I'm in my 40s and hadn't been my healthiest self since the pandemic, plus I had very little experience lifting. Weight racks always felt overwhelming and intimidating, so I knew I wanted someone local I could trust for one-on-one coaching. Working with Will through Scott Beall's program has been exactly what I needed. Will is patient, observant, and incredibly encouraging -- he meets you where you are but still pushes you to grow. He explains form in a way that actually sticks, pays close attention to safety, and creates an environment that feels supportive rather than intimidating, which mattered a lot as a beginner. After just a few months, I feel noticeably stronger, I'm seeing real gains, and I'm doing lifts I never thought I'd feel comfortable attempting. It's shifted how I think about my long-term health and made the gym feel far more accessible overall. If you're looking to build strength, lose weight, and learn something new in a supportive environment, I highly recommend talking to Scott and working with Will -- especially for women 40+ who want to feel more powerful and confident in their bodies.

I travel a lot for work and maintaining workouts and good nutrition can be difficult as a result. Scott was able to tailor a program that fit my specific requirements to help me become a healthier version of myself. About a year and a half ago, after having three children followed by nearly two years of pandemic…read moreliving, I knew that I needed to change up my fitness and nutrition habits. After many, many search sessions, I kept coming back to Body by Emilee and finally took the plunge to set up my initial consultation. And now, I'd probably describe myself as a superfan of Emilee's. From the get-go, Emilee was really approachable, kind, and very easy to work with. We started with nutrition sessions, and while I was definitely not eating the most healthy diet, I never felt bad talking about my habits. Emilee's approach is a "sure and steady" way of looking at things. Instead of something drastic we were able to look at my habits and make small, consistent changes over the course of the past year that has served me really well. Plus, nothing is off-limits. Emilee believes in creating a sustainable lifestyle of nutrition and exercise. And I'm more of a "moderation in everything" kinda gal, so I couldn't handle someone telling me there'd be no more, oh, I don't know, fried chicken or champagne or cake. From there, I was also able to add personal strength training with Emilee two days a week. While the sessions are never easy, Emilee is always very mindful about how hard we are working and adjusting my weights or my exercises to have maximum impact on my goals. And working out with her is honestly just a ton of fun. Beyond the excellent coaching aspect, Emilee has built a solid community of women around her, both the folks she coaches as well as just the people she knows in the world. She hosts regular events for everyone who trains with her that span a wide variety of topics, everything from a session on learning to add meditation into your routine to a spin class. Every time I attend one of the events, I marvel at how much I genuinely like everyone that is there. For me, a number on the scale wasn't (and isn't) my ultimate goal, but I have lost nearly 30 pounds over the past year, and a half (all the Covid weight and most of the baby weight), but best of all is how strong and healthy I feel. My body feels really good, and I feel really good about my habits these days. Finding Body by Emilee was like finding a light at the end of the tunnel, and my sessions with her have been such a bright light in each of my weeks.

Emilee is a great partner and coach. Spending time to talk about tailwinds and how to make small changes created a lot of change quickly for me. She checks in with you and creates a holistic plan catered to your needs. I can't recommend her enough!  I will continue to leverage her further as coach in the future, as her method is aligned to what works for me!

My problem is with corporate management. I purchased a "lifetime" membership back in 2001 that involved paying about 1K up front, but giving me a great renewal rate which I've happily used since then. As of a few days ago, my renewal was $99 a year. Then the problems started. Even though I had been going to the Meridian location since 2004 until it closed, and the Parker location at 20 Mile Road since it opened, I was denied access unless I "upgraded" my membership. What? I have a lifetime membership that entitles me to go to any 24 HF in the world. They said no and even changed the membership info in their computer to remove the 2001 inception date. Shady AF. I guess I should be glad that I got 23 years out of that contract but a contract is a contract. I don't knowingly give my money to crooks. It's not really about the money at this point, it is the principle. After 30 years of membership I'm taking my business elsewhere and trashing 24 HF on social media in every way that I can. I also may file a small claims lawsuit against them as I paid for 2025 in full and they aren't honoring the contract.

This review is for the old location in Stapleton, since the move to the new location didn't happen…read moreuntil just a couple days before the end of my 6-Week Challenge. The coaches, Neil and Denise are awesome! They are friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, and motivating, without being too overpowering or intimidating. The gym (old location) was in what looked like a really old apartment building. The space was too small for my own comfort if there were more than say 6 people there working out at a time (Saturdays...augh!), but I am not fond of small spaces with too many people (no one else seemed to be bothered by this, so it is just a personal opinion). There is plenty of, as well as a good variety of equipment to workout with. The coaches incorporate standard (well-known) weigh-lifting moves along with some new moves that you can definitely feel working (I love learning new fitness moves to keep the workouts interesting). I did feel we kept with pretty much the same workouts each week, though, and just tweaked it by increasing weight/resistance, so I wish that had changed more often. That being said, it WAS just a 6-week program I was in, so it probably wasn't long enough to change the workout much. I do remember Denise explaining in the beginning why they do it that way, but just can't remember the reason right now. (On the new location at Kearney St.): They opened their doors this past Friday, so I used it twice. It is a perfect size now, with an extra room to use if you need more space. It is still in the process of getting all the equipment there..kettlebells, maybe some weight racks, etc, but it looks promising. I would highly recommend giving this gym a try! You won't be disappointed! Highly Satisfied, Bobbi Kusk PS: I did reach my goal in the 6 weeks...YAAAYYY!!! I'm down 12 pounds and 8% bodyfat, and plan to stick to the diet and exercise (though more outdoor fitness now that the weather is perfect for it‍‍‍‍ Thank you Lodestone Strength (Neil & Denise)! ‍

This review is specifically for the layout of the weights on the second floor. More specifically,…read morethe location of the bench press (2) and incline bench (1). The position of the two bench presses and incline bench are pushed up against the wall on the East side of the building. Right where the steel reinforcement beams are located which leaves NO space to safely spot your partner without hitting your head or back on one of those beams. You cannot even get behind them without crawling around the weights or beams themselves. This is incredibly dangerous and a major safety issue. Whomever designed the layout of the weight room does not appear to have experience with weight training. The nautilus machines and free weight areas should probably be switched. There is nowhere to safely stretch (people do it under the stairs) or do ab exercises, box jumps, etc. Someone, with knowledge of weight training, should redesign the space for efficiency and safety.
