I arrive, I wash, I respect my area and help others, I clean up, I do my shit and leave. Period. Today, this short balding larger older lady comes out of the office, I smile, she grimaces. Ok, whatever, I go about my business. Someone shut a dryer door a bit too hard for her, she screams DONT SLAM THE DRYER DOORS! I looked at the other customer like WTH?? We kept it pushing. Someone else came over with headphones on, did the same thing - slam! Not one word from the wicked witch of the washers. I shrugged it off, figured the witch was having a bad day, and proceeded to fold all my clothes (a few more people "slammed" the doors, but that's not my business!). When I was done, I went outside to get my hamper from the car, loaded up my clothes, went back to the car and was about to leave when the witch came running out and motioned for me to stop. She then told me I was no longer allowed back at this laundromat. I laughed. Because WHAT?! She has to be kidding! She spun around on her little legs and walked away. I asked her name but she refused to give it. Such a lovely courageous woman. To the managers of this laundromat - please fire her. If she's going to indiscriminately tell customers to not use this establishment, that establishment won't last very long. Simple math.

They have an ATM machine- $3.00 to use, but it's there. The change machine even changes $20 bills! Plenty of seating, even one booth to sit and eat or do paper work- a big plus! While I was waiting, went to the sandwich shop on the other side of the pot store, where they have the best burgers and real ice cream shakes! Laundromat is an old building, but most places are. It was prefect except for having a bathroom for the public- so make sure you go before arriving. Very happy experience! The only other option for Coos Bay Laundromat has a horrible review, so I drove across town for this one as we were staying at the RV park with broken down machines!

Last month I arrived at the facility to do laundry and the dogs jumped up on me causing me to drop a part of my computer and break it. After telling the owner about this he said he will take care of the dogs. NOT TRUE. The next time I wet there the dogs pooped right beside put vehicle. Today the owner brought the dogs in the laundromat to run around and harass people. When I asked the owner to get the dogs away from me I was informed that dogs jump on people because that's what dogs do. They aren't hurting anything. Hu!?

I told the front desk and they accused me of lying and wouldn't help me. They were so condescending. My husband called them trying to figure out what was going on and they denied everything & said they get lots of druggies here so they have a hard rule not to help anyone with change problems. Worst customer service ever. If you treat everyone like they're a criminal, all the good honest people won't patron your business. Do better and don't talk down to your customers like they're idiots.

The machines do a clean cycle between everyone's wash. First visit your soap with nontoxic fragrance, free detergent and the dryer are free. I haven't been to a laundromat in decades, but I blew it washing a large comforter at the home washing machine. So walked in with a soaking wet, heavy comforter.
