Wow,I sure wish I would've looked at the reviews before hiring them ,I have a 34 foot RV that I wanted cleaned before I moved into it ,empty,by the way,the woman that answer the phone said we don't do RVs and then eventually she said OK ,but you have to pay upfront and it was hundreds of dollars ,the guy comes with a little sack of offbrand cleaning supplies ( 3bottles)my son was there to over see it, not a kid my son is 40 , The guy made all the excuses in the world ,oh wait the first day he didn't show up (he said he lost his keys )he came the next day and then he didn't even bring a vacuum cleaner he said he come back the next day to vacuum .. my son said there's a built-in vacuum cleaner in the RV plus we have one in the house you can use ,my son said he would walk in rv, & say what about this or this?the guy would say I can't see that good, then my son would come back & say what about that? The guy had some many excuses!!! My son sent me pics, WOW, it was the worst job ever, I called the office, she said that's why we don't do RV, I said (what the H does that have to do with anything? ) she didn't say anything back,I said either refund my money or have it done right, she sent someone out the next day for 2 & 1/2 hrs, my son said it smelled better, lol,but no, I was not happy at all with this , so sad that I payed so much $, and I've been cleaning it since I got here, wiping down things,vacuuming,cleaning & scrubbing bathroom floor, It's,34 feet, come on, by the way I use to clean RV's when I was young in 100 plus heat, I know what it takes, I could wipe one out top to bottom in 6 to 7 hours, & it would shine, so plz look for someone else, too bad because I was gonna use them to do my sons house, as a gift to them, but I'll read reviews b4 doing that!!!! read more

I am not one to leave bad reviews however this "company" warrants one. I called and inquired about cleaning services as a gift for my girlfriend who is a hard working single mother of three. The woman who answered talked me into a "deep cleaning" package that consisted of four hours of work. I paid upfront. I was told that the deep cleaning would consist of refrigerator cleaning and scrubbing of grime. I was told I would receive a checklist of items in an email to convey to my cleaner what was needed. I never received this email checklist. I took a break from work to meet the cleaner at the house on the day of the appointment. At the scheduled start time no one had arrived. So I called the number and the same woman answered. She apologized for the tardiness of the cleaner and assured me the owner of the company himself was coming to clean. He arrived 15 minutes late. He seemed a little off. I thought maybe he was tired. I showed him around the house and told him I was mainly interested in four main tasks being completed. Wiping down the window frames, dusting in living area, dusting in one bedroom and cleaning some grime on one wall. I would consider anything else a bonus. I then left to go to work. Four hours later I returned and was stunned. None of the four items I had asked him to do, had been done. I asked him to walk me around and show me what he had actually done in the four hours. He mumbled that he had accidentally broke the toilet and had spent time trying to fix it! He literally broke the connection on a bidet, flooded the floor and then just shut the water to the toilet off. I asked him how it happened and he couldn't look me in the eye and couldn't communicate clearly. Again he seemed off. He told me he would stay a bit longer and complete some of the four things I had asked. He stayed 10 minutes and did a little dusting. He then told me that he had another appointment and had to go. Frustrated I called the number and spoke to the same woman. She tells me the "owner" is actually her son. She becomes super defensive and insinuates I am lying when I tell her that nothing had been cleaned. She told me that her son would come back another day and work another thirty minutes. At this point I should mention my girlfriend has two video cameras in the house. So we check the footage. The son actually left for an hour during the four hour span! I was also able to see that he didn't even enter the living room but for three minutes to quickly vacuum. Time stamps are on the video and he left for an hour! I called the woman and told her about the cameras and she became irate and insisted I should have told her about the cameras before hand. Instead of apologizing for her son leaving, she tried to make me feel like a weirdo for having indoor cameras. She insists that her son left for 15 minutes to get cleaning supplies at Walmart. What kind of cleaning company doesn't show up with enough supplies? At this point I tell her I want a partial refund since he obviously didn't clean, broke the toilet and left for an hour. She refused. She then tried to negotiate and state the son would return to finish the job. I politely declined and stated I would like a refund of one hour. I figured this was fair. She became very agitated and told me she would refund 15 minutes only. She was mean, argumentative and totally unprofessional. I ended up telling her I didn't want to argue anymore and would simply do a charge back if she wouldn't refund one hour. She laughed and told me good luck that the payment was a service and secured through PayPal and I would never get the money back. I went to my bank, showed them the video proof and the bank completely refunded all of my money and apologized to me that I had to deal with such a crooked company. I would have left it there but a month later the woman called me and threatened me stating that what I did was illegal and that she was going to take me to court and that I had better get a lawyer. I told her I looked forward to it and hung up. I await showing video proof in court. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Rated 1/5 on Better Business Bureau. They stained my carpet and offered no help to rectify the situation. Don't give them the opportunity to damage your house. Longer Story: I hired Affordable Cleaning Services for a move-out house and carpet cleaning. The two cleaning employees showed up and I waited outside. At the time I was pregnant and couldn't sit in cleaning chemical fumes to watch them. At the end of the cleaning I did a walk through and immediately noticed fluorescent stains on the carpet under each ceiling fan in all 3 bedrooms. This carpet was only 5 years old and barely used in two of the rooms. The ceiling fans were installed less than a year prior over furniture pieces. The carpet had never been exposed. I confronted the carpet cleaner who said that he didn't notice the stains until he ran the steam cleaner over it. I confronted them about it, to which the male cleaner kept referring to me as "girl" and dismissing my complaint. Furious I called the "owner". Her response was that "In 10 years with this employee she's never had a problem" and " I don't know you". She asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted my carpet replaced to it's original condition. She offered nothing and ran around in circles saying " we just don't use anything that stains carpet". I asked to see their cleaning chemicals, which to no surprise were in unlabeled bottles. The employees agreed with me that they were chemical stains , told me not to pay the bill, and sat waiting while I called the "owner" off and on. Eventually she must have told them to leave because they just drove away. Over the next 5+ days I talked regularly with her thinking she was the company owner. She referenced "a carpet cleaning friend" who said there was no way it was their cleaners. Every time she denied being responsible instead of being receptive to helping. Eventually I got insurance info from her to file a claim, and she gave me her sons number who was the actual owner... I filed the claim and for the next few months the insurance company kept calling me saying the owner wasn't responding to them. Eventually I got notification that my claim had been denied. Don't give this company the opportunity to damage your house. read more

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I've rarely left any online reviews, but in this case, I just had to speak up. Put simply: Do not hire this hire. They wanted payment in full up front before I would ever have a chance to inspect the work. They were hired to do a pre-move in deep cleaning because I wanted it to be exceptionally clean and ready to move-in. Instead on the day of move-in I walked into the home and clearly the job was not done. The kitchen had never been cleaned, the floors were dirty, and the master bath room had never even been touched with obvious dirt in the tub and stains on the sink, carpets were not vacuumed (remnants of dead bugs still on the floor). Extremely disappointed and they would not make the situation right. Do not use is all I can say. read more

Stay away from this company. The cleaning lady they sent was not being efficient, spent an hour on one item. When you're paying 30 and hour... you want things done right. I sent her off earlier because I was not satisfied, called and let the owner know- she was unprofessional and demanded to be paid their minimum 3 hr. I paid the cleaning lady 20 dollars cash so I owed them 10 dollars extra for the agreed upon 30 an hour. She refused to take that as payment and demanded the full 30. She would not accept the 20 cash I gave her as part of the payment. She's threaded me with small claims court, said she's used to dealing with "people like me" that she will win. Her cleaning person warned me against hiring them again. That the owner likes to hire drug addicted people to clean people's houses because she can pay them less. People with families and small children beware. read more
