After much ado, the rental manager finally located our container. We had already contacted Joe at Shipping Solutions and his expertise made us comfortable that he would take care of our items which included an expensive camera and lenses. The manager got our cargo to Joe, and he meticulously wrapped our gear and did a phenomenal job packaging everything properly for shipping. Our package arrived on our doorstep less than 24 hours later. It even had a paper receipt inside. THANK YOU JOE!!!! He made a stressful situation much easier.

The owner of this place has 3 big dogs that he allows to run free through the laundromat and around…read morethe property. They jump up on people and poop in the parking areas. Last month I arrived at the facility to do laundry and the dogs jumped up on me causing me to drop a part of my computer and break it. After telling the owner about this he said he will take care of the dogs. NOT TRUE. The next time I wet there the dogs pooped right beside put vehicle. Today the owner brought the dogs in the laundromat to run around and harass people. When I asked the owner to get the dogs away from me I was informed that dogs jump on people because that's what dogs do. They aren't hurting anything. Hu!?

I arrive, I wash, I respect my area and help others, I clean up, I do my shit and leave. Period. Today, this short balding larger older lady comes out of the office, I smile, she grimaces. Ok, whatever, I go about my business. Someone shut a dryer door a bit too hard for her, she screams DONT SLAM THE DRYER DOORS! I looked at the other customer like WTH?? We kept it pushing. Someone else came over with headphones on, did the same thing - slam! Not one word from the wicked witch of the washers. I shrugged it off, figured the witch was having a bad day, and proceeded to fold all my clothes (a few more people "slammed" the doors, but that's not my business!). When I was done, I went outside to get my hamper from the car, loaded up my clothes, went back to the car and was about to leave when the witch came running out and motioned for me to stop. She then told me I was no longer allowed back at this laundromat. I laughed. Because WHAT?! She has to be kidding! She spun around on her little legs and walked away. I asked her name but she refused to give it. Such a lovely courageous woman. To the managers of this laundromat - please fire her. If she's going to indiscriminately tell customers to not use this establishment, that establishment won't last very long. Simple math.

The machines accept Apple Pay and credit cards. There is also a machine that allows you to use cash and obtain a preloaded card. Only negative no one is on site and the bathroom is locked to prevent vandalism. There are no vending machines either, but there is a DQ across the street.
