Lives in a sketchy neighborhood on a gravel road that sounded like it is hard to find. Says they're too busy and forgot all about my message from a couple days ago. They could not even estimate a cost for doing 1 foot of stitchup work. A ballpark estimate before I make a longish drive would have been nice but none was forthcoming. She changed her Yelp business photo after our encounter. It used to have her business card showing and it said she did service at your home. Barview is a sketchy neighborhood too. As for no phone calls, I have POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) and no way to screen for junk calls so only those who know how to call me (8 rings) can get through since the junk callers quit ringing after 6 rings. She is not on the computer much is her claim but she had enough time to post a longish inaccurate post about this situation. Go figure!

They NEVER communicated. I had to call for an update everytime. Finally after a month of this and them saying they need to order more parts and they don't know when it will be done i got frustrated and the boy told me "the phone is completely destroyed" well you should've said that from the first time the technician looked at it if he knew it would take more than a month to fix it. So he tells me that i could come pick up the phone and he would have it ready the next day. When we went to pick it up it wasn't even IN THEIR STORE! SO unreliable and not helpful whatsoever if the communication was better we wouldn't be as upset!! The customer service is what we are angry about !!

Had a severe battery swell in my Samsung S22 Ultra and SIM could not be read. I was traveling…read morethrough the area so I took it into Tech Made Easy. They had the needed battery in stock and did a great job of replacing it old one, figuring out the SIM read error and making the case fit back to gether perfectly. All this was done in a very timely manner (less than an hour with another repair ahead of mine) and the total charge was only the price of the battery. In addition to the service, the staff was really great in all regards. Very happy I ended up near here when the problem occurred.

Despite that, and despite the fact that he is very good in his work and so is very busy, he's always managed to get the work I needed done at the highest level and in a reasonable amount of time. I won't be going to anyone else for alterations, not when I need work done on expensive clothes and can't afford to have someone with lesser skills botch the job. To put it simply, I'm impressed that old world artisanal skills are still being practiced.
