Sure enough, doing a soft reset (correctly) as he suggested the night before cleared the non-responsive screen problem. I also had him test a power brick for my iPad that hadn't charged the iPad over night. The testing showed it was good and the power port was fine. It apparently was a bad receptacle in the camper and worked after moving to a different outlet. All this and he refused to take any money, not even a tip.Great Service!!!
