You need to make sure you're not sending some whacko to meet your mother, in her own home, and safe place. Also, my poor mom hasn't EVER had a house cleaner in her whole life. She now is older, and has had health issues for a long time. She also lost her husband a few years ago, and I know she just doesnt have any energy or motivation to do what most people consider every day, simple tasks. A deep clean you say? He was very friendly and accommodating and did an excellent job cleaning our loveseat and carpet in the family room and bedroom. It was astounding to me how much dirt he removed from the carpet and it looked just beautiful along with the ottoman. They both dried very quickly.
