It all began with Taylor speaking with me throughout the process. She even stopped by my house and shared samples of roofing colors and allowed me to look them over for a few days. Taylor is personable and refreshing to speak with regarding a home maintanence item as important as replacing a roof. DEl, she's a keeper. On the day of the removal of my roof, Del showed up with his crew and introduced them to me. Thank you! Thank connection was great. Del and his crew were organized, efficient and communicated well. Eric the team leader explained timelines and materials understandably to me. The crew was professional in their language (spanish/english and their work banter had a great deal of laughter and light-hardiness. I have a house approximately 1500 sq feet and removal took a day and installation took about a day to complete. The crew leader (Eric) shared about vents and other devices they needed to pick up at the shop so he returned a few days later to install them. Its amazing looking and I can already feel a difference inside. I believe the insulation factor is much better now. I am thoroughly impressed with the entire team at Foley Roofing. They work as a team and don't miss any details. I first spoke with Del, the owner. He personally came out to look over the job and discuss with me all the details. He made recommendations and had observations that I would not have noticed for improvement over my old roofing job. I next spoke with Taylor who is the office manager. She personally brought out samples of the roofing materials and styles for my Wife and I to choose from. It took one day for them to remove the old roofing on a hip and valley 2000 square foot ranch style home and lay underlayment material for the new roof. it took only one more day for the team to put on 120 bundles for the new roof! 2 days and we went from old to new. Including tearing off an old chimney! I don't think I have ever seen a more coordinated team. Every scrap of material was cleaned up after the job. No nails, no old tar paper, nothing for me to clean up. These guys take pride in their work, they make sure you are pleased with the finished product.
