Couldn't talk to an agent because the computer wanted this information or that information and was giving me solutions to problems that I wasn't experiencing. This post office, and USPS in general, has the worst automated customer service system in existence. When I want to talk to an agent, i expect to be connected to an agent. After paying an additional $32 to have a letter sent - not wanting to assume that they pick up mail from the receptacle and it stay there until they reopen - it turns out that they do still pick up mail from the receptacle.
