We had three truckloads of home goods transported from Creswell to Roseburg including a piano and 13 pieces of antique mahogany furniture with nary a scratch. Flegel treated our items like they were their own (down to the smallest glass figurine) and always with positive and friendly interaction. They go over the top to make the move as smooth as possible and will move everything in sight unless you stop them! Over 40 pictures and certificates to hang on the wall (tons o' breakable glass) were transported without a hitch. They even packed the hanging closet clothes into their own hanging/moving boxes and unloaded them in our new, quite large, home. Flegel has apt, proactive employees that truly stop at nothing to deliver customer service with a smile. You won't be sorry!

The two movers worked hard to meet that request, including figuring out a useful solution for us (unloading some things into the garage instead of putting everything in the house, which helped us meet our goal). The driveway is very steep, and initially Phil thought said could cut it in half with a ramp out of the side of the truck. His time estimate was based on that idea, but it turned out we couldn't use the ramp, so the movers had to work harder than anticipated. They still made it happen, though -- it was more work than they expected going into the job, but they were very kind about it.

If you are needing a service to help you move, need a truck and trailer, they'll first ask you to put their whole service charge down. No problem though because it is a same day service, right? Well, then they will give you a 3 hour window thats close to the end of business day, and then they'll simply say, "oh I know it seems kinda sketchy but they are just running late". Well no problem, everyone runs late. Not just late, only 25 minutes before the property transfers Ownership. Well, they said they didn't know, so surely? WRONG! You told them it was 5 twice, the second time being when you said "ARE YOU SURE I SHOULDNT GET ANOTHER SERVICE?, I ONLY HAVE UNTIL 5". They got it covered, it shouldn't take much time, WRONG again, you had to order another moving service because you could hear the delusion in her voice. Criminals need to be rehabilitated before working public facing jobs, and especially before getting search-optimized-listings. I honestly don't know how my phone ever let me call this company.

I moved from Oregon to Nevada in mid-December 2021. Heather was the contact person for BTB Moving. To start, the loaders did not load the truck properly. I would estimate approximately 50% of my property was damaged due to way the truck was loaded. It's been 3 weeks since the December 2021 move and I'm STILL finding damage to numerous household items, paintings and furniture. While the truck was being UNloaded I witnessed tons of damage to my personal property. I estimate the damage to my personal property to be well over $5,000--and that's not considering any sentimental value. I immediately called Heather. Heather told me not to worry about any property damage because she said, and I quote, "my insurance company will cover it". Well, a week after the move, Heather texted me and told me that she WASN'T going to file an insurance claim due to a "family emergency" that caused her to leave town. See photo. That was the first warning sign. In early 2022, I texted Heather to ASK AGAIN about filing an insurance claim for $5,000 of property damage caused by BTB moving company. Guess what? It's mid-January and Heather has refused to respond! I've been ghosted! Why would Heather (via text and phone) tell me not to worry about thousands of dollars of damaged property if her intention was never to file an insurance claim? Integrity at BTB is non-existent. And to add insult to injury, I'm missing a ladder (worth $100) that didn't even manage to make it onto the truck. Theft and thousands of dollars of damaged property at the same time. Then they tell me that their insurance co. won't cover anything because we didn't use their trucks. I have received NO compensation for any of the thousands of dollars of broken or damaged items. My photos go on and on of the damage done. Again, be very careful. If you care at all for your belongings, do not use this company. I had 2 headboards damaged (beyond repair), antique chair broken in two places (over $200 to repair), etc......

However, after they moved my things into…read morea storage unit, I returned to the storage unit to find they had stacked multiple boxes upside down or sideways, stacked heavy items on top of obviously more fragile and small pieces of furniture, did not use any furniture protectors at all for pieces that were brand new. They also stacked heavy items on a futon sofa that I specifically said needed to be stacked vertically as to save space and avoid placing heavy items on it. Also, they shoved items into my bike that may have sustained damages but because I can't even get to my bike at this time because of their poor stacking of boxes, I can't really tell. I was going to use them for moving out of the storage unit and into a long term rental when I find one, but am looking elsewhere for help. I've used movers many times in my life, and this company was the worst by far.

After about six months the front yard started dying. I paid them to put in a back patio, which they did, howeve, I also paid them to seal and gloss coat it, which they never did. I also paid them to install a pad for an outside shed. Which that never did. Now. Two actuators on the sprinklers they installed are faulty. This has cost me greatly. Bottom line. Their install is good. However, don't expect them to honor their work. Dozens and dozens of calls were made in an attempt to have them fully complete the job. Which they have not done. My sprinkler system has gross leaks, and they can not be bothered to fix the bad system components of which they installed under warranty, which is now over due e stall tactic. All said and done, if you want something done right with peace of mind that your purchase will be covered if something goes wrong. Do not hire these guys...period.. As soon as you pay. That go away. So far after almost two years. Patio not sealed (paid for), shed pad not installed (paid for), multiple sprinkler actuators faulty (3 should be under warranty, paid for), now a leaking irrigation that they won't look at.

I was skeptical when I booked Back2Back Moving Company and IM SO GLAD THAT I BOOKED THEM! It was simple and easy online! I received a professional phone call confirm my booking at even better pricing than I booked online. The professional over the phone appropriately dealt with all my COVID concerns and reassured me that the movers would be wearing masks and all of my furniture would be protected. TIMELY & EARLY - Byron and his amazing team texted me the morning of to confirm and ask me if I had any questions. Then he called me a couple hours before to ask if he could come earlier as they finished another job earlier. I said great!!! They arrived an hour earlier and requested a tour. They arrived all wearing masks and were polite and friendly, which made me feel safe as a single female. EFFICIENT & DILIGENT- The guys were super efficient and surgical as they expediently wrapped and moved my furniture and boxes. I was BEYOND impressed at their pace of working. ABOVE & BEYOND - Byron and his team saw me moving hangers and smaller items from my car and immediately jumped in to help. The guys cleaned up everything and all trash, they also made sure that in each room that the way that I wanted to furniture to be arranged. I will use them time and time again! If in doubt, BOOK THEM! I used them in the Eugene area, and have shared their information with my complex to hopefully get them more business. Thanks again so much to Byron and his team!!!! This company is remarkably amazing is the least to say! I scheduled 3 different companies to help me move out of my house because it sold. All 3 company's bailed last minute leaving me hanging with a giant house filled to the brim. I was desperate and called BACK2BACK hoping they could be a life saver. Not only did they arrive when they said they would.. they came, sent extra help and did an amazing job. My house sold faster then expected and without the help of back2back I'd be so screwed. My furniture all arrived perfect, no scratches or scuffs and wrapped to perfection. I am so pleased with the job they did while being rushed the entire 11 hours they worked. This team did a 5 bedroom home with 3 (26 foot trucks 3 car garage and 5400 square feet in 11 hours with 7 workers. Everything needed packed, wrapped, unpacked and unwrapped. This company went above and beyond what they needed to do for me! Not once in the 11 hours did they drag their feet or take long breaks. I've never seen anyone work so hard to help me out of a giant jam! From the beginning of the phone call to the end of the job I am so pleased with how everything went. Its sad to see someone leaving false reviews as the said same person seems to be a mad family member slandering this business on social media as well. My family hired this company to do our initial move and then rehired them to do junk removal shortly after as the previous renters left our home a giant mess. Krystal was a pleasure to work with and never once tried to steal anything from our home along with her great team. For work purposes, I had to have proof of full licensing and insurance and if had no issue obtaining that information from Krystal Apon the first phone call. The movers showed up and got right to work and didnt complain the entire day about our heavy furniture which i was genuinely suprised being the company that we hired previously was horrible. The team krystal sent out was impeccable and was clearly a huge tetris master back in their days! We had the previous company maie 3 loads and krystal's company made everything fit into 1 large load. We were very suprised!!!! This company is extremely compassionate, honest, trustworthy and most of all amazing! My family would hire them back in a heartbeat! read more

This family owned business is pretty amazing when it comes to clean outs and moving Despite other negative reviews, my personal experience was amazing and we just hired them a few days ago and they went above and beyond what we expected They did have a new guy on the team in which we were not charged for as he was in training which was a nice addition and totally unexpected im all for training properly The new guy did scratch a wall however the main mover went out of his way and made sure things were taken care of immediately even tho it was not their fault (my husband had to jump in help even tho he's not supposed too lol his fault for scratching the wall) Our home wasn't ready when we expected it to be and crystal made it where she could fit us in when she had a next opening which ended up being the following day I felt really safe as she ensured me she would take care of us as it was her own family's belongings and that was honestly refreshing as this whole ordeal was a freakishly Thank you guys for all you have done and we are excited to do business with you in 2021 when we move to Flordia!!! read more

if i could give 0 stars i would, they are very unprofessional, unlicensed, uninsured, scammers ect!! I had numerous things come up missing and broken, they claimed they are insured through U-haul, i called U-haul, they said they have no ties with Back2Back moving company, so i was out of money to replace my items and on top of that they stole numerous items that were heirlooms past down from generations of my family!! Poor business and horrible horrible people!!! Everyone please be careful of who you can trust, krystal and byron can not be trusted!!! They have no experience and have never been in the moving company ever! Yes Krystal is a great manipulator and will tell you everything you want to hear, then right when you can trust her and her husband the minute you walk away is when they steal and purposely break your items to where you have to pay more then what the price is!! I am a disabled veteran, which they took advantage of and left me stranded with no help and threatened me about taking me to court. empty threats is all they are! :( read more

I HIGHLY recommend this company. We hired them for my daughters move from a 2 story apartment to a 1 story apartment from Lakeside Oregon to Bend Oregon.. and before my wife had 1 1/2 rooms swept.. they already had EVERYTHING cleaned out of the 2 story and starting to get ready to head to the 2nd apartment.. I especially liked they came with all their own equipment like special door jam protectors and these cool mattress bags so my daughters mattress didn't get dirty. They wrapped all the furniture as we defiantly were not expecting that because usually movers just throw your things in the truck and go.. Not these guys they really cared as our furniture was like their own. I defiantly liked didn't even have to take the clothes out of the drawers.. we just left the dresser the way it was and they just grabbed the whole thing in one piece.. This team was FANTASTIC! my wife and I was in a pickle, we called multiple companies to come out. None showed:( I called back2back and they answered and insured me they would and could have movers out here to help me in 2 hours since it took an hour to get to me. These guys showed up and worked there asses off. I've never been so amazed how good the main guy was I forgot his name. He said he was the owner of the company and by golly that man was strong! Very professional team very worth every penny! They stayed until 2am to help me get everything loaded and unloaded into my new house since I had to be out of my old house by midnight the previous night. These guys were simply amazing. Nothing was damaged not even a scratch everything was wrapped professionally and they even help me box stuff up that I h Didnt get chance to do My 1300 pound safe was a breeze to these movers They did it with 2 guys no problem. This company is amazing. I called last minute to request help because the other company that was supposed to show never did. From the beginning of the phone call to the end of the job I was completely satisfied. The movers showed up and got straight to work. Nothing got damaged and everything was placed neatly in the truck for my long move. They took every direction I told them and worked until 1am loading my truck to get me on my way so I didn't miss my deadline. Apon getting to my location yet again my movers didn't show on this end either so I called Back 2Back and they were able to send help immediately the next day. Well worth the price. The team whom came and helped me was amazing Worked non stop and didnt damage a single item. Very pleased from the beginning of the initial phone call who gave me any and all information I needed to know. The woman explained everything I had questions about, stayed in touch with me and didnt mind I had to reschedule multiple times because other moving companies who were dropping off my items from another state were horrible! These guys stayed until wee hours in the morning to help me get me unloaded. Very pleased they took every direction given and was a funny crew to be around. I was very pleased with the promptness of Back 2 Back moving! I called that morning to schedule a last minute move and within a couple hours I had 2 movers ready to work. I was in a time crunch( had to turn truck in) thinking family would help, but that didn't happen. Another company was scheduled to come but left me hanging last minute. Crystal and Byron are running a top notch moving service. I can't say enough about how professional and wonderful they are. Very pleased with BACK2BACK MOVING Showed up last minute when other movers let me down. We had 2 huge safe and a baby grand piano and these guys moved it like it was nothing. We had 3 26 foot pesky trucks and they were able to get me unloaded into a 3 story home with 4 workers in 8 hours!!! Very very pleased with the work they did. I was so impressed with how fast he was and how clean the carpets were! I asked for a last minute quote on another house on the property and he was able to quote and add me to his schedule immediately. Prices seem fair, a little higher than expected, but the before and after was worth it. I highly recommend them!

10/31/2023 We had…read moreMove-A-Haulics move us 22 miles they came an looked at the job to give us a quote which was $1400 plus $125 for the truck We accepted under terms the bedroom furniture , the grandfather clock would be disassembled and wraps we explain the important as it was my sisters given to us before she passed on , the TVs would be disassembled and wrapped and reassembled the two office desk disassembled and reassembled . They came out the agreed time and day . They had a four man crew about two hours loading on the truck the owner which gave us the original quote said he made a mistake on the estimate he would make discounted adjustments to the final bill. As we watched and as the crew got tired they just threw things in the garage no order just piled up. I have one tv in the original box we provided just dumped upside down still connected to the tv I hope it isn't broke I have pics . The real rotten thing is they doubled the bill to $2800.00 which I would have not considered if I knew . I have been in the business world many years and once the estimate is given and accepted that should be it very little discount was given except for the original 12% of the original quote . To make it even worse I emailed them and sent them pics and nothing back from them. That is no way to conduct local business especially in Roseburg Or DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSINALS!!!! Read less

So here's the deal-i-o…read more... I had to find a trusted house cleaner for my mom who lives 1,800 miles away from me. Thats not an easy task. You need to make sure you're not sending some whacko to meet your mother, in her own home, and safe place. Also, my poor mom hasn't EVER had a house cleaner in her whole life. She now is older, and has had health issues for a long time. She also lost her husband a few years ago, and I know she just doesnt have any energy or motivation to do what most people consider every day, simple tasks. A deep clean you say? HAHAHAHA, yeah, right. Anyways, I talked to a few people and ended up choosing Maryanne. I am soooooo grateful I did. She made my mom very comfortable right away. That was my main concern. She has made my mom so very happy with her cleaning, and she probably saved my mom from having a damn fire in her home. She found all kinds of unsafe stuff in her stove vent and rook care of it for her. I cant convey enough thru here how grateful I am to her. You wont be disappointed, I promise you that!

How considerate it was of her to choose a unit in close proximity to a clean, handicapped restroom. I had been unusually forgetful lately and entered the wrong code recently. Becky, The Manager was unbelievably gracious yet informative, in getting me straightened out. And it is how things are handled when they have the potential of going wrong that really counts, isn't it? I am looking forward to a lifelong relationship!!

My boyfriend and I rented a unit for about 10 months. We were both on the rental contract but the…read moremonthly payment came out of my account. The manager was very nice at first until the day we had to evacuate our home due to the fires. We had no where to go, so we hung out at our storage unit. She showed up the next morning and started yelling and accusing us of LIVING in the unit,not even asking about our situation. Other people that had to evacuate also had stayed at the facility. Another time she would not let me out the gate until we did exactly what she wanted. I think that's called kidnapping, holding me against my will! Now we are trying to clean out our unit, my boyfriend worked all night loading our things. This morning I get a text from her accusing the boyfriend of living in the unit and shaving in HER bathroom. You can look at him and know that's not true! And telling me he needs to get off the property and not come back, remember he's on the contract and we have access 24/7. I called her to discuss the issue with her and she hung up on me. How professional! It's a very nice clean facility but the owner needs to put their manager in check. Get the facts before accusing someone. We have taken pictures of the unit before returning our keys, there was a $50 deposit and rent is prorated for the last few days of the month that we had paid. 8 days to be exact. I'll tell the rest of the story after she inspects the unit.
