Staff are nice and helpful. Got in and out fast. Prices are much cheaper than the coos bay recycling.

We didn't know what to expect. The elderly lady working the booth asked what we were disposing. We started cardboard and paper. She then proceeded to tear through every bag making sure we had no trash. And when she's found some tissue paper she pulled it out and said"this is trash" kind of rudely. Like ok.. My mistake. It's paper in my eyes. But apparently tissue paper doesn't qualify for paper recycling. No big thing. We took the small amount aside. She let us through the gate and we put the cardboard in the cardboard bin and paper on paper bin. Took the "trash" and now all the torn plastic bags that we could have reused, put them in the cab of our truck and left. Not sure if this is "normal"employee behavior. She's a little rough around the edges. Maybe it's the clientele she deals with daily? But someone could give her a little kindness course or two. Other than that, the facility is clean and relatively easy to dispose of recyclables. You can dispose of trash. It seems rather expensive at $9.50 a barrel. But I don't know what a "barrel" is, as I didn't use this service. Of course we'll be back, doing our part, helping keep Oregon clean and green.

Unfortunately, if you frequent this place you're throwing away too much money along your garbage. The Beaverhill location is a much better value.

I have constant issues with trying to get a hold of them over the phone. They never answer. They take forever to call back. If you need to leave out an extra bag, they say the drivers won't pick up if you don't call before garbage day, yet they are impossible to get a hold of. You cannot pay over the phone or online - you have to send a check (or I guess cash, but who does that), but they don't process your payment until the second month after you send it in (so don't bother sending it in right away unless you're good about remembering that in your check balancing and then you won't have to search back two months to figure out what hadn't come out yet.- I know its a minor inconvenience but it makes me rage.) God forbid you lose your bill in-between getting it and waiting to send the payment because they won't answer the phone for you to find out how much your bill was! When they actually do call back or the rare occasion they answer, they are rude. They act like I am inconveniencing them by calling in. Most of these issues would be resolved if they had a website that allowed online payments and messaging. IF you hate talking to people so much that you can't be even remotely cordial to your customers, you need to find a different way to do customer service!

It's unfortunate that Wadsworth Garbage is the only garbage service in our area. Every single…read morestatement I have received from them is messed up. I have been charged double, charged for days they didn't show up, and they even tried to say that I hadn't paid for 6months. If you're actually able to reach someone by phone then you're lucky. If you manage to do so customer service is poor and it takes forever to get your problem resolved. Honestly you're better off to just take your garbage to the dump yourself or hire some one with a pick up to do it for you. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Roseburg disposal does a great job. Do people really expect drivers to get out and straighten up…read moretheir can for them? The company would have to charge double the price. Maybe that's a service they could offer: "Deluxe" service pick-up? They could go get your can wherever it is, dump it, then clean and disinfect it for you before they put it back? They could even sort all your recyclables for you if your too stupid to figure it out.

The drivers don't have to get their lazy butts out of the truck so they just leave it (most others on the street) teetering on the edge of the sidewalk where a good gust of wind can topple it into the street. I also agree 100% with the other reviewer (Mp_.) about the recycling. Not only do they take less & less, if you make a tiny mistake they just leave it all. My dad is 86 yrs. old & he sometimes forgets what is recyclable & what isn't but they just leave it all. My dad worked for Roseburg Disposal when I was a kid. The people actually had to work, work hard & if they made a mess they cleaned it up. If a can was not replaced in the right place the customer called & the drivers were made aware. The cans were not left at the curb, the drivers had to sometimes go in backyards to find cans, etc. Now the drivers don't care about anything & neither does the office. We do our part but the company & it's employees do not do theirs. As Mp_. stated, Customer service sucks.
