She finally bought a whole hide that matches the old leather perfectly, charging me only for the portion of the hide that was needed for my job. She also only charged me for the amount of labor she originally estimated, despite having put many more hours into the job. The finished product is beautiful and matches the chair perfectly.

I had my Front Seats, Center Armrest and Headrests done nearly Two Years and 40,000 miles ago. They are holding up great and continue to look awesome. I finally decided to get my back seat and rear-headrests done to match. When I went to pick them up I realized we had some miscommunication over color scheme. They reassured me it wasn't a problem and alleviated that crummy feeling you get when you are doing a project and it doesn't go as planned. I also located their truck, randomly parked on the opposite side of the block, unconnected to anything. How pathetic that their "new" location, posted on their website, is a total bust - an abandoned storefront.
