Great service. I called after hours and he answered. I had an iPhone screen issue and he suggested some quick corrections. They didn't work, likely due to an operator error, so we made plans to stop by the next day during business hours. Sure enough, doing a soft reset (correctly) as he suggested the night before cleared the non-responsive screen problem. I also had him test a power brick for my iPad that hadn't charged the iPad over night. The testing showed it was good and the power port was fine. It apparently was a bad receptacle in the camper and worked after moving to a different outlet. All this and he refused to take any money, not even a tip.Great Service!!! read more

He was able to fix my phone and he was so easy to talk and very thorough in explaining everything regarding my phone. I live like two hours away, I was in town for business when I needed my phone repaired. But I will literally drive out there again to have anything done on my phone if it's needed. Had my phone back with a new screen an hour after I initially called for the repair. Super quick and easy

I went into Moondance on the 9th of January just to have him pop a screen out of my phone so I can put another backup I had in and he talked me into buying one he had there which I will say he gave me a good price on . However after leaving the volume on it was ridiculously low to where you had to turn the speaker on to hear it and even then it was challenging . The broke screen I had him take out work perfect as far as the volume went . So I called him told him about it and went in the next day on the 10th and had him listen to it and he said there's nothing wrong with it and I said if you compare to the other one there's no comparison at all I can't hardly hear the darn thing and he told me he wasn't going to do anything about it . I told him there's two or three different screens that go in that model of phone but you have to have the right one I know cuz I bought four or five of the darn things . Then he got shitty with me with a display of arrogance I've never seen in a business person and became combative and confrontational . I guess he didn't like me challenging his knowledge on the matter . I continue just trying to explain to him the difference in the two screens and how the other one was three times as loud and he told me to get out , so I had a few Choice words with them and then he screams down the stairs to the business below him to call the cops . I recommend staying away from this hot head they shouldn't be dealing with the public at all with his arrogant attitude . read more

Super bummed. Took my phone in to get the glass replaced. I live out of the state so I was glad there was someone to fix it. BUT now there is something wrong with my phone. It randomly face times people while I'm taking on the phone. It just dials random numbers while I'm talking on the phone. The only way to use it is on speaker. I called and he said send it to him and he can take a look. Really ? How can I be without the phone and how can I trust that he can fix it. Never had these problems before I took it in even with the broken screen. Now I either have to take it to another dealer to see if they can figure it out and pay again or get a new phone. read more

This is no ordinary repair shop. It's more of a holistic experience. You'll find Terry upstairs above Time Bomb resale shop. Up the stairs past the music studio, look for the strings of colored lights. I had brought my brothers 6 year old MacBook Pro in to be restored to factory settings. Terry invited me to sit by his work table and watch while he worked as he explained what he was doing. The work took longer than he expected. The computer had sat unused for a few months so there were a lot of updates. While we waited he replaced the cracked glass on my iPhone and made some adjustments on my iPad. We chatted. I found him to be a charming young man. He even showed me a few cleansing Tai Chi moves. In the end the old laptop is running like brand new. My iPhone is repaired and I feel like I made a friend. I will definitely go back if I need anything else repaired. In this throw away society it's nice to find some one like Terry. He's a small footprint kind of guy who says he can fix anything with an "on" button. Terry replaced the screen on my wife's iPhone 7. Six months later the screen started duplicating the top of the screen to the bottom, just the top bar. It would flicker and was very annoying. After searching online and seeing others say it can happen with screen replacements due to the screen manufacturing, we took it back after making an appointment which took all of two hours from initial contact. Terry replaced the screen under warranty without charging a thing. Highly recommend, and work is really quick (10 minutes for screen replacement).
