5 stars just for Esly. She went above and beyond to help me today and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Esly. I hope I am spelling that right. read more

Such a bad experience. Got a random call from here saying they couldn't deliver my passport to my address (no clear reason why), said to come in the morning and gave me the address, no other info... When I got there, the guy at the desk was like--sorry, can't help you without a tracking number. Then gave me the general customer service line. I sat down and started making useless calls. Five minutes later, he walked into the back, found the package in 5 seconds. Any big brand is going to have shitty stores and bureaucratic meltdown, but I'd try and avoid this location specifically if you can. read more

This place is the worst! Staff is miserable and they don't acknowledge their customers. They truly do not care to be here.

FedEx in general likes to hold my money for QR codes that don't work or overcharge for supposedly underpaid labels--I was up-charged for a package because it was supposedly 22 pounds instead of 1-2 pounds, that item was a vinyl figure, similar to a Funko Pop ($28 extra charged to my account for shipping that item). That's just my complaint about FedEx in general. This place gets one star because of FedEx's horrible and slow service in general and because whenever I come to this location to get labels, the workers never cover the name of the recipient that I wrote on the box and instead always cover the "FRAGILE" stamps. read more

This location has the laziest drivers, they will "attempt" delivery without getting out of their trucks. I've had this happen numerous times even when I'm home to receive the package. Never have issues with any other delivery services except fedex. Also customer service sucks and is completely useless. read more

Absolute garbage of a location. Terribly slow workers and have had multiple packages delayed after dropping them off here before their stated cutoffs. Get receipts! read more

The clerks are hit and miss here, but so is management. I have been in great chats here, and also been given the cold shoulder. In definite need of some customer service training. The place is clean however, and the services are quality and averagely priced read more

my label wasn't scanning and they said they couldnt reprint a label. like what the hell? you're literally a shipping center but you can't reprint a fedex label even if i offered to pay? wth?? read more

By far the worst experience of my 67 years. I have stage 4 cancer and my dad sent me an important package and they never texted or emailed me. First off they are expecting me to wait in my driveway for 12 hours on a hot day. in this computer age the best they can do is sometime between 8 am and 8pm. They tried to deliver it the first day but never left a sticker on the door. So i went online and requested they hold it. Next day they try to deliver again so I call their customer service and it took me a good 45 minutes to talk to a real person. i said OPERATOR and hit 0 hundreds of times. the phone computer kept saying "I don't understand" and refused to put me though to a person. Finally they give me a call back and the lady said it's at the facility now it will be there all day tomorrow. So I go to pick it up and she couldn't look it up with my name and address so I have to call my dad back east to get the tracking number. Then she said the driver tried to deliver it while I was at Fedex $10 in gas wasted I was going to use to get to my cancer treatment tomorrow She's saying now it will be there after 530PM if it isn't I insured it I will report it lost. I stopped by this FedEx ship center to pick up an item that we kept missing during delivery. This place doesn't have that many parking spots but it wasn't an issue when I came. I walked inside and there was only 1 person working. I give them the fedex slip that they left for pickup and showed him my ID. He then went to the back to get my package. The process was simple and I was out of there within 5 minutes. read more

I don't normally write reviews, however, the fed ex delivery guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable and he was extremely hostile. Ruined the entirety of my day, would give zero stars if possible. read more

I've been waiting for this package for weeks and following the tracking so I stayed home to receive it and sign only to get a notification that the driver was unable to deliver due to nobody here , that was false they had my phone number and email and I was at home all day , very poor service use the US Postal service or UPS and the Amazon delivery was able to deliver a package at the same time fed ex is terrible. read more

Costumer service is terrible. You have to wait long times on the phone and nobody responds

Absolutely not, these people close early if it's slow!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!! Do not use them if you have important packages that need to be sent out even just before closing. They don't deserve your business. Go to another location. read more

This location dosent deserve one star even specifically with the LAZY front employees For example his name was JOSE i was trying to ask him questions regarding my package which the driver returned this location i just came back to pickup my package but jose gave me the attitude very rude person, i never come back again to this location. read more

I have had no problems with this FedEx location. They are located in the center of my usual drive and close enough to my house to where it does not feel like I'm going out of my way to send something. The parking lot is not very big but yet I always find a parking spot. Sometimes there is a line inside but it moves at a steady pace. I am grateful for their help in sending the FedEx packages that I've needed to send thusfar. read more

The drivers from this location are terrible. They don't even try to deliver your package. I was at home waiting all day to only an email saying I wasn't home. I checked the security camera and the driver never got out of his truck and send the photo from the drivers seat! What a joke. I just want the package I paid for man... read more

The driver from this location NEVER KNOCKED ON MY DOOR!!! i took two days off because it was also delayed. Theres no one to complain to. Train your drivers to read the delivery instructions it has the gate code to get in and try to make contact instead of running up and walking away. Thats what my mailman said this delivery driver did. read more

Fast and friendly service. Always helpful Always ready to answer questions, and I had a lot. Ha. Morning is less crowded! Lots of parking!

I wish I could pick a different location for distribution. These people suck! What's the purpose of being able to leave messages or manage deliveries if these people don't look at any of it. I've had deliveries attempted 2 times to another house, I left instructions on the app (because you can't talk to anyone) that they had the wrong house but they continued for a third time! And sent it back. Then when putting my packages on vacation hold, they still delivered. Leaving packages at my front door for the well known pirate thieves to take. They don't care about anyone actually getting their packages read more

I mean whats one more 1 star negative going to do or change for this shit show of an organization? They lost my damn package. They had it, but somehow they managed to lose it. Been going back and forth for 2 days now and still nothing. Lousy workers, nonexistent customer service. Talk about pure shit of an experience with these A**holes. They do NOT care! This place is a joke. I've been here twice and each time is laughable. The first time I had to buy my own packing tape because they didn't have any. It's a ship center for f's sake. The second time I was returning an item with a pre-paid label but I needed a shipping box and they didn't have the right size so they said they couldn't help me. Just go to UPS, jfc. Employees are rude, unhelpful and almost get insulted when you ask why a ship center doesn't have shipping supplies. read more

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. They are so unprofessional. Unhelpful and rude. Unfortunately I had to go to this location because the smaller fedex didn't accept my package. I approached the counter and all the employees behind the counter were leaning backwards not attempting to approach me. I heard a faint hello from one. I was mindblow how lazy these employees could be . Told them my situation and without finishing my story one said sorry we can't help you. "What do you mean you can't help me". All three were useless finally they called over 6 other employees from the back , the looked like they guys who load the trucks! Which confused me even more.. Finally One of all as able to help and accept my package. They are so embarrassing. My friend saw all 3 just laughing in the corner . Never again read more

Left a package in the drop box in front of the store and it was either lost or stolen

I've sent shipments from this facility twice now and I've received great service both times. Edward gave me options both with ship times and prices. He is a very nice and helpful young man. It's the holiday season so I'll be back at least once more. I really appreciate the One Rate Flat Fee and how it allows me to use Fedex as a viable shipping option when I find something on sale in my area, but must ship to family on the opposite coast. read more

The reason for the 1 star review is for the terrible service. The driver never delivered my order to Sherman Oaks. He would put that no one was there without knocking on the door and checking. I was there everyday so that's how I knew he was lying and being lazy. This package was very expensive and it only ended up delaying things. Never ordering anything that ships with FedEx. read more

Totally disappointed with this place. Gave it one star since I don't have a choice, but I did luck out when I got there. The place was empty on a Saturday after Christmas. The location totally throws you off too since it's located in an industrial area. I came over to return a pair of shoes I got online. I forgot to grab packing tape at home on the way out. I did have a roll of painters tape in case of emergencies. I get inside and the place is empty. They have no tape except for one $9 roll of tape that wasn't even going to be enough for my entire box. Eventually a woman came out from the back. I asked her if they had any tape I could borrow or a larger roll of packing tape I could use. Her only reply was no. So I took out my roll of painter's tape and went at it. Mind you, as I was going to town on my shoebox a customer came in. She stood there helping the other customer and watching me the entire time. I then proceeded to the line to drop off. When I get back to the front of the line she then so nicely tells me that I can't use painter's tape to mail a package. I asked her why as I've literally covered the entire box twice over with tape to ensure it doesn't open up. She tells me it's their protocol since it's not secure. I ask her what else can I do since they have nothing here for me to use. I mean really what kind of shipping center has no tape to use or purchase. She says she'll take it this one time but they won't take responsibility if it opens on the way to its final location. Pro tip: don't assume that they have tape even if it's a "shipping center". read more

Liars! I ordered a luxury watch through The Watchbox (Who deserves 5 stars.) and it was shipped overnight though FedEx. The next morning I excitedly wait all day for my package to arrive, constantly checking status updates. As the day wore on my hope began to wane. I decided to call their customer service line to find out where my package could be. They inform me that a delivery attempt was made but they received no response from me. How could this be!? I ask them if they can contact the driver and tell him I am home and they should return. But no they say, the office closes it's doors at 6pm and they are sending all of their drivers back to home base. They keep telling me since I MISSED my delivery I will have to wait until Monday for it to be delivered again. I explained I missed nothing I was home all day and their driver is a liar. I don't even have the "sorry we missed you" slip. But the people at the call center are completely sympathetic. Finally I have them get in touch with the main hub where my package is going to be held. I ask if I can just come and pick up my package. They decline saying their files say the package must be received via delivery with a signature and I cannot pick it up. After much back and forth and some light yelling on my part they finally relent. That Saturday I drive down to their shipping center to get my prize! As I'm sitting in my car looking through my items to make sure everything is in order I hear a notification ding on my phone. "Successful Delivery!" it reads. Liars! read more

I spoke with agent Andrew this evening. He told me today there was an attempt to deliver it while I was at work. It is my new phone. When I explained him it was urgent I receive my phone because it was already activated, he told me he arranged new delivery tonight at my home. Nobody came. When I called again, I was told the system indicated Fedex would try a new attempt to deliver tomorrow anytime during the day. Fedex refused to deliver my package when I am home, unless I pay a fee. They refused to send it to the closest Fedex branch for the same reason. When I asked them to deliver it to the place I work from 9 to 5, they wanted me to wait 48 hours. Terrible customer service read more

I wish I could give them negative stars. Clear and simple they don't give a rats ass about customer services. I got a note yesterday they attempted to deliver a package. It read I could pick it up after 6pm at the location marked. So I came today and they said they didn't have it. The lady told me "we will try 3 Times before it stays at the location" it does not say that on the note. She said "you need to come back today" as if I have all the time in the world. I asked if there was a better option..."call the 800 number" what great customer service. Then I told her I would be back at 6pm she said "no try at 730pm" who runs a business like this? I will never use FEDEX I'm FEDUP of them playing around with my time, inconsiderate people. read more

Luisa- you are a gem, she knows how to treat others. Jose- that's a different story. I had to pick up my perishable order since the driver did not even make an attempt to deliver it properly. Showed Jose the my leasing agreement on my phone which is what I showed at my previous visit- since my ID has not been updated. He stated they cannot look at anything on the phone. I then asked him if any documentation would work- he literally said he doesn't want to help me and that I can just wait for the manager to free up (which is 30 mins) because "he doesn't want to deal with it".. thankfully I came back and Luisa assisted me and she was so kind about it. read more
