Placed an order for a desk with shipping arrangements made via Fedex (NOT my choice). When I placed my order, shipment was going to be on a date that I was going to be home to receive the order. Of course, Fedex ALWAYS delays shipments. This time, it was during a time I will be on vacation. I tried to place a vacation hold via Fedex and they mentioned Uplift places restrictions on their deliveries which prevents customers from doing this. I called Uplift, and spoke with Jose to have Uplift redirect the shipment to a Fedex office or I would leave a notice for Fedex that I refuse the shipment. Jose reassured me he was able to get the shipment redirected to an office. Well, delivery comes and Fedex tries to leave the 7 package in my driveway. Since I have cameras, I was able to get my elderly neighbor to ask the Fedex driver to place the shipment in my garage. Needless to say, the Fedex driver gave some attitude and told my elderly neighbor they can't place a 300lbs in packages into a garage. It appears Uplift intentionally lied to me in order to get the shipment to my doorstep. Needless to say, when I get home.....I will be returning the order. read more

I bought a 4 legged Uplift Desk 6 years ago, 2019. The whole time I was under the impression you needed to hold the button to get your desk where you want it and I recently learned that there's single touch functionality. It was not working for my desk. I shot an email Friday night asking if I'm missing something. Luca Marzari responded to before noon on Saturday giving me troubleshooting steps that allowed me to activate the one touch feature on my desk and he also made it clear that I would still be eligible for warranty service if this didn't work. Turns out unplugging the desk and holding the down button got the residual power out of the desk and then I was able to activate single touch. I really appreciate being able to get speedy and useful support over half a decade after purchase. read more

Premium: the single word that best describes my overall experience with Uplift. After much research and deliberation I chose uplift not for their price, but for their online reputation. I used (and abused) my previous desk for over 20 years and wanted a replacement that would last just as long; so, I was willing to spend a bit more for a product of perceived better quality. The quality of my desk did not disappoint. Unfortunately, the carrier delivering my desk handled the package containing the top of my desk without care. (By the time it arrived it looked like they used a bulldozer to move it.) Uplift has obviously empowered their customer service department to handle unfortunate situations like my own. When I reached out, Kelvin asked me to provide photos of the damage and if the rough handled packaging. Once I provided the requested photos, Kelvin presented me with 4 solutions that I could choose from; I felt that any of the presented solutions would have been acceptable to me, but appreciated being able to make my own choice. read more
