I spent $75+ on a short sleeved shirt today. It hurt a little, but it also felt oh-so-right. To some people that might not sound that bad... but for me, it was definitely a tough bullet to bite. Nonetheless, it was a bullet I chose to bite. Here's why: 1) A trendy-casual looks works great for me in my personal and work life, so it's great to have shirts that I can wear untucked with a nice pair of jeans or chinos. It's the absolute worst when you find a shirt you love, but it hangs so low that you would look absolutely ridiculous with it untucked. UNTUCKit shirts are the perfect length and sit just below your waistline to give you that casual look without trying too hard 2) The sizing of the shirts. It's pretty interesting what they do here. They have "try-on" shirts that you try-on for size and then they mark a card with your size. They do not have all sizes on display for all shirts. They keep them in the back and bring them out when you decide on a design you like. This might seem weird... but once I found the perfect size, I loved how mindless the shopping experience became. It would be all-too-easy to just walk back in and snag another shirt without even trying it on. They had in-between sizes (i.e. Large slim; in between a medium and large) too which was really great for making sure that you get that perfect fit. Nice touch, UNTUCKit. 3) The staff was friendly. Shopping experiences can be intimidating. Especially when staff is rude/unhelpful... But here, I have to give them credit. The staff felt super approachable and made great suggestions on sizing/design options. I felt at-ease right away. Even when I found an online-coupon, the staff was accommodating and made sure that I could use it in-person, too. Here's what I think could improve: - The long-sleeved shirts' sleeves are well... too long. When I commented on this, the staff member assisting me said "everyone says that." Hopefully UNTUCKit corporate is listening? I think that would be a great improvement. (But maybe they assume that you'll always roll them?) - I'd love to see more design styles. Don't get me wrong, the styles they have are great... but it's also a relatively small store. Especially if you're keeping more of the product in the back, I think some more diversity in styles would be awesome (especially since the sizing/fit of your product is so great). There were also a couple of the cotton shirts that had a very papery-feel to them... with a high sticker price, those didn't seem like a good choice. - The value. I feel confident and attractive in my UNTUCKit shirt, but that feeling definitely came with a high price tag. I understand that the product is well-made and the sizing feels very tailored, but $80+ for these? I mean... c'mon, the profit margins on these have to be through the roof (I honestly don't even want to know). Will I buy more? Man... I'd love to tell you that I would never spend that much money again on a short sleeved shirt... but it fits so damn well! The value is my only real "ding" here that knocks off the star, and that certainly rests on the shoulders of corporate. Speaking of responsibilities that rest on corporate... The photos on this Yelp page (unless corrected) currently have misspelled "Cincinnati." I did cringe a little. We're a proud people, UNTUCKit... But when it comes to this store and their product...The staff here is great and the store and brand have a lot to be proud of. read more

I wandered in this store just window shopping since I'm a big fan of their products. As I was wondering through the store I informed Sammy one of my favorite UNTUCKit shirts had torn. He said they could help me replace it. Two weeks later I came back with my torn shirt and no receipt. They looked up my receipt on line and helped me exchange my shirt for a newer and cooler one. Maddie Megan and Sammie exceeded my expectations. Great product with better service! read more

I have experienced the most horrible customer experience and just plain eerie moments at this location. Shopping at the Cincinnati store, my husband has been speaking on this brand for a while, and I finally made the 45 min drive to Kenwood Mall early last week. I walked in and was greeted about 5 mins after looking at the front table. I was a little confused on the sizes because everything said medium. The young gentlemen walked towards me and my daughters and asked if we had any questions or comments. I thought that was a little strange, however I let him know that this was our first time inside the store, & that I had already had some items in mind from my previous encounter with an salesperson on the website. They had let me know & recommended this location as my closest store. He nodded and stated ok what interests you. I let him know what I had in my cart, he said ok let me check to see if I have them. I then went ahead and took a look at the women items. The store was fairly busy and he was helping myself and others. He came out from the back as he was talking too another co worker and stated I only have 2 of the 3 items. I said ok can you bring those 2. He walks off abruptly and helped someone in the dressing rooms. I was kinda confused because he never asked me what sizes I needed. In this moment I felt bad because he walked back and forth but before I could get all of my information out he was headed to the back. There was a man in the fitting room that seemed a little frustrated, as we stood waiting to be serviced. He finally came from the back with the 2 shirts. We thanked him and continued to shop around the store, not feeling so excited after the interaction we just had, I wanted to leave but my husband really wanted to try this brand out. Christmas is around the corner, so my daughters and I continued looking for a third shirt. From the front of the store we could hear the young man yell and say " shit he pissed in our fitting room" & the whole store got quiet and right then I knew I had to leave. In that moment I have never felt so uncomfortable and the lack of attentiveness in this establishment was mind boggling. I was so upset at how the atmosphere was and just so very shocked because the customer service guy online was very friendly and offered to book me an appointment at this location. I know the holidays can be a little hectic but the sales guy was not the same friendly interaction I was expecting from the online experience. I decided to go ahead and just hold my items and we will swing by before we left the mall. My daughter went to ask the worker if we could place these items on hold; he looked and said yeah throw them up there and I'll get them. My daughter placed them on the counter. He didn't even ask our name, phone number or anything. I was irate at this point. I asked was there a store manager I could speak with. He said the store manager is not available what's the issue I am the assistant manager. I asked for their information and he said she'll be back soon. I asked again if I could get her contact information and he said you can call the store or come back, she's a black girl named Cherelle. At this point I could sense that he didn't want to give me the information by his tone and demeanor and just me having to ask multiple times!! I just could not believe this is how stores are operating. As I am a small business owner myself. The customer service that was given to me and my family was very unpleasant. I mentioned this to my husband and we will not be spending our money here. I hope the employees are better trained during the holiday season. Its a busier time, but when you're in customer service you have to have patience and self control. This young man did not give any clear communication and his ability to use positive language. I hate that this happened to my family and I as we were Christmas shopping. I hope that this young man knows how his lack of customer service can turn away money for you business. His unwillingness to give me his higher ups info was rude and extremely unprofessional. He was so cold and just not a welcoming spirit. The fact he's apart of the management staff I am astonished because he seems so ill prepared & his overall performance was mediocre at best. I also reached out to corporate but no response. Customers time and hard earned money are not respected nor an priority. I would advice future shoppers to stay away from this location. read more
