I thoroughly enjoy frequenting this establishment; however, it is regrettable to note that they have ceased offering shoe repair services.

A nice place to shop but they do not do boot repair anymore. They don't have a cobbler or plan on getting one.

They really do a great job fixing, building up any shoes you have! They are very nice at the shop…read moreand on the phone. But-of course there is a but, they are extremely slow at doing the great job!!! 4-5 weeks on a more intense repair, ie shoe build up! And the kicker is - you pay up front! Before you see the job that is done, or you can't pick them up for a month or more. This is the only problem. There is not another cobbler choice in Eugene!! I have read that someone calls and needs an emergency heel or strap replaced-I am happy for them. A different tech does those repairs, than my extensive build up. I must tell you that they are very good! In fact when I moved to Texas for a while I UPS'd my shoes to them! So, I must adjust to their schedule!! If you can-you be extremely satisfied!!!

This place is fast! I dropped off my motorcycle boots* in early Jan I think and they had them…read moredone by the end of the month! I asked for them to get them done as soon a possible without having to pay a rush fee, since this is a safety issue (they're my only pair of armored riding boots). Brought them in because their tread was almost completely fine and I was spying on rocks/ gravel a little. Price was kind of high, but they look great and it's way cheaper than buying a new pair! *I had to buy these boots years ago because they were the only vegan ones I could find. Track boots aren't supposed to have much tread so your foot doesn't get pulled off the peg dangerously. However, I ride a cruiser and only do street riding, so some tread is fine.
