I've been here to purchase a purse. They have purses, wallets, jewelry, watches, sunglasses, and phone cases. It's a small store but they pack it with a good amount of items. The store is always clean and tidy. The staff is available for assistance if you need it. I took 2 stars off because the last time I came in to look for a purse, I asked the staff member if she new how to remove a discoloration on my current KS purse. She said my KS purse was factory store, she had no idea what to do, and kept repeating how my purse was inferior to what they have in stock there and she was 100% clueless on how to address my question. People in the store were looking at me while I received my scolding for purchasing a KS factory store purse. I left the store red faced and embarrassed. I will never purchase anything there again. I felt horrible. I left the remaining three stars for everything they do that's right. I don't know if it's common for the staff to behave so high and mighty, so hopefully other people will have a fine time interacting with staff. Maybe I caught this staff member on a bad day. I spent $75+ on a short sleeved shirt today. It hurt a little, but it also felt oh-so-right. To…read moresome people that might not sound that bad... but for me, it was definitely a tough bullet to bite. Nonetheless, it was a bullet I chose to bite. Here's why: 1) A trendy-casual looks works great for me in my personal and work life, so it's great to have shirts that I can wear untucked with a nice pair of jeans or chinos. It's the absolute worst when you find a shirt you love, but it hangs so low that you would look absolutely ridiculous with it untucked. UNTUCKit shirts are the perfect length and sit just below your waistline to give you that casual look without trying too hard 2) The sizing of the shirts. It's pretty interesting what they do here. They have "try-on" shirts that you try-on for size and then they mark a card with your size. They do not have all sizes on display for all shirts. They keep them in the back and bring them out when you decide on a design you like. This might seem weird... but once I found the perfect size, I loved how mindless the shopping experience became. It would be all-too-easy to just walk back in and snag another shirt without even trying it on. They had in-between sizes (i.e. Large slim; in between a medium and large) too which was really great for making sure that you get that perfect fit. Nice touch, UNTUCKit. 3) The staff was friendly. Shopping experiences can be intimidating. Especially when staff is rude/unhelpful... But here, I have to give them credit. The staff felt super approachable and made great suggestions on sizing/design options. I felt at-ease right away. Even when I found an online-coupon, the staff was accommodating and made sure that I could use it in-person, too. Here's what I think could improve: - The long-sleeved shirts' sleeves are well... too long. When I commented on this, the staff member assisting me said "everyone says that." Hopefully UNTUCKit corporate is listening? I think that would be a great improvement. (But maybe they assume that you'll always roll them?) - I'd love to see more design styles. Don't get me wrong, the styles they have are great... but it's also a relatively small store. Especially if you're keeping more of the product in the back, I think some more diversity in styles would be awesome (especially since the sizing/fit of your product is so great). There were also a couple of the cotton shirts that had a very papery-feel to them... with a high sticker price, those didn't seem like a good choice. - The value. I feel confident and attractive in my UNTUCKit shirt, but that feeling definitely came with a high price tag. I understand that the product is well-made and the sizing feels very tailored, but $80+ for these? I mean... c'mon, the profit margins on these have to be through the roof (I honestly don't even want to know). Will I buy more? Man... I'd love to tell you that I would never spend that much money again on a short sleeved shirt... but it fits so damn well! The value is my only real "ding" here that knocks off the star, and that certainly rests on the shoulders of corporate. Speaking of responsibilities that rest on corporate... The photos on this Yelp page (unless corrected) currently have misspelled "Cincinnati." I did cringe a little. We're a proud people, UNTUCKit... But when it comes to this store and their product...The staff here is great and the store and brand have a lot to be proud of.

The woman that was helping me did not know what a bralette was when I asked to see one. I had to show her a picture in the Soma catalog. The catalog also indicated there was a 15% sale off your entire purchase but she said that didn't apply to individual sales but later told me that I was eligible. In an effort to sell me more than one bra she made it sound like this was going to be the only bra I would wear and would need more even though we had a conversation about the number of Soma bras I had previously purchased. The last objectionable thing she did was bash their main competitor (Viictoria's Secret), saying how inferior their bras are. I really dislike salespeople that have to resort to competitor bashing to try and make a sale. All-in-all, Soma still remains the place I prefer to buy my bras, but the sales staff at this location could be better.

He even liked some of their classic looks. My daughter was the one who I was really looking for. There was less of a selection in her size. She still found one pair for now, and another in a half size up. Her choices were also a sporty pair and a classic one. Three of the four came with preformance insoles. Employees checked if we needed help a couple of time. I jokingly answered more clearance shoes in my daughter's size. I quickly followed with that I knew it was Black Friday, and I was joking. The young man said that he might, and he would go check. He came back a few minutes later empty-handed. He then appoligized for "wasting my time." I let him know it wasn't a waste, and that I really appreciated his efforts. Most employees in other stores weren't even making eye contact with customers. The guy behind the register joked with my kids, and seemed to be making the best of working retail on Black Friday. All the staff seemed to be in good spirits. My only real complaint would be that it was the hottest store we visited. Uncomfortably so. If I was paying the prices listed on the items, my review would probably be closer to four stars. That being said. Reebok did save the trip. We left with four pairs of kid's shoes. If they continue to have other such sales during the year... the same five stars all the way.

I was shopping on Milford's Main St. last week and stopped in Amy Kirchen's boutique. The…read moreappearance from outside had me thinking I wouldn't be able to afford anything, not that I would have found a single article of clothing over a size 4 - but this was so not the case! Unlike the last reviewer, I had a fabulous experience! The sales girl (not the owner, I didn't meet her) was very pleasant and helpful. I was attempting to shop for Christmas gifts and asked her to try on a couple of items for me, as she was a similar build to my sister-in-law. She was more than accommodating. She also told me all about the designer, and that her studio was in the basement so most everything in her line was made on the premises. There were also several other clothing lines from small, independent designers from other areas of the country, like NY and Chicago, so everything was unique and many of the items were handmade. The store carried a range of sizes, and because the clothes are of designer quality they run true to size. Anyone from a size 0 to a size12 or 14 shouldn't have any trouble finding interesting, fashion-forward pieces that fit them. They do only purchase a few pieces of everything, so stock is limited, but I think it's nice to know you won't run into anyone else wearing the same outfit. And did I mention the prices? I expected to see $200, $300, $400 price tags but was pleasantly surprised. Now, I'm not saying theses are Walmart prices or anything, but for what you're getting, the prices were great. Many items were under $100. I looked at a Chanel inspired cropped jacket and expected to see at least $300 on the price tag and it was under $68! I also fell in love with the hand painted Picasso silk tops. I can't remember the price exactly but they were under $150, which is a great value. Amy Kirchen carries everything a girl needs to look her best (except shoes...and makeup...some of us need that too) including coats, dresses, sweaters and tops, pants and skirts, beautiful hand painted and felted scarves, one of a kind clutches and purses (leather and vegan materials), and gorgeous, statement-making jewelry. In my opinion, Amy is bringing high fashion to Cincinnati the right way - by keeping it small, independent, and affordable. I will definitely be making the (35 minute) trip out to Milford to shop in her boutique and would recommend it to everyone I know.
