This place is a joke. I've been here twice and each time is laughable. The first time I had to buy my own packing tape because they didn't have any. It's a ship center for f's sake. The second time I was returning an item with a pre-paid label but I needed a shipping box and they didn't have the right size so they said they couldn't help me. Just go to UPS, jfc. FedEx in general likes to hold my money for QR codes that don't work or overcharge for supposedly underpaid labels--I was up-charged for a package because it was supposedly 22 pounds instead of 1-2 pounds, that item was a vinyl figure, similar to a Funko Pop ($28 extra charged to my account for shipping that item). That's just my complaint about FedEx in general. This place gets one star because of FedEx's horrible and slow service in general and because whenever I come to this location to get labels, the workers never cover the name of the recipient that I wrote on the box and instead always cover the "FRAGILE" stamps. read more

By far the worst experience of my 67 years. I have stage 4 cancer and my dad sent me an important package and they never texted or emailed me. First off they are expecting me to wait in my driveway for 12 hours on a hot day. in this computer age the best they can do is sometime between 8 am and 8pm. They tried to deliver it the first day but never left a sticker on the door. So i went online and requested they hold it. Next day they try to deliver again so I call their customer service and it took me a good 45 minutes to talk to a real person. i said OPERATOR and hit 0 hundreds of times. the phone computer kept saying "I don't understand" and refused to put me though to a person. Finally they give me a call back and the lady said it's at the facility now it will be there all day tomorrow. So I go to pick it up and she couldn't look it up with my name and address so I have to call my dad back east to get the tracking number. Then she said the driver tried to deliver it while I was at Fedex $10 in gas wasted I was going to use to get to my cancer treatment tomorrow She's saying now it will be there after 530PM if it isn't I insured it I will report it lost. I walked inside and there was only 1 person working. I give them the fedex slip that they left for pickup and showed him my ID. He then went to the back to get my package. I have had no problems with this FedEx location. They are located in the center of my usual drive and close enough to my house to where it does not feel like I'm going out of my way to send something. The parking lot is not very big but yet I always find a parking spot. Sometimes there is a line inside but it moves at a steady pace. Liars! I ordered a luxury watch through The Watchbox (Who deserves 5 stars.) and it was shipped overnight though FedEx. The next morning I excitedly wait all day for my package to arrive, constantly checking status updates. As the day wore on my hope began to wane. I decided to call their customer service line to find out where my package could be. They inform me that a delivery attempt was made but they received no response from me. How could this be!? I ask them if they can contact the driver and tell him I am home and they should return. But no they say, the office closes it's doors at 6pm and they are sending all of their drivers back to home base. They keep telling me since I MISSED my delivery I will have to wait until Monday for it to be delivered again. I explained I missed nothing I was home all day and their driver is a liar. I don't even have the "sorry we missed you" slip. But the people at the call center are completely sympathetic. Finally I have them get in touch with the main hub where my package is going to be held. I ask if I can just come and pick up my package. They decline saying their files say the package must be received via delivery with a signature and I cannot pick it up. After much back and forth and some light yelling on my part they finally relent. That Saturday I drive down to their shipping center to get my prize! I spoke with agent Andrew this evening. He told me today there was an attempt to deliver it while I was at work. It is my new phone. When I explained him it was urgent I receive my phone because it was already activated, he told me he arranged new delivery tonight at my home. Nobody came. When I called again, I was told the system indicated Fedex would try a new attempt to deliver tomorrow anytime during the day. Fedex refused to deliver my package when I am home, unless I pay a fee. They took my money for SPECIFIC service (Saturday delivery), did not provide it on purpose (the driver lied) and did not agree to provide it even when getting the proof the driver lied. F U Fedex. I bought an item on Friday online, and out of all options i paid $85 for "Saturday delivery" option (instead of "free delivery on Monday") - because, well, Mother's day - so if it's a present you better present it on time. FedEx took the money (of course) and on Saturday at 9am i see their truck coming to my house,.. making a U-turn and leaving. The driver did not even exit the truck ) The delivery status is updated: "WRONG ADDRESS - delayed till MONDAY". I call FedEx customer care - and they are total POS: could not be more useless. They are just repeating like parrots: "oh we're sorry you experienced that blahblah". BUT.. the end result is: "We can not provide you SAME-DAY DELIVERY because there was wrong address" - "No, the address was X" - "Oh its the right address" - "I know. So explain me WTF?!" - "Oh we dont know the driver mentioned wrong address so it was returned to the North Hills facility and CAN NOT BE DELIVERED "SAME-DAY" - "It's not same-day delivery. When I go and drop off a package there, under my FedEx account, they always try and use the "ONE RATE" pricing option. My company has discounts and should be charged under the "STANDARD RATE" option. They tried to charge me $134.70 for a small box "ONE RATE", when it should have been $57.75 for the "STANDARD RATE". My employee tried to show the difference to the plank behind the counter but he just said he couldn't change it. Then I had to contact FedEx on the phone and just spent 45 minutes explaining this to some other person who then told me she understood what had happened and that my "Account Executive" would call me back...... I send out a load of packages at various Fed Ex shipping centers and it's just this one guy at this one service center that either hasn't worked it out or just wants to over charge every single time. If you have a different Fed Ex closer, (like the one on Zelzah I'd recommend making the extra effort to get there). This place is bad.
