"Customer Service" from this location hung up on me when I told her I would send her the video clearly showing no driver from UPS ever rolled up to my business. Big time joke. Uhm, I requested through UPS to have my package routed to be picked up through their customer care line. (I tried using the 'Change Delivery' option online as I do have a MY UPS CHOICE account, or whatever you call it. No matter how many times I clicked on it, it would ask me to log in again and the vicious cycle repeats). So then after directly requesting the change over customer service, I repeatedly confirmed with multiple agents to ensure that it was NOT going to be delivered at my home address as no one was going to be home during the weekend and we have had a few of our packages stolen before. I got a confirmation call from a number that stated on google it was connected to this location somehow. The person Robert left a voicemail saying that once the package is routed to this hub that they would hold it. I thought, 'Perfect!' right? I tried to call back the number to confirm (again) and the number was unreachable whatsover. Well, the next day I checked on the tracking information and lo and behold it was delivered at my home with a photo showing it sitting at our front door. I am lucky that my next door neighbor was home as we asked him to recover it and keep it safe until we came back. Look, I am very thankful the package was received at the end of it all, but definitely disappointed in this whole process. I really think UPS needs to re-evaluate their services and processes. Since May 2021 I've been dealing with Dee and Lorenda. Lorenda was dismissive and careless, Dee the supervisor was rude and disrespectful, no wonder her employees are just as bad. This location is a total fraud, they make notes such as the customer requested to pick up the package from their office w/o them calling me or sending me any kind of notifications. Beware of UPS deliveries! I was waiting on a package while I was away from home today, saw that it was "delivered at the front door" but when I checked my ring camera, there was no one who came. I called my friend who lives with me, he said that there was as nothing at the front, he checked the other doors, NOTHING, and checked the mail, NOTHING. When I finally called customer service, they told me the driver/dispatch will call me. A lady then called after a few minutes and I told her I want to speak with the driver about the missing package that was supposedly delivered. She seemed confused and had no customer service whatsoever. When I finally said that I have a ring camera and that I have proof no one came to drop off anything, she then said that the driver will go back to "RETRACE" his steps?! I told her to call me again once the guy gets to the house. I explained that someone will be at the house WAITING for the delivery. Not even 10minutes later, my friend txted me that it got delivered but the delivery guy not once said anything. I finally had proof that the guy came with the package. A few minutes later, the same lady called and said that it got delivered. I asked her where the package was "delivered earlier" and she said "it was at the front door". I called her BS out and said "no, I saw the driver had the package with him all along, it was not at the front door". All she could say was "sorry for the inconvenience but it was delivered". When I tried to tell her that I have all the proof, someone in the back of the call was laughing and saying "yeah yeah yeah" basically dismissing my point. While the manager ultimately (55 minutes after we arrived) secured our package, the operations at UPS, from top to bottom, are extraordinarily, mindblowingly terrible. If your package is simple to find, sure, you'll be in and out, but if there's any small issue, maybe the driver didn't pull it or isn't back, or your ID address doesn't match, they have an extremely rude, "tough shit," "not my problem" attitude. This all happened because the driver lied about attempting to deliver our package and then failed to properly hold it for pickup, which they blamed us for not arranging correctly, even though it was THEIR rep who made the arrangements for us by phone (which the driver then ignored). I don't even want to waste my breath because they've already wasted so much of my time. The other reviews speak for themselves, I'm thankful we got our package in the end and the manager was sorry, but your best bet is to let your shipper know not to use UPS. They won't reform until they lose the business, and even then I'm not sure since Amazon, one of the biggest shippers in the world, already ditched them for USPS (where I've had zero problems since). read more

Drivers here are lazy and useless. Fire them? I'd fire all of them. They will never drop off your packages on time. Every SINGLE package I receive from UPS is delayed for days at a time as the drivers REFUSE to walk to you door if you live in apartment and simply lie saying that no one was home. Trust me, I've wasted my days waiting for them to come. They don't call on the intercom or even leave info notices like they're supposed to. Now, they've conveniently "lost" my package AKA it's probably been stolen. When you call customer service to have someone from the facility call you back, they're all full of excuses about how the driver said there wasn't a way to get into the building. From my experience, I've had 6 packages in the last month that I've had to call UPS regarding every single one. Even then, I'm still not getting my packages on time. I've lived at the same place for over 3 years and only started to have HORRIBLE issues the last 2 months. I don't know what changed, but it's despicable. Once again, the local UPS delivery hub fails to make their drivers do their job. For months, maybe a year now, we have UPS drivers claim they cannot make deliveries at our gated complex. We have a call box which will ring my cell phone number if my unit number is pressed. I am then able to open the gate for the delivery person NO MATTER IF I AM HOME OR NOT. Fed-Ex, Amazon, even the freakin' pizza delivery guy can all figure out how to do this. So: a) I know the call box works; and b) it means the UPS drivers are lying when they say they attempted to deliver a package but could not. I have complained countless times to UPS corporate and this local UPS hub. I get lip service but no one ever makes the drivers just do their job. Whenever I have a choice, I choose anyone other than UPS for my delivery service. If I could use the pizza delivery place for package delivery, I would choose them over UPS. Last package was "out for delivery" since 9:30 am on Saturday, and at 7:55 PM I called customer service and they assured me that it is on the way. At 8:30 PM the system said that my package is at their facility and is not currently available. I spend the whole Saturday waiting for nothing. Now I see why this place has terrible reviews.. If I could give this place no stars I would. That being said I will NEVER use them again. I went in to receive my delivery that I've been waiting for a month for abs paid over 1K for. The man working to 'help' me was beyond rude and wasn't understanding of my situation. I changed my last name and have no way of getting it now I was willing to show him anything that had my old last name on it but he wasn't willing to work with me at all. One thing this man is a miserable man who clearly hates his job and his life. I can't believe UPS let's this place remain open with these type of employees. It never arrived, and UPS claims they tried to deliver it but no one ever came I was home the entire day. They have one job to do provided the addresses which are given. Yet they don't do it. My package was labeled as delivered yet on the camera by the front door didn't show a single person come. So they lied. I needed a package delivered today. I made sure I ordered it from the seller and the shipping was arranged correctly. Unfortunately the shipper used UPS. The tracking said it would arrive in time. I waited at home all day for the package. Then I see online that Delivery was attempted, but that no answer at the door. I got a note that they missed me on my door. However, I know that the UPS delivery man didn't even ring the doorbell. Just left a note and went back to the the truck. I called UPS Telling them that the guy didn't ring the doorbell and I have been waiting for my package that needs to arrive today. They told me I can pick it up for an extra charge and I paid. They told me it would be ready within the hour for pick up at the UPS store. I waited all day for it to be ready, the store closed. Not ready. So now I paid extra money for nothing. I came here to pick up a package from Amazon that I kept missing, and thought it would be a loooong wait. I came around 330pm and have to say the line was short and the woman working was hustling to move as fast as she could. The reason I am writing a review is because this woman did her job with a great attitude and smile on her face. She even had time to crack jokes with a family that was in. I've been waiting on my wife's package for THREE days. If it were our regular UPS guy Nick (shout out to you because you're amazing) it would probably be here by now. Day 1: 12/20, Package from Amazon was SUPPOSED to be delivered, apparently the address was wrong (Called customer service after checking the address to begin with, nope, it wasn't wrong, neither was the name on the package) turns out, the new driver couldn't get in. Okay, fine, I talked to a lovely lady on the phone, at this location (I'm assuming), and I gave her the code to give to the driver so I could let them in, she said it's on the instructions. I felt good about it, thinking okay now they'll be competent, use the call box, and we can finally get the package, she said it would be delivered the next day. I'm not blaming her for this. Day 2: 12/21, Updated info, package was out for delivery, called to make SURE that it was going to be delivered that day. Get off the phone, refresh the UPS page. "The receiver was not available at the time of the first delivery attempt. A second attempt will be made." As soon as I get off the phone with customer service. Which is bullshit because I was home all day. Day 3: 12/22, No attempt has been made (yet), the place is closed, STILL says it's out for delivery and will be delivered today. Doubtful. For three days my package said "Out for delivery by 9pm", and each day 9pm would roll around with no delivery. Finally had to tell them I would just pick it up at the distribution center. The customer service line was no help. If you have more packages than you can deliver in one day, then hire more drivers! UPS is incompetent. My wife is a semi-invalid, and never leaves our home. I am retired and seldom leave. US mail delivers daily, without any problem. FedEx delivers one to three times a month, without a problem. Somehow, UPS never seems to find us home. However, they never leave a tag. They never call us through the intercom. If you call to complain, they always say how sorry they are, but the problem remains. Wherever possible, I instruct shippers to use FedEx or the US mail. As far as I am concerned, UPS can go out of business. It would be no loss. read more

"out for delivery" is a useless term apparently for UPS. I was then instructed to wait for a call from this branch within the next hour. When I did not receive this call I called back at 7:35 and was told that "someone" cancelled my pick up order at 7:06 (I have called no one). They apparently lost my package twice and it was an iPad. Apple refunded me and said they're gonna do an investigation but something is going on here. Someone or a group that work here are stealing items. iPads just don't go missing twice. When I saw the driver outside my place I asked him about it and he said I have a package for you but it's not where it should be on my truck. I will call the office. One of my worst customer service experiences, ever. Was lied to over the phone and told my package was already at this location but that they wouldn't deliver it until Monday. So I said I would pick it up after I got off of work. Spent close to an hour driving to and from there after a full day at work. My package was supposed to be delivered today as I am leaving out of town Monday morning. UPS would take no responsibility for it being late. Once I got to the 'customer service center,' I had to wait for five minutes just to be acknowledged and another five minutes to actually get help. Two other people there before me were already talking to the manager about the horrible service they received and how rudely they were treated.
