So he tells me that i could come pick up the phone and he would have it ready the next day. When we went to pick it up it wasn't even IN THEIR STORE! She changed her Yelp business photo after our encounter. It used to have her business card showing and it said she did service at your home. Barview is a sketchy neighborhood too. As for no phone calls, I have POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) and no way to screen for junk calls so only those who know how to call me (8 rings) can get through since the junk callers quit ringing after 6 rings. She is not on the computer much is her claim but she had enough time to post a longish inaccurate post about this situation. Go figure!

Great service. I called after hours and he answered. I had an iPhone screen issue and he suggested…read moresome quick corrections. They didn't work, likely due to an operator error, so we made plans to stop by the next day during business hours. Sure enough, doing a soft reset (correctly) as he suggested the night before cleared the non-responsive screen problem. I also had him test a power brick for my iPad that hadn't charged the iPad over night. The testing showed it was good and the power port was fine. It apparently was a bad receptacle in the camper and worked after moving to a different outlet. All this and he refused to take any money, not even a tip.Great Service!!!
