Pedi and acrylic fill on fingers done concurrently. I was with someone on a walker and they were very accommodating by placing her in a chair on the end. They did a fantastic job with her toenails, cutting them down. They attempted to upscale the more costly pedicure but we declined. I was happy with the outcome. read more

it saddens me to give this one experience a 4 star. so i'm a regular here and ms. ann does my pedicure all the time and she does a fantastic job. this time i let my friend experience ms. ann and i got someone else. now when i go get my feet done, i just want to relax, sip a drink and chill. not this time. the girl who did my nails did NOT give me my leg and foot massage. instead, she talked the entire time. she started asking my friend about his personal business and she went as far as asking where him and i friends with benefits, who does that. she did an excellent job polishing my toes but i could've done without the chit chat .. read more

I've been here a couple of times and they do a decent job. The most recent time however, I was not satisfied. They put the wrong coat on my dip nails and it started picking off after 1 day. The dip has also broken a lot easier than it should. A manager or just regular worker was very rude about me having an appointment, saying if I have an appointment I should still expect to wait 30 minutes to be worked on. Not sure how that makes any sense but apparently you should just walk-in even though they say they take appointments. I have been here more than one time. The first time was awesome the young lady who did my pedicure and manicure was outstanding She did the best massage it was so relaxing and my nails and toes looked perfect. I wish I could remember her name because I would use her again. So I decided to go back a second time and had an older gentleman do my manicure I just needed to have my dip nails taken off and had paid for the nice manicure with the neck rub and everything to relax. I was also paying for my friend's manicure as well. He was awful. If I was just reviewing based on him it would have been one star. He was wandering around before our manicure even got started just chatting having a snack which is fine but instead of getting my nails soaking while he was doing that he just seemed very lost. After he finally got the nails off the paint job was horrendous and didn't even last 24 hours before it started peeling off not to mention it was a hot mess not all the way to the side or even to the tip on some nails. And the massage was very lackluster. He felt like he was in a hurry and for the price that I had paid I wish it was better. read more

Terrible service. I had an appointment for two pedicures. They sat us both down. Started on him and left me there for 55 mins before doing anything to my feet. The girl next to me had the same experience. They did her boyfriend's pedicure and left her sitting there. Then made them drinks and "forgot" to put the tequila in them! read more

I had my eyebrows waxed today and she ripped my skin. After she initially finished, I pointed out several little hairs left and instead of using tweezers, she just put more wax on the area. Besides being painful, it's so annoying when tweezers aren't used while waxing eyebrows. There's no way to get all of the hair and it's just lazy in my opinion. read more

I walked in this salon on Saturday evening and it wasn't busy. The front desk lady sent me to the chair right after I check-in, and sent unskilled tech to give me the pedi service. She did a horrible job that i had to bring up to the manager. Instead of redoing it, the manager decided to fix it by putting an extra coat of polish to make it look "better". From basic knowledge, everyone knew the thick polish caused peeling off quicker in a short period. My polish peeled off within a week. Smh. Don't waste your time at this salon. read more

I've given this place more than one chance and each time I ask myself why I do this to myself. If your time is valuable then steer clear of this place. I walked in and told them I needed a pedicure, the young lady working the front hovered over me while I selected my color as if I was annoying her that I was taking more than 30 seconds to choose. I was walked over to the chair and left. No water on, no heads up on time...just sitting there. I sat for about 8 mins before someone finally walked over. I could even hear some of the other technicians asking the owner/manager if I had been helped. The owner/manager couldn't put her phone down for a split second to help the young lady at the front who needed change for another customer to leave a tip. Huffed under her breath "ugh, change?" While that required setting her phone down and placing on her shoes. I work in the industry, customer service is key. I'm not asking to be waited on hand and foot but communication would be nice. My service was mediocre. Nothing bad, nothing great. Cut my toenails, rubbed some lotion on my legs (WHY DO THEY NOT USE PRESSURE WHEN DOING THIS?!), and painted my toes. Working all week long on my feet & being a mommy I rarely get to treat myself to this, so when I do- I want it to be good. I hate being disappointed. read more

Don't go here if you value your time. My wife and I made appointments at 10am for pedicures and they never showed up. (We waited 20 min)The last time my wife was here she said the owner rolled up late with a coffee in hand and blamed "traffic". (also a 10am appt) I guess they have an aversion to mornings. I absolutely love Terri! She finished my pedicure early so she spent the remainder of the time giving me a massage. The salon itself matches its name; both the interior design and the way the technicians conduct themselves is how I would describe an upscale spa. I appreciate that they don't try to up-sell you on services like low-class salons do. Instead, here they ask if you're sure you want the service that costs x amount of dollars (smart sales people know this is a better way to get more money from customers but it also helps the customer feel comfortable). Well...my mom and I have been here many times and have enjoyed the service but this particular time was not it. It took them forever to even start my water for my pedicure! When the lady finally did start my water she puts scorching hot water on and leaves to go do another customers nails and my tub almost spilled over! 10 minutes later she gets another girl to do my pedicure and her customer service game is off, she doesn't say hello or anything of the sort and I don't appreciate that nor is she really getting in there and working my feet. I am very disappointed with this visit, I'll be looking for another spa soon. read more

IF I could give them 0 stars I would I was cut 7 times(deep cuts). They would force me to do dip nails instead of acrylic, they wouldn't go down to the cuticle, the nails are chunky, and the top coat fell off literally 20 mins after I left the worst nails I've ever gotten done. It was horrid here. The employee began working on my nails everything was fine, we talked a little, he seemed friendly and all until he started to cut the fake nail shorter and I began to feel a sharp pain. Looking down, I saw all of my fingers bleeding. Right next to me was my cousin's nails getting done and hers looked perfectly done. I notified the employee he was cutting my skin and all he did was nod and keep going. Note, I was bleeding on every single finger, and you could tell I was hurting just by looking at me. I'm thinking his boss came by and guessing by the looks of it she was upset and notified him about the situation turning the machine off. And kicked him out of his chair. She dabbed a couple of alcohol on each of my fingers and they burned so bad I didn't want to finish. And put some clear coat on and dried them and I was finished. The nails turned out pretty bad anyways plus I was bleeding. This seemed like a nice place I just got a bad employee also note; it was my first time here. I won't get my nails done here anymore. They didn't make me pay and apologized but behind me, the same employee I had was working with someone else and I shook my head. This photo shows the aftermath of everything. This is my favorite nail place I have been to since moving to Texas 3 years ago. The atmosphere is so relaxing to me. The beautiful lighting, relaxing "massage" like music, the sound of trickling water and the low murmur of voices. I have visited this location a half dozen times. Granted, my experiences have been during Covid and at off peak times so I imagine it may be more hectic during peak times. I typically get a manicure or gel manicure and the herbal pedicure. I love the finished product. They have consistently done a great job and I have gone to several different people. The customer service has been great as well. For those of you that like to have a beverage. It appears they also have a full bar in the back. They are attached to a place called Man Cave that has a barber shop area. I stopped in once as my hair was just growing back from chemotherapy and the nice lady gave me a quick trim. That was a pleasant experience as well. I hope if you try it out, you will enjoy it as much as I do. read more
