The problem I have with the business is that I sent several remnants of carpet with them to have rugs made for my home, and it has been 8 months and I have not gotten the rugs. I have made several calls to the business and was assured that progress was being made. The business has never contacted me in the 8 months. I even left a message asking them just to let me know if the remnants had been lost and there was no reply.
