It's really quiet since there aren't many sales associates and nearly no shoppers at all. The salesperson at the desk near the mall entrance/exit is very unfriendly, though. The young woman helping me was seriously like a personal shopper - she needs a raise!!! I ended up buying 3 dresses and a pair of shoes for Mexico and I could not be more excited. I will note that I feel like the prices here are way too high for the quality, but since it was a special occasion I just went with it. I will definitley come back to this location. I had never really shopped at Crestview Hills before but it is SO MUCH more relaxed and nicer than Kenwood. It reminds me of Roodwood but without the traffic. I had bought gifts for someone and they recently passed away. I went in with my receipt, got to the counter and the guy first tells me "sorry we can't accept returns after 4:18." At first I'm like haha funny. But no I actually wanna make a return, so he calls the manager up. From there he proceeds to tell me that if he "makes anymore returns he's going to lose his job." Then makes the joke again as his manager is standing next to him, he then looks at me and says "are you sure you want to return this I'm about to lose my job because of you. Do you want me to lose my job because of you ?" I reply man I just want to return this. He then proceeds to joke about how the clothing is his size "are you sure you want to return this" at this point I'm uncomfortable and just want to get out of the store I reply yes I want to return this. He then starts scanning it and asks AGAIN! "Do you really want to return this" at this point I'm fuming I finish my transaction and leave. I will never come in this store again. I will go to a department store and pay full price before dealing with those clowns again

I spent $75+ on a short sleeved shirt today. It hurt a little, but it also felt oh-so-right. To…read moresome people that might not sound that bad... but for me, it was definitely a tough bullet to bite. Nonetheless, it was a bullet I chose to bite. Here's why: 1) A trendy-casual looks works great for me in my personal and work life, so it's great to have shirts that I can wear untucked with a nice pair of jeans or chinos. It's the absolute worst when you find a shirt you love, but it hangs so low that you would look absolutely ridiculous with it untucked. UNTUCKit shirts are the perfect length and sit just below your waistline to give you that casual look without trying too hard 2) The sizing of the shirts. It's pretty interesting what they do here. They have "try-on" shirts that you try-on for size and then they mark a card with your size. They do not have all sizes on display for all shirts. They keep them in the back and bring them out when you decide on a design you like. This might seem weird... but once I found the perfect size, I loved how mindless the shopping experience became. It would be all-too-easy to just walk back in and snag another shirt without even trying it on. They had in-between sizes (i.e. Large slim; in between a medium and large) too which was really great for making sure that you get that perfect fit. Nice touch, UNTUCKit. 3) The staff was friendly. Shopping experiences can be intimidating. Especially when staff is rude/unhelpful... But here, I have to give them credit. The staff felt super approachable and made great suggestions on sizing/design options. I felt at-ease right away. Even when I found an online-coupon, the staff was accommodating and made sure that I could use it in-person, too. Here's what I think could improve: - The long-sleeved shirts' sleeves are well... too long. When I commented on this, the staff member assisting me said "everyone says that." Hopefully UNTUCKit corporate is listening? I think that would be a great improvement. (But maybe they assume that you'll always roll them?) - I'd love to see more design styles. Don't get me wrong, the styles they have are great... but it's also a relatively small store. Especially if you're keeping more of the product in the back, I think some more diversity in styles would be awesome (especially since the sizing/fit of your product is so great). There were also a couple of the cotton shirts that had a very papery-feel to them... with a high sticker price, those didn't seem like a good choice. - The value. I feel confident and attractive in my UNTUCKit shirt, but that feeling definitely came with a high price tag. I understand that the product is well-made and the sizing feels very tailored, but $80+ for these? I mean... c'mon, the profit margins on these have to be through the roof (I honestly don't even want to know). Will I buy more? Man... I'd love to tell you that I would never spend that much money again on a short sleeved shirt... but it fits so damn well! The value is my only real "ding" here that knocks off the star, and that certainly rests on the shoulders of corporate. Speaking of responsibilities that rest on corporate... The photos on this Yelp page (unless corrected) currently have misspelled "Cincinnati." I did cringe a little. We're a proud people, UNTUCKit... But when it comes to this store and their product...The staff here is great and the store and brand have a lot to be proud of.

He said they could help me replace it. Two weeks later I came back with my torn shirt and no receipt. They looked up my receipt on line and helped me exchange my shirt for a newer and cooler one. Maddie Megan and Sammie exceeded my expectations. Great product with better service!
