The Anthony Edwards shoes were ripping within 5 weeks of the original purchase. We have contacted Adidas multiple times and have sent pictures 7 times. Every time we get the same response that they need pictures of something else. It's clear they have no intention of making things rightS he is a teenager and guess it's ok for Adidas to steal from children. The emails have become increasingly co defending but it would appear that it's an attitude that Adidas pronouns through its companies. The manager was too cowardly to make an appearance so then Autumn decided SHE wanted to use her authority to condescend and dismiss my son as well. She don't listen to us, she kept talking about how long it had been refused to look at emails that have being sent since June 12th. Heard that we bought in April and decided the rest of what we had been dealing with was irrelevant. Refused to look at shoes. Just wanted us to leave. Acted like straight up trash as she had used the little authority granted by the disrespectful and cowardly manager. A few minutes later, two women entered and were immediately greeted and offered help. The double standard was obvious. Only after my expression made it clear I was unimpressed did the employee finally say something -- claiming the other women had an appointment. That excuse doesn't change the fact that I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in. Greeting a customer takes seconds, and the indifference I experienced spoke volumes. I make it a point to support small, local businesses when I travel, but this kind of dismissive and selective service is unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers, I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

The shop was buzzing and busy, but the staff was so friendly and we didn't have to wait too long. They even suggested going to get a cup of coffee from down the street. There were plenty of bracelet options - silver, gold, and gold plated. I felt like they had something for every price range. You could get rings, necklaces, bracelets, and more! I personally chose a gold bracelet with an initial charm, and Elaine B. put it on me herself :) While waiting for our turn, we shopped around the store, and there were lots of beautiful, minimalist jewelry items for sale that I LOVED. I would definitely return and get some thing else another time.
