Our new deck is very well built & will be here long after we are. The wood he used is beautiful. We would definitely use him again and recommend his work. The price just right for his labor was right on, while we paid for all materials in advance. He very fair, organized and easy to work with. I had a great experience with DJB Continuous Gutters from start to finish…read more I got three bids, and theirs was easily the most professional and competitively priced. Daniel really stood out--super knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and walked me through different options without any pressure. The quote was clear, detailed, and upfront. Daniel, Jesse, and Brandon completed the entire job in one day--new gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and they even cleared out my existing drain pipes. They paid attention to the details, worked around a slightly uneven roofline, and everything came out looking clean and well done. They also left the place spotless, which I really appreciate. They offer a solid three-way warranty, but honestly the all-steel gutters feel like they'll last for decades. I would absolutely recommend them if you want quality work and a smooth, no-hassle process.

They showed up the very next day to bid the job and again were super friendly and very professional. They bid the job and said that I was about a month and a half out. I said great and showed them on their way out. I called later that day to ask to be officially put on the books and to have a quote for the bid written out and emailed to me for my records. Crystal said no problem and said it would be sent out that day. That day went by with no quote sent to my email...... At this point I gave them a call to which I was ignored... I repeated this process for 5 days over the weekend into the new week. FINALLY Crystal answered the phone to inform me due to "scheduling conflicts" they decided not to honor the bid. And decided not to work the job at all. SO even though I was not even on the schedule yet and was flexible with my scheduling dates I was informed that my job would NOT be possible due to "scheduling conflicts".... This all sounds like a load of bull and I am just beyond shocked at the way this company conducts themselves.
