After much ado, the rental manager finally located our container. FSS is great for shipping -- not only is it a pre-paid UPS / Fed-Ex site but once you've shipped to someone, their address info is in the system making it fast & easy when sending packages to family or friends. Looking for a UPS drop location and was told by several people in the area that there wasn't one, I had to drive to Eugene. Well, six weeks later I discover FSS. Super friendly staff, yes they are a UPS drop off, convenient location by the GO, and have safe & secure mail boxes. So glad to find this mail service. read more

I initially used this business for easy printing as it's a dollar a page and you can connect via WiFi. I would print and it would be ready by the time I got inside which was great when needed. When I started sending packages through them I was immediately frustrated with inability to confirm shipment in anyway possible or to even give a real detailed reciept to verify. Eventually I was told by owner I could get an emailed reciept at least. As I had lost two packages. Now even with email(and recently I gave them another shot had issues once again saying no reciept or verification would be given) they emailed me one reciept that. Package showed up tracking fine and was delivered the second package was lost again....surprise surprise. Now that's a total of 4 packages and about $50 I've lost due to them. That is my final business given to them which i suspect they don't mind as people who resell as I do with prepaid labels and packages probably don't give them much for simply routine packages to pickup drivers or drop offs. Idk but that's how they have made me feel and they are the only shipping center that has ever lost a package and been so unable to provide a receipt for services.....please go to the other shipping store in town if you resell and want peace of mind. Shipping shack is amazing on highway 101 across from Safeway. So easy and reliable every time. This place is a joke. read more

I didn't have shipping to do, rather I had wedding invitations, rsvp's and thank you's to have printed. It was a piece of cake. I emailed over all of the pdf's, picked my paper and went off to work. My invites and the rsvp's were printed, cut and bagged with more than enough envelopes. The price was right and everyone very helpful. My thank you's are in the process of being done now and I have no doubt that they will be equally as beautiful. I have dropped off a few packages with no issues and plan to continue to do business with these guys. So friendly when I go in and more than willing to help. Thanks a million!! read more

These people are courteous and efficient. I'm always happy with the service I receive there. I'm sorry DeAnn had to struggle getting in the door with her package, but realistically, the old man at the counter could not have assisted her even with the door because of how small and cramped the lobby of the store is. I also do not interpret his comments and lack of saying "thank you for your business" or "please come again" as being rude. It just sounds to me like DeAnn was having a bad day. So, I do not think that bad review is legitimately earned which is why I decided to respond with a review of my own. read more

I just got some of the worst service imaginable at this place. So much so that I've stopped what I'm doing to write this review. I pulled up in front of the store and got a 6' x 2' x 6" box out of the back my car. It wasn't too heavy so I was able to get it to the door on my own. The gray-haired gentleman working today inside the store watched me struggle to open the door and get inside with my box but offered no help whatsoever. He didn't make any effort to even hold the door. Once inside, I waited in line patiently. When it was my turn I explained to him that the box had a prepaid shipping label attached to it. He was downright rude when he told me that he "was very aware of how UPS prepaid shipping works." Never thanked me for the business or invited me to return. I realize that perhaps the prepaid shipping label means he doesn't make quite as much money on my order but the store is, nonetheless, aUPS authorized shipping outlet. There's another shipping store in town, and that's where I'll be taking any future business. read more
