I also had problems with the electrical breaker having to be reset constantly. unfortunately, I couldn't stop worrying about my RV being parked there. And when I called them to let them know that I had pulled my RV off of their property and asked for a cancellation/refund of my RV spot I was told there is no refund on rent. I notified them on the first that I would be moving out.One more great thing about alder acres rv storage. If you don't want to worry about your RV, I would highly recommend storing it somewhere else. There was also people staying in their RVs after hours, which is not allowed in the storage area from what I understand.
