I can't say enough about our positive experience with Luis and Steve. After an initial, tenuous…read moreexperience with another stone yard, we were referred to this fabricator. Luis emailed and called me within 24 hours and I was immediately impressed. Not only did he listen to our needs and budget, he took the five minutes (that the half dozen other fabricators I visited didn't take) to realize that it's a small kitchen by looking at our layout. He recommended a solution to fit both our needs and his -- to use a remnant, at a better price. We visited within two days and placed a deposit on the spot after a great meeting with Luis and Steve. These young men are committed to their new business and it shows. They committed to our template first thing Monday, and understanding the urgency of our timeline, turned around the installation by this afternoon. Communication was frequent and professional. At no point did I feel like we got a leftover (though we selected a remnant) or that we were rushed (instead we were made a priority). Both Luis and Steve went over and above multiple times during this project, and I find that exceptional at a time when we seem to be making excuses for quality service or product. Steve and his helper with skilled with installation, and he took great pride in his work. Our renovation has been months of a very frustrating roller coaster. It's a passion project for my husband, and he wants it to be a quality product when we're finished. It's been a rough road with some disappointments, but this isn't one of them. Genuinely, working with Luis and Steve has been one of the highlights. I wish I had another project I could partner with them again. Maybe a winning lottery ticket will let our paths cross again? Until then, the best thing I can do is continue to refer them to other contacts to help them grow their business (we already referred them to two realtors since). Good luck guys!

We were referred here by co-workers who have renovated some properties in the city. They told us…read morethis would be old school Italian quality, and it was. We were really impressed with the selection, and happy with the service. The staff knew everything about the stones they carried, and had tons of background info and tips for both design and installation. We selected some beautiful marble for our bathroom, and cannot wait to go back for subsequent projects. Our finished tile look is gorgeous, and even our tiling contractor was impressed, and asked us where we got it. Prior to finding out about this place, we had used some marble from Depot, which our tiler complained about to no end. We had no idea that the lots Depot buys (on the way-cheap) are cut so poorly. Our tiler could not get any 90-degree angles out of the box, and ended up having to cut everything several times over just to make it square. Ridiculous. On the contrary, the marble from MTO was so nice, our tiler was praising us for buying stuff that made his job so easy. Best part was, the imported Italian marble we got at MTO was a wonderful price, especially compared to Depot, and especially considering the quality difference, both in the sloppy cuts from Depot tile, as well as the caliber of marble itself, which is far superior at MTO. I never thought box store quality would beat a place like MTO, but I got a real education in just how big the difference is. I am so glad we found this place! We will be back!

The Kepple staff have provided complimentary recommendations and interior design suggestions. What I enjoy most with the company is that they offer a wide range of choice and options that work with a range of budgets. For example, I opted for a higher end look in my bathroom spaces, whereas I chose a more affordable solution in my living and dining room areas that are infrequently used. I also enjoy the flexible product offerings. Kepple's works with many manufacturers; often I will see something online and they will provide me with a sample even if it is not in their showroom. What I consider most important however is the relationship that I have built with the company. Sometimes unforeseen issues arise with any remodel regardless of the company. Kepple's has always addressed every one of my concerns with true fortitude and expedience. Remodeling your home or business can be hectic and challenging. I truly enjoy this long-term relationship and I have referred Kepple's to many of my friends and family members.
