The poster was never shown to me before it was printed. When I received it, I immediately noticed…read morethat the print quality was extremely poor. The image was very blurry, and the details of the person in the photo were almost impossible to make out. After I contacted the company about my concerns, the employee I spoke with was very helpful. She reviewed the image and explained that the poor quality was likely due to the resolution of the photo. She also told me that I could send a higher-resolution image to be reprinted. Had the company contacted me before printing or provided a proof for approval, I would have gladly sent a better-quality photo, and this entire situation could have been avoided. Beyond the poor print quality, the overall workmanship was unacceptable. The image appeared to have been carelessly mounted onto the poster board, with uneven application and visible areas where the poster board showed because the image did not fully cover it. It looked hastily assembled rather than professionally produced. When I called to ask about bringing the poster back for a reprint, my experience took an even worse turn. Instead of trying to understand my concerns or work toward a reasonable solution, the owner was rude, confrontational, and dismissive. Despite me pointing out the blurry image, the poor mounting, and the missing coverage on the poster board, he insisted there was nothing wrong with the work. He repeatedly stated that it was not his fault, refused to acknowledge the quality issues, and said there was nothing he could do. The only option he offered was to pay for an entirely new poster at an up-charge from the original price. Good customer service isn't just about taking an order--it's about communicating with customers when there are obvious issues that will affect the final product and standing behind the quality of your work. I would not recommend anyone going here you have better luck trying somewhere else

So I go in and he's not there but the lady at desk mentioned that he would be back soon and she would have him call me to give me a quote and estimated time sweatshirt would be done. This was on a Friday. I waited until Tuesday for a return call. That never happened so I called myself. (Sign 1) I brushed it off and he gave me a quote so I went in. Initially I knew it was a sign and the fact that the quote was fairly high, but I needed it so I was willing to pay. So I went in and paid deposit and made sure that he could have it done. I expressed that due to me going out of town 2 days later I wouldn't need it until the next week. So I come back and they tell me my sweatshirt is ready. I look at the sweatshirt and the print was coming off and the sleeve where there were 3 different colors for African flag was pinched as if it wasn't properly pressed in machine. Thank god it was only one sweatshirt and I would've taken it but the sleeve was too bad to ignore. So I tell the owner that I would like redone and this man goes off..mind you there's another customer inside. He says that he doesn't think it's a job that he would like to continue doing because it was too much work for "too little pay" $40 for one sweatshirt. He then goes further to say that it was my fault for the type of file I sent. Mind you I've used this file several times and the only reason I was using him over my regular guy is because he was closer to my home and home of my customer..and it was such a small order. I told him that he should not have taken the job if he didn't want to do it. The thing that baffled me was the fact that he lacked customer service in that it was clear what my business represented "Black to Business"...supporting black owned businesses. Not once did I ask him to lower the price. He gave me a quote and I paid him. On top of that I feel like this is a place that is used to quick orders that don't require much time, and my order required detail and time which he wasn't willing to give. You are in a creative business and it takes time. On top of that he could not find my receipt when I asked for a refund. Too much work I guess. I usually don't write reviews but I felt that the way I was treated was unprofessional and I ended up giving my customer back their money (losing business) because of this. The lady was very nice but it is clear why this business isn't growing. The owner.
