UPS Customer Center - Shipping Centers Near Me - Fairfield, California

Assuming this facility runs my area in Fairfield.... I was waiting for a package from T-Mobile this morning and my tracking stated the usual, delivery by 7pm. Someone I know lives in the same apartments as me and saw UPS, knowing I'm waiting on a package they called me but when I looked outside there was no one and I never received a knock on my door. I check my tracking and it now says attempt made, which is false. This was around 1130am. I was home and waiting. This isn't the first time I have had this happen, which is disappointing. To avoid this on the next business day I tried to switch my delivery location to the nearest ups store location immediately, which costs a $6 fee, but it has yet to even be approved. So I am extremely dissatisfied with this inconvenience and hope to receive my device tomorrow on time. read more

I have a myups account and it shows that the package should be delivered between 9am and 12 pm. Signature is required. It is now 6:30pm and I've waited all day. Ups guy did stop by my house but they delivered a different package. When I call the help center they told me my package was still on the way. The last couple years ups quality has gone down the drain. Not the first time this has happened. It sucks that I have to switch carriers now. Ups was my go to carrier. read more

Worst company to deal with. Package shows out for delivery, then at 5pm shows tried to deliver but couldn't. They never tried all the driver did was drive by and not stop, I even have it on camera of the truck just driving by. Sad and no one cares on their end. read more

My wife had lost her wallet when she flew back to California and was scheduled to come back the following week, but without her Texas drivers license, she had no ID. So I went into the UPS store on Babcock Road here in San Antonio and I paid $52 to send her her passport and I paid for two day air and an extra $10 for a signature at the door. Her passport didn't arrive until the 18th and she had to go down to the UPS hub to get it because her flight was that day! It was on her way to the airport that she had to go and pick it up. Being somewhat frustrated because I had paid for 2 day delivery and it didn't arrive until Tuesday the 18th, it was supposed to arrive either Friday or Saturday. I went into the UPS store on Babcock and explained my story and was turned away. They basically said to call UPS directly they were not going to refund my money and they couldn't help me at all. So then I called UPS and they basically told me the same thing that I needed to go back to the store for a refund, I think both UPS and this particular UPS store on Babcock give terrible service they do not care about their customers they simply want to get your money. The only thing that's guaranteed is overnight service and that would've cost me more than $90 I will not give UPS my business any longer. I will be going to FedEx from here on out and as for the UPS store on Babcock, you guys suck! read more

I haven't had a lot of confidence in the past with dealing with UPS. And once again I had a delivery that somehow got mixed up. There's a supervisor/manager named Kamron straightened this problem out fast. I have to also mention the delivery guy Richard who worked with Kamron to help fix this logistics problem I was dealing with. I have to say Kamron and Richard restord my confidence in UPS. UPS, supposedly the logistics experts, can't do a simple residential delivery. I ordered a package via Amazon Prime. Seller sent the package via 2nd Day Air and was set to be delivered today. Right on time for Christmas. The Driver rang the video doorbell and did not wait. He was not around when I got on the app. He marked it "delivered" and leaves some other person's package. My first name starts with a G, my last name starts with an A. The other package was to a first name M, last name B. My address starts with a 3 and the other package was a 2. My street name starts with a H and the other is D. How does this get mixed up? Using the UPS app, my tracking number appears as on the way to a UPS Access Point, albeit Amazon marked it as delivered. Drives me crazy. So I called UPS customer service and they, of course, apologized. The CSR said I can expect it back in 1-2 business days...okay that's it. I had to remind the genius, it is a Christmas present. If is it two business days, then that means after Christmas...duh? No excuse UPS this is a dumb mistake, please train, screen, do whatever you need to do to get some competent help. read more

UPS has completely lost their minds. They have absolutely no one to answer phones and explain where packages are?!!! But they are still operating a business! My package has been lost for 5 days now. It says arrived at facility but hasn't been delivered. Can't manage to find anyone that can assist me. Only voice recording that says no live person due to pandemic. read more

I call periodically to find my packages, and every time they are so helpful. They tell me what day they're coming, and always with kind customer service. Today I spoke with Denise, and she completely help me to know exactly when my package should be at my home. That kind of service really helps. And one of our main drivers is loc, he says hello to all of us on the block, just a professional with a great attitude. Thank you for all your hard work. read more

This service center is great! They are helpful and efficient. The drivers are careful with deliveries and really do a good job at my home I'm trying to hide them if I'm not there. As Union employees, they are top notch -- in my book, better than FedEx! read more

I had two deliveries, one scheduled on 5/19 and another on 5/21 , each delivery on those deliveries contained TWO packages each that were identical in weight and size but each had individual tracking umbers/labels (so a total of 4 packages expected and being tracked). The time scan clearly showed both of the two packages (35lbs dumbells in each package) arriving at the final ups destination but I only received ONE. The ODD thing is that the package I received was scanned "out for delivery" while the other one was scanned "destination scan, which means it's being prepared for final delivery". WHY was one package scanned to be left behind when they both were scheduled for delivery at the same time!! OH and these were both dumbbells which are very hard to "misplace" on top of the fact they were both scanned and PEOPLE are mysteriously also seeing a rise of "lost dumbbells" during shipping just when people are charging crazy prices for the items. TWO DAYS LATER, the SAME shit happened again! This time, I was expecting TWO 95lbs dumbbells the day of but only RECEIVED ONE!! Here is why I know that it's not "lost or misplaced again like one of my 35lbs dumbells just 2 days prior....because each of them had tracking labels and it's even f#cking harder to misplace one 95lbs dumbbell! The driver or employee also, scanned the 95lbs i still haven't received yet, THE SAME WAY HE SCANNED THE other 35lbs dumbbell. Scanned the 95lbs I GOT, "out for delivery" and scanned the other heavy ass 95lbs which I didn't get and still waiting on " destination scan/ preparing for shipment" just seconds apart!! I can understand one, but lighting doesn't struck in the same spot twice. Based on the manner that both the packages I'm still waiting on BOTH have somehow not been attempted to be redelivered and the fact that they both their labels/tracking numbers were scanned JUST seconds before/after the packages I received were scanned "out for delivery", I don't call that a coincidence but a behavior/pattern of someone's dishonesty. I know times are tough, but I really hope somehow, they "find it soon." read more

Their phone lines disconnect you and don't allow you to speak to a real person and my package has been delayed a week already when it has been a couple miles from my home for 4 days, but somehow can't get here. I'm so frustrated with the service and delays and will avoid ordering anything shipped by UPS in the future. I just want to pick it up, but can't get through to anyone. read more

I will never use ups in cordelia, ca. I called the center and talk to a ups driver dispatch supervisor name is Tiffany. She was rude didn't want to have the driver comeback to drop off my package. Even knowing that the driver didn't make the right attempt to deliver my package. Already was waiting for it because it got delayed . And never made the promise day. Didn't even attempt to resolve my issue. Tiffany hang up the phone and told me she was frustrated with me. All because I ask to have the driver comeback and drop off my package. Very unprofessional. So hard to deal with UPS. The call centers can't give up to date info. Very hard to reach a live person. The tracking doesn't give good time frame updates. I have trouble finding out when a package will be delivered. No 4 hour time frame and large packages have been left in my front yard. Not a good thing to happen. Very easy to see from the street. I have been lucky, so far that nothing was stolen. read more

Monday I was having a problem with my package. I called the service center and spoke with a woman named Tiffany. She was so helpful and she contacted the driver so I could get my medication. She knew how urgent it was and as an elderly disabled woman she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. UPS stinks. We were given a delivery window of 3:30-7:30 pm. Driver came 45 minutes early and left a "sorry we missed you" note. After working through the 'we really don't want to talk to you' phone disservice and being told tough luck, we can try again or you can drive 20 minutes to our service center at 8:30 tonight and get it. The early delivery time was the computer's fault, "just a guesstimate." So you put out a meaningless four-hour window and take no responsibility? Doesn't give me any reason to trust the Monday delivery time either. 3 tries and it ships back to sender. Did I mention the second phone call when the rep just put me on hold and left me there for 15 minutes? She got my name and number twice but didn't call me back after I gave up. Never did tell me why I was on hold. They just don't care. Never again. Already adjusted my delivery options with the sender. Really should be able to rate 0 stars. read more

so the guy driving ups truck 147896 yesterday in fairfield ca delivering to sunset creek apartments at 3:05 PM desides to back his truck in our complex blocking not only a number of tenant parking stalls( ups delivery drivers do this regularly despite the problems they present), but he was also parked in the VERY CLEARLY marked firelane. he was also driving with earphones in his ears. we know this because he had to remove them to hear the request for him to move his truck. he not only refused to move the truck, when told he would be towed, his response was, "I aint worried about it." when he returned to the truck, he questioned as to why we were taking photos of how he was parked and of the truck's i.d., he ask, "Where else was i gonna park?" he was directed to the loadingzone (to which he ignored and moved the truck from the fire lane, but in front of more tenants stalls). if the ups organization shares the rude and disrespectful treatment to its customers as the driver driving this truck (hopefully they do not), maybe consumers should consider alternatives methods for their shipping needs. read more
