They also stacked heavy items on a futon sofa that I specifically said needed to be stacked vertically as to save space and avoid placing heavy items on it. Also, they shoved items into my bike that may have sustained damages but because I can't even get to my bike at this time because of their poor stacking of boxes, I can't really tell. I was going to use them for moving out of the storage unit and into a long term rental when I find one, but am looking elsewhere for help. I've used movers many times in my life, and this company was the worst by far.

That was resolved to the tune of $190. Our mother unexpectedly passed away in May. We would have to supply endless documentation proving her death. I was given until the 31st to find anew unit, rent a truck, and move by May 31st. Twenty days to do this. I was able to accomplish this with a week to spare. Now we are being charged an extra month because we did not give 30 days notice of her death. We now have to wait until July to get the deposit back. Would have been such simpler if we could have just assed her agreement
