I was honestly a little concerned because I have a larger build (although I'm working on that!), and I wasn't sure I'd be able to find the right color, the right fit, and a suit that looked like it was custom made. I brought the wedding attire requirements with me, and Solomon immediately put my concerns to rest. From the moment we started, Solomon provided exceptional customer service. He listened carefully to what I needed, offered thoughtful recommendations, and guided me through the entire process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. I never felt rushed or pressured--only confident that he wanted me to look my best. During the fitting, Solomon was incredibly thorough. He carefully marked every area that needed alteration, including the sleeves, shoulders, waist, chest, and pant length, making sure everything would fit perfectly. My wife and I arrived less than an hour before closing, but Solomon never once made us feel like an inconvenience. He stayed a little past closing to ensure every detail was right, which says a great deal about his commitment to outstanding customer service. When I returned to pick up the suit, I was genuinely impressed. The fit was outstanding and looked and felt like it had been custom made specifically for me. The alterations were flawless, and the complimentary cleaning and pressing service was an added bonus that made the experience even better. Outstanding customer service has become increasingly rare these days, which made this experience even more memorable. Solomon's professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine desire to make sure I looked my absolute best exceeded every expectation. I highly recommend the Men's Wearhouse on Almaden Expressway, and if you're fortunate enough to work with Solomon, you're in excellent hands. Because of this experience, I'll be returning for all of my future suit and tailoring needs. Thank you, Solomon, for helping me look and feel my best for such an important occasion.

Brandon helped my girlfriend and me out, and he absolutely came through with knowledge and expertise that literally changed our lives. I'll explain: As far back as I can remember, I wore shoes too big for me ignorantly due to a preference of more spacious footwear; he precisely measured my accurate shoe size and showed me a breakdown of my anatomical feet. So now knowing my true shoe size, he helped me with pairs of shoes that really reflected what I was looking for--without any salesman pressure--and even felt it while it was on my feet explaining how shoes should optimally fit. Needless to say, I purchased the right shoes of the right size for me. As for my girlfriend, she has a chronic illness that affects her daily with various bodily pains and her feet swell up greatly throughout the day. Brandon saw her issues and provided her a solution that literally made her cry: he recommended the right shoes of the right size; she told me that it was the first time shoes fit her properly with her lifelong condition. For once, she has shoes that makes her feel as "normal" as she could feel in footwear again. That means the world to both of us. All in all, if you are looking for proper help with choosing the right shoes for you, this is the place to shop at. Thank you, Brandon for changing our lives, and long live Beck's Shoes (still family owned and operated, by the way)! God bless.

The laces are starting to go and so I thought I would try and get the original ones because they lasted so long. Unfortunately, they weren't available that day, so I'll need to keep looking, but my wife was with me and started taking interest in the insoles. She enjoys walking, and works in the medical field where she needs to stand at work most of the day. Nicholas helped walk her through picking out a set of insoles with their automated foot profiler, and then provided her set of tennis shoes similar to ones she has to try them in since she didn't come with shoes to wear (Great sales tactic, if I had to say so myself lol). In all seriousness though, thank you Nicholas very much for your wonderful help and considerate explanations. Did not come in expecting to spend that much but seeing my wife's relief and afterglow was well worth it! Fingers crossed I can get the original Wolverine laces for my boots there too, someday.

The one pair of black Vionic Tide sandals that I wanted, had a slight cosmetic defect. They didn't have another size 6 in black, so I asked Eva if it could be special ordered for me. Since I didn't want to pay shipping, the sandals would be shipped to the store for pick-up. (In the past, if the order was placed in-store, the shoes would be shipped to your home for free. Times have changed.) Before I even got home from my day out, I received an email from Footwear Etc. stating that my sandals were ready for pick-up!!! Thankfully I waited a few days before deciding to pick them up, because I received an email from Footwear Etc. with a "$10 birthday reward" to redeem! I called the store to make sure my order was in, and that I intended to "return" my new sandals and re-purchase them utilizing my $10 reward. No problem! Thanks, Chris! This morning, I asked a gentleman at the Dollar Store if I can take a photo of his shoes. It looked very cool and comfortable. He said it is Hoka and he gave me the name of the store where he bought it: Footwear, etc (Willow Glen). They have a store in Los Gatos as well. In Willow Glen, they have that machine that measures pressure points of your feet. It helps identify challenges you may have with your feet as far as walking, comfort, etc. Sarah was very helpful. She brought me 5 different pairs of shoes and patiently helped me wear them, tying and untying the laces. I told her I can do it but she was very kind. She explained to me the different features of each pair of shoe until we were able to identified the top 2 choices. When testing the shoes (inside the store), I noticed that 2 pairs allowed me to walk normally without pain (which I have not experienced in the last 3 years or so). Even after my back (sciatica) surgery in December, I still feel discomfort and pain. With the Hoka shoes on, I felt my walk was so normal. And, for about $20 more than the New Balance, I am getting a very comfortable and reliable and very scientifically produced pair of shoes. On top of that, their designs are very cool and modern. Thank you so much for your help, Miss Sarah!
