The restroom could be a whole "other division" of the store! It's clean, well equipped, and you don't even have to touch the towel dispenser. I happen to like that! Now, about the store... I do find it fun to shop here since I ordinarily find what I'm looking for, and often on sale. I'm 50/50 with the staff. The manager is great, friendly, and very helpful! Never been a time when I'd say he was "off his game" as far as consumers go. However... the staff really needs to become better educated about life outside Coos Bay. I actually had a staff person tell me that "Nobody uses Apple computers". And they were serious! Apparently, what they don't stock, they don't believe anybody uses. Since nobody seemingly caters to the Mac users (and yes, there are MANY of us in the area) I would think it wise for Staples or some appropriate store to become better educated, carry needed supplies, and have a tech on staff who specializes in servicing Macs. But apparently, that will never happen since they haven't yet heard of them. :) One thing I love about this store is the layout. You can see all across the store from any given location, and pretty much see where the isle would be you need to find what you're looking for. Love the rewards system they use, and being able to recycle my printer ink! All in all, I think this is a good store to support in our community. And... be sure to shop here if you think you may need to use a restroom! Seriously! You don't have to catch a bus to get there, and you can be sure someone has cleaned the recent vomit we all find in public restrooms these days! DISGUSTING, but true.

As in #120, not box 120, etc. I am a part-time resident and I just found out that they went out of business without notifying me, kept my money and all my mail has disappeared. No forwarding, no nothing. I'd never use a private postal service after this. Never.

I will be careful here and narrate "unbiasedly" my experience at this U-Haul…read more I brought my 2017 Lexus NX there for a hitch and the wiring thereof. While they did not have the "plug-n-play harness they still proceeded and performed the installation without the "easy kit". I get home and a couple days later hook-up a small trailer to the car. The wiring is WRONG. The trailer lights are wired to a "constant hot" and even when the car is off the tail lights remain on. My bike rack also has lights (as it obscures the tail-lights) and I leave this on all the time - but can no longer have "tail/brake/turn signal" working due to this faulty installation job by the Coos Bay U-Haul! I have gone back no less that 4 times. All 4 times they asked to return on such and such a day/time. Each time I came at the appointed time and got the run around: "sorry, we booked and install for this/that time can you come back later. Based on my experience this is a dealer to stay away. I speculate that most of their installs go fine - its relatively simple and repeated work at which they can become proficient. BUT My experience is if something goes awry - they absolutely will not fix the problem - even. The added time for my to drive there over and over and get nothing done is clearly them making it so they never do a thing to correct their own erroneous work and installation. my recommendation based on this is to stay away!

I wanted to ask if they collect outgoing mail from the blue mail receptacle outside the building. I called the 800 number listed online for all the post offices in the area. Couldn't talk to an agent because the computer wanted this information or that information and was giving me solutions to problems that I wasn't experiencing. This post office, and USPS in general, has the worst automated customer service system in existence. When I want to talk to an agent, i expect to be connected to an agent. After paying an additional $32 to have a letter sent - not wanting to assume that they pick up mail from the receptacle and it stay there until they reopen - it turns out that they do still pick up mail from the receptacle. The notice on the window doesn't say so.
