I was looking for something more sparkly which they tend to do better so I stopped in. Just walking in the front door I was impressed. The store is large, bright, and fancy looking... not to mention very well organized for the crazy Christmas season (which leaves most places looking like a tornado hit). I was instantly greeted by a friendly sales associate who explained the current sale to me... 70% off PLUS an extra 20% on most items. Items that were special prices already and void from this sale were clearly marked (and Still insane deals). There was something for every price and quality point. They don't just carry purses/wallets etc but they also have some clothing &jewelry. They had things for these deep discounts that are currently being sold at Macys for full price. I left with presents for myself and others and felt very accomplished that I got some amazing deals!

The reason why I'm not giving it a fantastic review it is because I worked there for almost a year. Although it wasn't an awful working there are a bunch of teenagers there that choose to do little to nothing and yet they are still able to maintain the hours that they want When I touch a banana republic right around the corner from them they said that a lot of the gap employees end up going there anyways because it's a better work environment

I never shop at Kohl's but due to underestimating Ohio's rainy & cold weather, I was forced to shop…read morehere because there was no Ross and the nearest TJ Maxx was 45 minutes away while Kohl's was right beside the hotel I was staying at. I was able to easily find something on the clearance racks, and conveniently enough, there are TONS of them. Unfortunately, I was not able to get pictures of their changing rooms but there were clothes piled on clothes piled on CLOTHES in all the rooms and no one tending to them. On top of that, as I walked around the department store just to browse and pass the time, I noticed all the clothes and toys were disheveled! Does no one take the time to fold and put things away?

Went to return a pair of basketball shoes my son Purchased for his Phenom Gold Adidas 3 stripe…read morebasketball team. The Anthony Edwards shoes were ripping within 5 weeks of the original purchase. We have contacted Adidas multiple times and have sent pictures 7 times. Every time we get the same response that they need pictures of something else. It's clear they have no intention of making things rightS he is a teenager and guess it's ok for Adidas to steal from children. The emails have become increasingly co defending but it would appear that it's an attitude that Adidas pronouns through its companies. The manager was too cowardly to make an appearance so then Autumn decided SHE wanted to use her authority to condescend and dismiss my son as well. She don't listen to us, she kept talking about how long it had been refused to look at emails that have being sent since June 12th. Heard that we bought in April and decided the rest of what we had been dealing with was irrelevant. Refused to look at shoes. Just wanted us to leave. Acted like straight up trash as she had used the little authority granted by the disrespectful and cowardly manager. I honestly feel like adidas thinks that this is OK because my son is a 16-year-old minor and they have no problem stealing from children, then disregarding them.

While visiting Cincinnati, I stopped by this shop to replace a bracelet and was shocked by the…read moreblatant lack of customer service. When I walked in, I was completely ignored. A few minutes later, two women entered and were immediately greeted and offered help. The double standard was obvious. Only after my expression made it clear I was unimpressed did the employee finally say something -- claiming the other women had an appointment. That excuse doesn't change the fact that I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in. Greeting a customer takes seconds, and the indifference I experienced spoke volumes. I make it a point to support small, local businesses when I travel, but this kind of dismissive and selective service is unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers, I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

The shop was buzzing and busy, but the staff was so friendly and we didn't have to wait too long. They even suggested going to get a cup of coffee from down the street. There were plenty of bracelet options - silver, gold, and gold plated. I felt like they had something for every price range. You could get rings, necklaces, bracelets, and more! I personally chose a gold bracelet with an initial charm, and Elaine B. put it on me herself :) While waiting for our turn, we shopped around the store, and there were lots of beautiful, minimalist jewelry items for sale that I LOVED. I would definitely return and get some thing else another time.
