Forever 21 is no longer in Hawaii so I was happy to find this store in the Times Square area because Hawaii doesn't qualify for free shipping. But be aware that prices in the store do not match online prices but you can always ask for the lower price if you show them the online price. But (sorry, another but) my cell phone reception was only limited to the street level. Going down to the lower floors, I lost reception. Which is junk when comparing prices online. Anyway, the store is huge and I spent a while shopping and I am not a shopper! I was happy to see lots of Hello Kitty items as well as athletic wear. There were lots of dresses, but I wasn't looking for a dress. I walked to this store from my hotel, so I don't know if there is any parking. I hate to see all my favorite Forever 21 locations close! This is one of the last ones I know I can visit. When trends in clothing come and go it's best to find an inexpensive store like Forever 21. I'm also a fan of this store because the clothes are my size in most of the styles. Even though I love to shop here I can see their demise coming. The clothing I purchase typically doesn't hold up for very long. It probably doesn't matter because the clothing trends don't last long either!! The biggest forever 21 I have ever been to. There wasn't much floor staff to help with finding things and that was expected with the pandemic. It was clean and had really good music playing overhead. We could have EASILY spent too much money here! They had such a variety of sundresses, shorts and graphic tees. I guess everything is bigger in New York. We were able to get in and out of the store rather quickly and the staff was very nice. The ladies at the check out desk helped us to get everything we needed purchased. The store is actually pretty put together, I'm used to forever 21's being in a state of complete chaos. Clothes all over the place, no sort of structure or anything. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My friend and I decided to shop here, big mistake. When we were trying on our clothes, the worker had an incredible attitude that perfectly describes "terrible customer service." She rolled her eyes at us in the beginning saying she could only one. "Oh we dont do those things anymore." With such rude attitude. As we pointed at the numbers 1-6 amount of clothing. The fitting rooms are nasty and dusty looking. I dreaded going in here, because it's in Times Square and you know how that is to be around all the tourists from literally every country in the world. I ended up spending $78, and the most expensive thing I bought was $30 (a windbreaker jacket). I got two rompers for $6 each, and a pair of pants, also $6, and a pair of earrings. Everyone who worked here seemed legitimately happy- like they were all hanging out with their friends. The music was poppin', and it was an overall totally enjoyable experience. This three floor Forever has a ton of merchandise and a bright addition to Times Square. If your kids (especially girls) are complaining they want to shop in NYC, take them here. So I can pick up something. Where it once and not feel bad to donate it or give it away to young relative. These clothes don't last long and this store can be overwhelming bc it's so large. This place is big with four floors with escalators. A lot of staff working to keep things organized. They even have stations to check out in the middle of the floor to avoid lines. Security guard at the front entrance. We were ok having a Starbucks drink inside. I know some places are strict about that. Men's clothing are on the lower levels. Also sportswear, shoes, boots, lingerie under garments, casual wear, dressy, you name it. If you're a Forever 21 fan I say it's worth checking this location out. One thing I like about this location is they close late night even it always crowded but there are a lot of collections of Forever 21 clothes more than others. Absolute mess. Don't bother coming here during the weekends nor holidays. You will find clothes in the wrong racks and probably uncleaned spilled coffee on the floor- gross. Would rate it 0 star if I could. This store is poorly managed, and worse still, has a hostile manager. Went in to get pants for my 7yo son as his pants were soaking wet after playing in a sprinkler park. First, store signs are wrong (kids clothes are on B1 but shows as B3 in all signs). When we were on B3, I saw a few other parents with kids who were also confused by the sign and couldn't locate the kids section. A security guy tried to help but brought us to another wrong floor. When we finally found our way down to the right floor, we found out the changing room was not open, and my son had to try on the new pants by the rack. We went up and shared with the cashier that there was no changing room. She said the room won't open for another 20 min and I should just wait. I complained to the manager that there is no changing room, the signs are wrong and the staff don't know where things are, and she yelled at me and said I should just leave if I don't want the pants. It's shocking that a flagship store at time square is so poorly managed, and the manager would yell at her customer vs. understanding the issues and trying to fix them. We wanted to have a mother and daughter shopping experience in the store that my daughter choose. So we went there, in good spirits. However, the extremely loud rap that was constantly playing made it difficult even for my teen (she actually enjoys some of this music) girl to enjoy her shopping experience. It is just rude to asume everybody likes this type of music at that volume. We finally made it to the fitting room where a very rude lady gave her worse attitude when I forgot to bring the hangers. Avoid! As an NYC native, I don't usually shop at Times Square. This is most definitely a tourist trap. I was in the area already and decided to give F21 a shot. Here's why I don't recommend: 1. Disorganized: It's a big store with several floors and clothing was often in what seemed like a miscellaneous pile/rack with different items. 2. DO NOT ORDER from them!!! Order was over a week late. When it arrived it was NOTHING I ordered. Ordered 12 items for my size 0-2 daughter, received 6 items size 3X. When I contacted customer support I was told to return incorrect items and once they got them they would refund our money. Plus they would not even attempt to resend correct items. Amazing selections, lots of stock, kept very organized, and open late -- but this location is only getting two stars. Let me tell you why ... Shopping around the store is easy and there were an insane number of staff members everywhere, like seriously there were a group of five of them just standing around chatting. When it came time for me to pay I went to the registers that were on the level I was on and was told that the only registers that are open were the ones on the top floor. So I make my way up. I get upstairs and there is only ONE person at the register who is stuck waiting on a manager because there is some sort of issue with the customer she is helping. They have staff everywhere, and a lot of them doing nothing, but they allow people to wait in long lines to purchase their items?! No. I waited another few minutes for at least ONE other register to open, just one but nope, none did and I just couldn't wait any longer. I ended up just putting all the items onto one of the tables and walked out. They lost out on my $100+ purchase because they couldn't have one of their many staff members work a register. From the outside, this Forever 21 looks quite small. But, venture into the other levels and you will find that it is the size of a shopping mall. As many of their locations, this monster sized store is filled with inexpensive, yet highly fashionable apparel for the young and skinny. However, their plus size selection here is the largest I have seen at any Forever 21, Faith 21, or XXI locations. Currently, the store is separated into boutiques for Faith 21, Twelve by Twelve, Heritage, and Love 21 Contemporary . They even have kids, men, and maternity sections as well. In the Fall, their Victorian inspired designs and often replicas are to die for. My only complaint is that the accessories are not separated off into their own sections. So, you will find random shoes all over the store and search for hours in hopes of finding them somewhere else in the store in your size. When this is a problem, I often end up buying the shoes online. Just put a cafeteria in and make it a clothing IKEA already! read more

I think this is the largest Forever 21 store that I have ever visited! From what I can remember, there are four levels of clothing, shoes, and accessories (men, women, children). Each floor has a fitting room. There are both escalators and elevators to get to each floor. The top floor is where you enter in from Times Square Entrance. The store opens until 1AM and I stopped by twice during my trip! My favorite of the entire store has got to be the cool photo booth in the second or third floor of Forever 21. You get three photo strips for the price of $3 (pretty cheap!). The machine takes card or cash. I used this photo booth twice for photos!
