Horrible business. Told us about a week to fix the phone and then kept the phone for almost 5…read moreweeks. Told us they could fix it but never told us it would be a ridiculous amount of time. They NEVER communicated. I had to call for an update everytime. Finally after a month of this and them saying they need to order more parts and they don't know when it will be done i got frustrated and the boy told me "the phone is completely destroyed" well you should've said that from the first time the technician looked at it if he knew it would take more than a month to fix it. So he tells me that i could come pick up the phone and he would have it ready the next day. When we went to pick it up it wasn't even IN THEIR STORE! SO unreliable and not helpful whatsoever if the communication was better we wouldn't be as upset!! The customer service is what we are angry about !!

Had a severe battery swell in my Samsung S22 Ultra and SIM could not be read. I was traveling…read morethrough the area so I took it into Tech Made Easy. They had the needed battery in stock and did a great job of replacing it old one, figuring out the SIM read error and making the case fit back to gether perfectly. All this was done in a very timely manner (less than an hour with another repair ahead of mine) and the total charge was only the price of the battery. In addition to the service, the staff was really great in all regards. Very happy I ended up near here when the problem occurred.

They didn't work, likely due to an operator error, so we made plans to stop by the next day during business hours. Sure enough, doing a soft reset (correctly) as he suggested the night before cleared the non-responsive screen problem. I also had him test a power brick for my iPad that hadn't charged the iPad over night. The testing showed it was good and the power port was fine. It apparently was a bad receptacle in the camper and worked after moving to a different outlet. All this and he refused to take any money, not even a tip.Great Service!!!
