Then you saw others just walking around helping no one which is not helpful at all. Since I was not the one shopping (my sister was) I was observing more than anything. I will say that the 3 stars is because of the rep we worked with who was lovely. However, when she radio'd to check for an item for us, she was told that Yes they have it, but it is on a mannequin and would not allow for it to be removed. They could have put a different size on the mannequin with some push pins and allow the salesperson to make the sale, but NO. I found this odd and disappointing.

The moment you walk in this store you are being watched. I worked a lot of retail back in my day & know when I'm being watched instead of helped. The amount of employees I watched hold their ear pieces & walked over to my husband & I to "offer help" is insane. When we were walking back upstairs the security guy went right up to their wrist to let whoever know we were going back upstairs. We ended up going to Nordstrom to make our purchase because we were so uncomfortable. The Nashville, TN location did not treat us like this at all.

I love this store because it's gigantic and it sits off of Michigin Avenue and it's right in the area where all the shopping is so it's a lot of fun. Just don't drive here. Parking downtown in a tourist area is not easy.

The store is multi-story, as is most on Michigan Avenue. It is also insanely busy, but given the size and layout, it does not feel overwhelming. The store is laid out well, organized, well kept and clean. You constantly see staff members stocking, fixing, re-hanging, etc... In addition to the clothing, there is a custom embroidery section upstairs. We did not partake, but it was busy and I saw several cool pieces leave the area. Service was the only thing a bit off. The staff were quick, but not engaging or necessarily friendly. While there were lots of people on the floor, they never seemed to engage you unless explicitly requested. No big deal, but noticeable. Overall, I enjoy Uniqlo and this location is a good one!

My favorite section in there is the miramar section, which is their fake jean material...looks like denim, but feels like sweats. I have a few miramar pieces that I live in and may need to come back here soon for more. There were a pair of black miramar jeans that were beyond cute and comfy looking. I was the only person in there so the sales associates were super friendly and helpful, but not pushy at all. While I buy most of my rag & bone online it's always great to try on things in person so super glad I have this close to home now!

She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed. At no point did I feel pressured--she simply wanted to make sure I walked away happy with my purchase.( also, she was training an associate while doing this) What impressed me the most is that I live in California, and after returning home, I chose to place another order over the phone specifically through Kalen because of how exceptional she was. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, Kalen truly stands out. Charles Tyrwhitt is fortunate to have someone like her representing the brand. I also did a little shopping and all the sales associates I encountered where so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back to this location.

It was not only so well curated between clothing, gifts, and holiday, but it was also perfectly merchandised. At 4 in the afternoon, this time of year, that is no small task. And there were super helpful sales help and options. After narrowing down my options, the manager, Adam Bremer, rang me up. But it didn't end there-he gift wrapped the book, like it was a far more costly gift down to ensuring the tissue was folded decently and including a gift receipt and a dog bone for her dog. It warmed this retailer's heart and I will certainly add them to my list of stores to keep an eye on.

To fit in with the beautiful Chicago architecture and to stand out amongst the shops on Magnificent Mile, this Burberry store building is a work of art in itself. It looks like a beautiful purse... One I would definitely buy. Burberry is my guilty pleasure of choice and I have been eyeing this Dark Birch Brown Check Tote for a few months. I have managed to resist because the location near me at South Coast Plaza cannot do the personalization in store, and then the online purchase would make me wait for a long time to get my purse. Thankfully for me, Ashley helped me with my shopping for the day and she informed me that the flagship location is able to get me my custom personalization ON THE SAME DAY. Wow. That temptation. So Ashley was kindly and patiently showing us around the store. There was so much inventory in this 5 story building (with 4 floors being retail). My local Burberry feels like half of their first floor. There were so many things to look at and add to my never-ending Burberry bucket list. Ultimately I gave into my temptation and got the purse! Ashley was so fun and informative, but she was never pushy on the sales. I got the space I needed to come to the decision on my own. Ashley confirmed the initials I wanted etched onto the tag: VD and sent me a text confirmation. She kept me updated the whole time so I was able to continue shopping on Magnificent Mile and come back when the purse was ready. The ETA was about an hour. It only took 15 minutes, but that's still nice not to wait around. When I got back to the Burberry store, Ashley was helping another customer so Christopher, the store Director, kindly stepped in to help me pick up my bag. He opened it so I could see my beautiful purse and even set up my bag for me to take my quick photo. The 5-star service continues. Christopher said they have something else for me and Ashley wraps up with her other customer so I was able to see her real fast. They gave me a stuninnnnggggg bouquet of red flowers. I felt so loved and valued as a customer. I will always look back at this purse and think of the amazing time I had with my friends in Chicago and Ashley and Christopher really helped contribute to my happy memories. Employee helping us was kind and made sure her gift was wrapped special for the holidays. Service is slow and not the place to go in a rush. We did get some side eye from one of the other employees which is unfortunate. We clearly aren't uber rich however we were legit purchasing something. Expect most items to be several thousands dollars.
