I was skeptical when I booked Back2Back Moving Company and IM SO GLAD THAT I BOOKED THEM! It was simple and easy online! I received a professional phone call confirm my booking at even better pricing than I booked online. The professional over the phone appropriately dealt with all my COVID concerns and reassured me that the movers would be wearing masks and all of my furniture would be protected. TIMELY & EARLY - Byron and his amazing team texted me the morning of to confirm and ask me if I had any questions. Then he called me a couple hours before to ask if he could come earlier as they finished another job earlier. I said great!!! They arrived an hour earlier and requested a tour. They arrived all wearing masks and were polite and friendly, which made me feel safe as a single female. EFFICIENT & DILIGENT- The guys were super efficient and surgical as they expediently wrapped and moved my furniture and boxes. I was BEYOND impressed at their pace of working. ABOVE & BEYOND - Byron and his team saw me moving hangers and smaller items from my car and immediately jumped in to help. The guys cleaned up everything and all trash, they also made sure that in each room that the way that I wanted to furniture to be arranged. I will use them time and time again! This company is remarkably amazing is the least to say! I scheduled 3 different companies to help me move out of my house because it sold. All 3 company's bailed last minute leaving me hanging with a giant house filled to the brim. I was desperate and called BACK2BACK hoping they could be a life saver. Not only did they arrive when they said they would.. they came, sent extra help and did an amazing job. My house sold faster then expected and without the help of back2back I'd be so screwed. My furniture all arrived perfect, no scratches or scuffs and wrapped to perfection. I am so pleased with the job they did while being rushed the entire 11 hours they worked. This team did a 5 bedroom home with 3 (26 foot trucks 3 car garage and 5400 square feet in 11 hours with 7 workers. Everything needed packed, wrapped, unpacked and unwrapped. This company went above and beyond what they needed to do for me! Not once in the 11 hours did they drag their feet or take long breaks. I've never seen anyone work so hard to help me out of a giant jam! From the beginning of the phone call to the end of the job I am so pleased with how everything went. Its sad to see someone leaving false reviews as the said same person seems to be a mad family member slandering this business on social media as well. My family hired this company to do our initial move and then rehired them to do junk removal shortly after as the previous renters left our home a giant mess. Krystal was a pleasure to work with and never once tried to steal anything from our home along with her great team. For work purposes, I had to have proof of full licensing and insurance and if had no issue obtaining that information from Krystal Apon the first phone call. The movers showed up and got right to work and didnt complain the entire day about our heavy furniture which i was genuinely suprised being the company that we hired previously was horrible. The team krystal sent out was impeccable and was clearly a huge tetris master back in their days! We had the previous company maie 3 loads and krystal's company made everything fit into 1 large load. This family owned business is pretty amazing when it comes to clean outs and moving Despite other negative reviews, my personal experience was amazing and we just hired them a few days ago and they went above and beyond what we expected They did have a new guy on the team in which we were not charged for as he was in training which was a nice addition and totally unexpected im all for training properly The new guy did scratch a wall however the main mover went out of his way and made sure things were taken care of immediately even tho it was not their fault (my husband had to jump in help even tho he's not supposed too lol his fault for scratching the wall) Our home wasn't ready when we expected it to be and crystal made it where she could fit us in when she had a next opening which ended up being the following day I felt really safe as she ensured me she would take care of us as it was her own family's belongings and that was honestly refreshing as this whole ordeal was a freakishly Thank you guys for all you have done and we are excited to do business with you in 2021 when we move to Flordia!!! read more

if i could give 0 stars i would, they are very unprofessional, unlicensed, uninsured, scammers ect!! I had numerous things come up missing and broken, they claimed they are insured through U-haul, i called U-haul, they said they have no ties with Back2Back moving company, so i was out of money to replace my items and on top of that they stole numerous items that were heirlooms past down from generations of my family!! Poor business and horrible horrible people!!! Everyone please be careful of who you can trust, krystal and byron can not be trusted!!! They have no experience and have never been in the moving company ever! Yes Krystal is a great manipulator and will tell you everything you want to hear, then right when you can trust her and her husband the minute you walk away is when they steal and purposely break your items to where you have to pay more then what the price is!! I HIGHLY recommend this company. We hired them for my daughters move from a 2 story apartment to a 1 story apartment from Lakeside Oregon to Bend Oregon.. and before my wife had 1 1/2 rooms swept.. they already had EVERYTHING cleaned out of the 2 story and starting to get ready to head to the 2nd apartment.. I especially liked they came with all their own equipment like special door jam protectors and these cool mattress bags so my daughters mattress didn't get dirty. They wrapped all the furniture as we defiantly were not expecting that because usually movers just throw your things in the truck and go.. Not these guys they really cared as our furniture was like their own. I defiantly liked didn't even have to take the clothes out of the drawers.. we just left the dresser the way it was and they just grabbed the whole thing in one piece.. This team was FANTASTIC! my wife and I was in a pickle, we called multiple companies to come out. None showed:( I called back2back and they answered and insured me they would and could have movers out here to help me in 2 hours since it took an hour to get to me. These guys showed up and worked there asses off. I've never been so amazed how good the main guy was I forgot his name. He said he was the owner of the company and by golly that man was strong! Very professional team very worth every penny! They stayed until 2am to help me get everything loaded and unloaded into my new house since I had to be out of my old house by midnight the previous night. These guys were simply amazing. This company is amazing. I called last minute to request help because the other company that was supposed to show never did. From the beginning of the phone call to the end of the job I was completely satisfied. The movers showed up and got straight to work. Nothing got damaged and everything was placed neatly in the truck for my long move. They took every direction I told them and worked until 1am loading my truck to get me on my way so I didn't miss my deadline. Apon getting to my location yet again my movers didn't show on this end either so I called Back 2Back and they were able to send help immediately the next day. Well worth the price. The team whom came and helped me was amazing Worked non stop and didnt damage a single item. Very pleased from the beginning of the initial phone call who gave me any and all information I needed to know. The woman explained everything I had questions about, stayed in touch with me and didnt mind I had to reschedule multiple times because other moving companies who were dropping off my items from another state were horrible! These guys stayed until wee hours in the morning to help me get me unloaded. Very pleased they took every direction given and was a funny crew to be around. I was very pleased with the promptness of Back 2 Back moving! I called that morning to schedule a last minute move and within a couple hours I had 2 movers ready to work. I was in a time crunch( had to turn truck in) thinking family would help, but that didn't happen. Another company was scheduled to come but left me hanging last minute. Very pleased with BACK2BACK MOVING Showed up last minute when other movers let me down. We had 2 huge safe and a baby grand piano and these guys moved it like it was nothing. We had 3 26 foot pesky trucks and they were able to get me unloaded into a 3 story home with 4 workers in 8 hours!!! Very very pleased with the work they did.
