Lauren put it the other pieces I'm thinking about in my wish list so I can order them later (like the Dietritch Jacket - that's an absolute must!). This was such a great experience, I'm really happy I visited the LA pop up and spent time trying on such a nice clothes. Thank you Lauren for your patience and style advice! Many of the items were missing buttons and they don't come with replacements. The store is quite small and has limited inventory, as well. If anything, it may be worth going in to confirm your sizing, but I'd rather shop at another boutique or online. I ended up having to go through corporate for a resolution for an item that ripped right after I bought it, after this boutique never returned my calls and was unhelpful and curt over the phone when I finally reached them. The experience and quality is H&M, but the pricing is at a premium. While I'll probably buy from MM la fleur again, it won't be at this boutique, which is a shame because it's the closest to my home and work.

It did feel like polyester, however. The people who worked there were very kind and helpful and patient. Happy shops!

My future sister wanted to look for prom dresses on the whim and we found ourselves in this FABULOUS store! Buyer beware, it's a workout to get to this space! You have to climb up 3 flights of stairs. That is not a big deal though, just thought I would share as a heads up. They have dresses to fit everyone's taste. Whether you want a classic, trendy, bold, or Beyoncé inspired dresses, they have it. My future sister enjoyed trying on all the dresses. It was as if she was in a romantic movie makeover montage scene. The space is cute, totally Instagramable, and all the employees were helpful and friendly! I was in NYC for a couple of days and decided to pop into this store on the spur of the moment because it was close to my hotel. I wasn't really expecting much (I didn't expect them to carry my size and didn't think I would have much luck if they did), but I had a terrific experience. Jordan was patient and thorough and careful and kind. She made sure I was comfortable, sized me correctly, and gave me a ton of options to try on. They were all beautiful. She explained the benefits and drawbacks of the different styles in terms of how they would fit me, and I came away with five fabulous bras that gave me a new attitude and a whole new appreciation for my weird-shaped boobs. The selection is amazing and the staff is so friendly and helpful. This visit was the highlight of my trip. I look forward to returning and can't imagine buying bras anywhere else. GO! A person who worked there made eye contact as we entered and literally just stared- I gave a normal half smile anticipating a "hello" or "welcome" from her, but she just looked at us. We browsed around until my friend ASKED for help. At no point throughout the entire time did anyone offer me assistance. I found myself a bra, I asked to try it on, I did, I bought it. Not abnormal, but did not align with expectations. Always baffles me when people working in customer service and retail positions will ignore people trying to spend money in the store. Would not recommend nor return.

These employees could care less about the customers so I blame this on Corporate! You need to train your employees on how to treat customers that come into your stores! At least fake it and pretend that you care about customers concerns instead of a consistent eye roll. When I calmly and respectively voice my concern to a manager, they basically looked at me, listened, said, thank you and that was it. I didn't feel there was any type of support from the superiors at Zara. If you're doing a return from an online order, you need to be persistent on asking someone to help you if you were unfamiliar or you encounter a glitch because they don't want to be bothered. There's nothing really about the employees that work at Sarah. It's incredibly disappointing.
