Last month I arrived at the facility to do laundry and the dogs jumped up on me causing me to drop a part of my computer and break it. After telling the owner about this he said he will take care of the dogs. NOT TRUE. The next time I wet there the dogs pooped right beside put vehicle. Today the owner brought the dogs in the laundromat to run around and harass people. When I asked the owner to get the dogs away from me I was informed that dogs jump on people because that's what dogs do. They aren't hurting anything. Hu!?

Lives in a sketchy neighborhood on a gravel road that sounded like it is hard to find. Says they're too busy and forgot all about my message from a couple days ago. They could not even estimate a cost for doing 1 foot of stitchup work. A ballpark estimate before I make a longish drive would have been nice but none was forthcoming. She changed her Yelp business photo after our encounter. It used to have her business card showing and it said she did service at your home. Barview is a sketchy neighborhood too. As for no phone calls, I have POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) and no way to screen for junk calls so only those who know how to call me (8 rings) can get through since the junk callers quit ringing after 6 rings. She is not on the computer much is her claim but she had enough time to post a longish inaccurate post about this situation. Go figure!

UPDATE: unfortunately they've hired someone new and she is a witch from hell…read more I've been coming here for TEN years. I've seen the improvements and have grown to love this place. I arrive, I wash, I respect my area and help others, I clean up, I do my shit and leave. Period. Today, this short balding larger older lady comes out of the office, I smile, she grimaces. Ok, whatever, I go about my business. Someone shut a dryer door a bit too hard for her, she screams DONT SLAM THE DRYER DOORS! I looked at the other customer like WTH?? We kept it pushing. Someone else came over with headphones on, did the same thing - slam! Not one word from the wicked witch of the washers. I shrugged it off, figured the witch was having a bad day, and proceeded to fold all my clothes (a few more people "slammed" the doors, but that's not my business!). When I was done, I went outside to get my hamper from the car, loaded up my clothes, went back to the car and was about to leave when the witch came running out and motioned for me to stop. She then told me I was no longer allowed back at this laundromat. I laughed. Because WHAT?! She has to be kidding! She spun around on her little legs and walked away. I asked her name but she refused to give it. Such a lovely courageous woman. To the managers of this laundromat - please fire her. If she's going to indiscriminately tell customers to not use this establishment, that establishment won't last very long. Simple math.
