I arrive, I wash, I respect my area and help others, I clean up, I do my shit and leave. Period. Today, this short balding larger older lady comes out of the office, I smile, she grimaces. Ok, whatever, I go about my business. Someone shut a dryer door a bit too hard for her, she screams DONT SLAM THE DRYER DOORS! I looked at the other customer like WTH?? We kept it pushing. Someone else came over with headphones on, did the same thing - slam! Not one word from the wicked witch of the washers. I shrugged it off, figured the witch was having a bad day, and proceeded to fold all my clothes (a few more people "slammed" the doors, but that's not my business!). When I was done, I went outside to get my hamper from the car, loaded up my clothes, went back to the car and was about to leave when the witch came running out and motioned for me to stop. She then told me I was no longer allowed back at this laundromat. I laughed. Because WHAT?! She has to be kidding! She spun around on her little legs and walked away. I asked her name but she refused to give it. Such a lovely courageous woman. To the managers of this laundromat - please fire her. If she's going to indiscriminately tell customers to not use this establishment, that establishment won't last very long. Simple math.

Ferb's is a transport service that takes dry cleaning from Roseburg up to Eugene to a cleaners there. They're a bit more than a traditional dry cleaner because they hand the cost of transport on with the cleaning cost. They are very nice, organized and get the job done so you don't have to make the 168 mile round trip to get dry cleaning done. I really appreciate this service and hope others use this wonderful service.

They know about different fabrics that have newer finishes on them. They were very careful and thorough, processing the dress through several times to get it just right. They even called to extend the service for one day so they could take their time. Both people who were at the counter were upbeat and friendly.
