Finally after a month of this and them saying they need to order more parts and they don't know when it will be done i got frustrated and the boy told me "the phone is completely destroyed" well you should've said that from the first time the technician looked at it if he knew it would take more than a month to fix it. So he tells me that i could come pick up the phone and he would have it ready the next day. When we went to pick it up it wasn't even IN THEIR STORE! SADLY, despite saying that they take Post Office USPS packages, expect to be LECTURED when you go and drop off USPS packages. They act like it is a chore, and tell you they will have to walk it over to the post office, and try to shame you into not bringing USPS packages - even though they earn a commission on FedEx and UPS packages. Please change your sign if you do not accept Post office packages They seem to do great other than this glaring weirdness.
