I told the front desk and they accused me of lying and wouldn't help me. They were so condescending. My husband called them trying to figure out what was going on and they denied everything & said they get lots of druggies here so they have a hard rule not to help anyone with change problems. Worst customer service ever. If you treat everyone like they're a criminal, all the good honest people won't patron your business. Do better and don't talk down to your customers like they're idiots.

Aunt Em's is clean, quiet (at 7:30 on a Sunday morning), and the machines do a nice job of cleaning clothes! It's right down the street from our house, and very close to Grocery Outlet. It is a simple establishment...30 washers (most are 18# washers, but they have a handful of larger capacity washers, too) and 17 dryers (one of which is large capacity). They have 5 rolling baskets to collect dry laundry and 4 large tables for folding. There are two operational change machines, a laundry and fabric softener dispenser, and a snack machine. It's our second time in a week using Aunt Em's...we'll be back if our plumbing doesn't improve!

The machines accept Apple Pay and credit cards. There is also a machine that allows you to use cash and obtain a preloaded card. Only negative no one is on site and the bathroom is locked to prevent vandalism. There are no vending machines either, but there is a DQ across the street.

I arrive, I wash, I respect my area and help others, I clean up, I do my shit and leave. Period. Today, this short balding larger older lady comes out of the office, I smile, she grimaces. Ok, whatever, I go about my business. Someone shut a dryer door a bit too hard for her, she screams DONT SLAM THE DRYER DOORS! I looked at the other customer like WTH?? We kept it pushing. Someone else came over with headphones on, did the same thing - slam! Not one word from the wicked witch of the washers. I shrugged it off, figured the witch was having a bad day, and proceeded to fold all my clothes (a few more people "slammed" the doors, but that's not my business!). When I was done, I went outside to get my hamper from the car, loaded up my clothes, went back to the car and was about to leave when the witch came running out and motioned for me to stop. She then told me I was no longer allowed back at this laundromat. I laughed. Because WHAT?! She has to be kidding! She spun around on her little legs and walked away. I asked her name but she refused to give it. Such a lovely courageous woman. To the managers of this laundromat - please fire her. If she's going to indiscriminately tell customers to not use this establishment, that establishment won't last very long. Simple math.

The place was tidy fir being fairly busy. It is cat friendly and a few house cats who may be their security system..lol The showers, although old with peeling paint, were very clean. The $4 for an 8 minute shower gave me plenty of time to shower..including the 2-3 minutes for the water to get warm. Be cautious, especially for kids & elders as the water did get very hot .
