He said it'd be done by Friday, or the following Monday at latest. I gave them TWO extra days and came in the following Wednesday, and he said it's not done, with a stern tone suggesting he didn't care. I told him it was supposed to be done by Monday, but he snapped back about some thing that he has kids and things change. And all I said was "well damn" and I was just gonna leave and call them another day. Then he suggested I take it elsewhere. I said I don't know where. He just handed it to me and said I was having an attitude... Of course as a customer who wasn't served as I was told, I was upset, but I highly doubt I had a bad attitude, actually to the contrary HE had this "who cares" stern attitude. So I highly suggest anyone to avoid them and go to Johnwell upholestry. Costed a tad more, but he actually had it done in 2 days, AND the guy is pretty nice! He's much more personal with customers too.

There are no signs on the property indicating that there is a business here, and the property looked unkempt and deserted. I thought I definitely had the wrong address, until on my way back to work ten minutes later they called, and yes, they were there and did I want to bring my four chairs now. No, I didn't have any more time in my day to do that. Ended up replacing the chairs.

Susie first…read moretried to use some matching leather that she had in stock, but after many hours of work decided she wasn't happy with the way the stitching was showing after the leather was stretched over the arm frames. She finally bought a whole hide that matches the old leather perfectly, charging me only for the portion of the hide that was needed for my job. She also only charged me for the amount of labor she originally estimated, despite having put many more hours into the job. The finished product is beautiful and matches the chair perfectly.

Sue and her crew did an excellent job with the headliner. They did it in a reasonable amount of time and worked with my work schedule as I work on a night shift. If you are looking to get upholstery or headliner done, look no further than this place. The only negative, which is a very very small negative is that they don't accept credit cards. Other than that, I give this place 5 stars, I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get some work done.
