This place is a joke! 1 - Over 50% of the dryers are out of order. 2- the attendant uses a card to start your machine accruing the amounts as needed. 3 - THEN and only then did she tell me it's cash only! NO SIGNS ANYWHERE IN THERE. 4 my "bill" was $26.75.....yup you got it - the attendant doesn't have change for $40. 5 - I had to run all over the area trying to find a place that would 1st break a $100 bill then break a $20 so I could get my laundry out of hawk. Worst laundry place in Oregon. Some machines give less dry time for the same amount of money with no signs letting you know before you put the card in. None of the card machines work and you have to ask the attendant to put money on the cards for you. Stay away from this super shady place. Staff is extremely rude as well. Won't ever go back again! Take my advice and stay away from this place! read more

I would give this place two more stars if they had reliable card readers, and a way to flag those that don't work well. This was a clean laundromat, not terribly expensive compared to others. However, it's cashless, and the card readers don't work well. We wound up switching washers because we could never get #11 to work. I tried calling the line, and no response - just went dead. We'll be back, but hopefully someone sees this. read more

Its a cliche but if I could give 0 I would! It was absolutely horrid! Came with a few friends to get laundry done and were shocked by the price. We got everything ready and realized that you have to get a card from their system. Cash only!!! Np we add 42 dollars which should be plenty. Nope! It barely worked and we were out of funds very quickly. Went somewhere else with our damp laundry. 0/10 never go here if you value your money or time. Looking for a good laugh. Take a look at their walls covered in signs about how to jerry rig the systems into working. You actually have to use a business card with the laundry card to even get then to register and it still barely works. Edit: Fresh Coast is was better has an actual attendant who cleans and sanitizes machines after. You don't need a shitty card to pay and they actually have contact info up for complaints. read more

Came to visit from San diego, made a quick stop to wash clothes here, once i paid for the machine i asked if i could use the restroom, she said no public restrooms, i thought it was weird but whatever i just cross the street, my wife stayed inside and while i was away she noticed another person asking for the restroom and the lady gladly open the restroom for the customer, I understand many of the older generation get scared seeing different skin tones but come on its 2024. read more

I 100% do not recommend this place. You have to load $$ on to their laundry card to work the machines. Card machine does not give cash back or refunds for a portion you don't need, so if you only have a $20 bill, and only need to do $9 worth of laundry, you will have $11 stuck on a laundry card. Only way to get your $$ is to do another $11 worth of laundry. Terrible deal for tourists and folks who only use a laundromat occasionally. There is no attendant on duty, so there's not even a human you can address about it. The dryers have such a hard time processing the laundry cards THERE IS A TYPED FLYER ON THR BULLETIN BOARD TELLING YOU TO ALSO INSERT A BUSINESS CARD WHEN IT DOESNT WORK. ( See picture) And even that is iffy, I watched a woman move her wet clothes to three different dryers before she got one to work. I won't come back here. read more

It is clean and all of the machines were working. Everyone was wearing a mask but it is not attended so customers were not being asked to leave when waiting for their loads to finish. No bathrooms. No sink or bathroom. But again, it is clean! read more

Seemed pretty clean at first, and the machines seem to work well. However, the machine only started at all because a worker just happened to show up while I was there. I couldn't make the stupid card reader work, so I would have lost all the money I put in (no refunds of course). No price on the dryers, so no idea how much money to put on the card in the first place... THEN I FOUND A CIGARETTE BUTT IN MY CLEAN LAUNDRY. Is there actually a laundromat that's less awful? Best laundromat ever! They actually care if you lose money because of a washer or dryer malfunction. The place is clean and for the most part they fix machines when they are broken. I was sitting and waiting for my laundry, playing a game on my phone. I had forgotten to put on my mask so the manager politely reminded me. I immediately put on my mask and the manager left. A mother with 3 children, 2 young men and an elderly woman came in with no masks on. The elderly woman asked me if I had a Trump sticker on my car. I said no and she said she was just concerned that my car would get damaged if I did. The manager then returned and said nothing to the other customers who had no masks on. She then came to me and asked if everything was ok. I said "sure." She then left never asking the other customers to put on their mask. "...something's happening here..." wth. read more

We have visited this laundromat in the past when we have been camping on the Oregon coast. It has always been a bit pricey, but very clean and the machines have worked well, which is why we have been return customers. This visit, a large number of washing machines and dryer's were out of order, it was not very clean, and the restroom was out of supplies and needed attention. Clearly, they are letting the place go. I think this place is great. It has 3,5,and 6 load washer machines. They do not have 1 loaders. The dryers dry 3 loads at a time. It is a no coin laundromat. You put you money in and it converts is to pay card. I feel safe because of that. It has new machines and the clothes come out clean and smells greats. The washers range from $4.25- $6.75. The dryer cost $ .50 for 10 minutes. I will definitely be back to wash massive amounts of clothes quickly. Way better than any other one I have been to in Coos Bay. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it really needs to be swept and there isn't a restroom. read more

Very clean. Seems expensive but it breaks down to $1.40 a load. Hot water doesn't work after multiple complaints and one to the Health Dept. So you are getting ripped for that. Dryers take too long to dry. I only go there because they keep the bums out. If you have any problems you can tell the girls at the spa but most of the time they are too snotty to care. read more

Warning!! If you want to get ripped off, be sure to come here. We tried 6 machines. Two actually worked. put $40 on the card they make you buy to run the machines. Several machines wouldn't recognize it, and two that did agitated our laundry WITH NO WATER. Tried to get our remaining money back to no avail. Completely ripped off and had to go somewhere else to actually do laundry. Should be reported to the BBB. read more

They never have any hot water. In the last 1.5 years the water has only been hot ONCE! I have complained to the people who work in the tanning salon and have told everyone I see in the laudromat that there is no hot water. It's always "temporarily out of service". Bull, it's a way to save money. I have worked in the laundry and dry cleaning business for 25 years. There is no reason for it. If you thnk you are getting hot water ,just stick your hand in the top of the machine while it's filling up. This is a HEALTH issue! Detergents DO NOT kill germs, only bleach or Lysol does. You need hot water to kill germs and get clothes clean. Some detergents are only activated in hot water. These people don't care if you are happy or not and if they are not going to have hot water, they need to take the hot/warm button option off the machine and LOWER PRICES. read more
