying $95.00 for regular pedi and refill . I always drive to Lewisville to Luxury Nails, i got my time for my feet and relax and my nails , and not expensive. This place dont even know how to do pedicure at all. Came in at 2:43, waited 5 minutes to be seated for pedicures. I was offered a drink but had my own. Chose the deluxe pedicure while soaking feet, had a switch of technicians and waited another 30 minutes until pedicure began. They seemed busy for the staff available. (I don't mind extra time in that massage chair.) I had Skylar. Very friendly. She had a funky sense of humor that made me feel comfortable. Hot stone massage, yes!!! LUV THIS PLACE! Well, let me be more specific. I love the pedicure rep there named, Rachel! She is fabulous! She is the only one i allow to do my nails (toes and hands), because she takes her time and really takes pride in her job and doing quality work. I have used other rep's when she was off or busy, and the experience is still nice, but no one beats Rachel! Hit this place up and ask for her! THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE PEDICURE BOWLS!!! I was getting a pedicure and watched as the customer near me got up and left and that no one cleaned the pedicure bowls before or after they left. At the end of my pedicure I asked to speak with the manager and told her what I saw and asked her to show me the products she uses to clean them. She showed me something in a squirt bottle and regular hand soap, not even antibacterial hand soap. I explained to her that I did not see the bowls next to me get cleaned and she argued with me that they clean them 2 times, while the customer is there and after they left. BEWARE. I believe there is a high chance of getting toe nail fungus from this establishment. There is nothing UPSCALE about it and I will never go there again. read more

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I took my wife there to do her nails and then my wife sends me a picture if her nail showing me that they ripped her nail completely off and she was bleeding, I even got a picture. So I go over there and they say that they will do it for free and when we come back next time they will do it again so I leave and my wife tells me that they accused her of ripping her nail off. So then next time she goes there they say we don't want to do her nails anymore and she's rude and disrespected her in front of the whole store and I went there to see what's going on and they started yelling at me telling me that they got video of her ripping her nail of which I asked them to show me but they said no and still kicking me out. They are also really expensive and I have a lot of friends and family that go there but they have lost a lot of customers from that incident. If I can give them 0 starts I would! Don't ever go here, worst experience ever. The tech doing my nails apparently thought it was a good idea to attempt to try and peel my powder dipped nails from my finger bed until I told him that it hurt. He sighed and said it was going to take 10 minutes now to soak them off. It all went downhill from there. Because I didn't want ultimate nail damage and suffer pain, I was treated terribly. The nail tech was rude as well as the entire staff since of course he had told them what I had said. Looking back I should have just walked out. The final product looks horrible. You can even see the old nail color under the new nail color. I am so angry with this service I am even filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Okay, I have gone here several times in the past and have had so many bad experiences I decided to stop. Well, unfortunately my nail salon was booked for the day so I didn't have an option, so I gritted my teeth and decided to try it again. BAD IDEA! First of all, if you are going to run a business in America, and serve Americans that speak English, you need to make sure your employees speak English and respect your customers to NOT talk shit about you in Vietnamese because let me tell you, they do! Even if you think you had a good experience, the entire time you were there, they were talking about you. I hate this place, they are complete jack offs and when I asked for the owners information, I was completely brushed off! You have to bring cash with you or use their ATM and incur a fee just to tip these lousy nail artists. God forbid you critique anything they do because you will get ripped a new one. I am so completely disgusted with this place, I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Very pleased! I walked in around 12:30pm on a Wednesday for a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. They had a lot of pedicures to choose from so I could have exactly the type of service I wanted and I was seated right away. The two ladies that helped me were very nice and friendly. They took the time to ask what I wanted and did exactly that. The end result was perfect! I read a previous review that a 20% gratuity is always placed on your bill but it did not appear so when I tried to check out ($35 gel manicure with a $35 deluxe pedi = $70, which is what they charged me). When I asked to add a tip, I was told that any tips must be cash and they have an ATM in the lobby. It would have been easier to include the tip with my credit card and not have to pay an ATM fee, which is the only reason I didn't give them five stars. I will definitely be back as my nails look great and the ladies were very accommodating! read more

I lived in North Euless and work in Grapevine! I come here all the time either on my lunch break or after work or just on the weekend for a relaxing pedicure. They have the best spa pedis around. The atmosphere is really nice and tranquil.. it's a larger space than most nail salons with updated quipment and upscale surroundings. I went on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I called about 12:30 for an appointment for pedi, pink/white fill and wax at 1:30. I got there a few minutes early. They were very busy. I had to wait for 15 minutes to be put in a chair. Then another 30 before the nail tech started on me. I got the tropical pedi from Kevin. He was great! Then they moved me to a nail station. Another 20 minutes before that nail tech started on me. I was there for 3 hours. It should have taken about 1 1/2 hours. People that came in after me without an appointment were finished and out before I was. This is exactly the reason I quit going to the salon I went to for 3 years. Without an appointment I expect to wait, but when I take the time to make an appointment, show up on time, I expect to be taken care of before others without an appointment. I will give them one more shot before making my final decision as the techs were great! read more

I had the most terrible experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I had my old acrylics removed so that they could be replaced with a new set. The lady that did my nails was very heavy and handed and actually tore all the way through my natural nail on two different nails, REVEALING FLESH UNDER THE NAIL. She also filed so hard that the corners of my nails now hurt when I was my hands. I bled on four different occasions and she did not use any proper blood spill sanitation procedures, in fact she continued as if it didnt happen with out even apologizing. I could not wait to get out of their because of how excruciating the entire experience was. She also breezed through my pedicure and it hurt when she trimmed down a lot of my cuticles on my toenails. She was VERY pushy about me upgrading to gel on my toes and a colored powder for my acyrlics instead of just polish. I paid my ONE HUNDRED dollars and left and I will never be back. It was a bad experience from beginning to end, and I work with my hands so I know with how sore my fingers will its going to be a blast tomorrow at work. Not to mention I am scared to get a fill anywhere now that there are spots I have no natural nail left under the acrylics she put on top of my wounds. My first visit was outstanding. Yesterday was awful. Wished for the nail tech from the first visit but he was busy. Told the tech yesterday I wanted my nails done just like on my previous visit. Rather than LOOK at them to see how they were previously done I received a fill worse than I would have expected at a shop advertising fills for $12 - and it was $30! Tech had an attitude and was busy chatting in Vietnamese with the other nail girls. When I mentioned the nails were too thick she snapped that she wasn't finished. When I reminded her I said I wanted them like before she replied that unless I tell her otherwise what I got is how they do it. Thought I did..... My french manicure has crooked whites on half of my nails and she used a metal scraper. I won't go back to her but may attempt an appointment with the first tech. These nails are too expensive to look as cheap as they do. It's a poorly done job but the attitude was most disappointing. read more

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I thought I would try this place for someplace different. I was rushed to sit down and pick out what kind of manicure and pedicure I wanted. Then the girl who started my manicure was talking on her i-phone while she was doing my manicure. She then proceeded to spill hot paraffin wax all over my clothes....I mean all over me. I was so embarrassed. As she tried to pry the wax off my clothes and inbetween my legs, the guys that were working there were laughing at me. To top it off the girl who did the manicure said to me how about I charge you $14 instead of $19 after my clothes were ruined. Then the other girl who did my pedicure overcharged me for my pedicure.
