The spots were pointed out specifically to the attendant that received the bedspread. It was indicated that they would take of it. No warnings were given that they could not or would not remove the spots and or were not able to adequately clean the item. Picked the item after cleaning. Discovered the spots were not treated and were still there. After laundering and drying the spots are now permanently set into the bedspread. And this was an expensive item purchased at the Pendleton home store. When confronted, the staff said they could not spot a large item like a bedspread. They just threw it into the washer and used customary detergent to wash the bedspread. If they had said this when the item was left to be cleaned, we would have gone some place else but would have appreciated the information and honesty. When asked how they clean tablecloths which they advertise for rent. The reply was that they bleach tablecloths. Certainly they would not do this with black or blue tablecloths.

It was $11 to do a quick wash on washer C60, which seems pricey to me but it was a pretty huge machine. I put 4 quarters in the dryer and that got me 28 min but it was pretty much dry after 15 min. So the dryer seemed like a great deal. No public restroom, which is typical of laundromats, since our country despises people who are poor and struggling, as well as older, incontinent people. If you have time to kill, there are places to check out nearby like Coastal, Club Thrift and Harbor Freight.

I usually come here because the machines look clean, but today I had a very poor experience with…read morethe owner/manager. I used a large washer, but the machine never filled properly with water. The clothes were just tumbling around damp and dry, with the soap stuck to them. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he was incredibly rude and sarcastic. He claimed it was a high-efficiency machine that doesn't use much water. When I pointed out the machine's own diagram showing the drum filling halfway with water, he dismissed it by saying, "That's just a picture." He refused to assist or offer a solution, and sarcastically suggested that if I wanted my clothes back immediately, I would have to deal with the water on the floor myself.Paying a high price to get treated with such a bad attitude and leave with unwashed clothes is unacceptable. There is also often pet hair left inside the washers. Save your money and go somewhere else where they respect paying customers.
